This used to be a cute boutique hotel. If they made some minor improvements in the rooms (the leather on the cabinet is fraying; wood needs repainting etc) it would be better. But what absolutely killed this stay for us and why I will never be back - The service and the nickle and diming for ridiculous things. When we check in, they tried to charge us $35 to get in the room 1 hour earlier. I can understand if we are trying to get our room at 10a but 1 hour earlier is stupid. The concierge eventually took this charge off but cmon. Then they said if we wanted a strip view room it's $20 extra. Ok...but then said if we wanted to switch we have to check out at 11a the next day and check back in at 4p (lol). At Giada to sit by the window they charge $25/person. We came at breakfast when those tables were empty.... Getting into the nightclub/day club when staying there is easier but they enforce dress code at random. They will stop a girl with short black shorts at night or a guy who isn't wearing swim shorts during day (but is wearing nice black cotton shorts) but you walk in and guys have white sneakers, t shirts and trucker hats on. Huh?! All of these things add up to a poor experience. For the same amount you can stay at a hotel that has a better quality of service overall. We will not be coming back.

Angelina is the best bartender in Las Vegas - Hands Down. She provides the best service with a great attitude and makes you feel welcome. If you get a chance, I highly suggest stopping by for her expresso martini or my personal favorite, the Cactus Cooler

Ancelina at the Interlude bar was fantastic. We will be back to see her every time we visit Vegas. She also recommended some other bars to go that were hidden gems. These were walking distance from the Vegas strip.

We had the pleasure of meeting Dawn when we visited last October. We couldn’t believe that she remembered us (and our preferred drinks) when we visited again this May. She is hands down one of the best cocktail waitresses on the strip - witty, personable and professional! We’re hoping to see more of her when we visit next. 😊

We did not stay there but stayed at a neighboring hotel. Your music was so loud it ruined our stay. At 2:18am I’m not a happy camper being woke up with the noise. Lights are fine but the blaring was out right rude!!! Please be considerate to all who come to enjoy the Vegas strip!

Very nice sized boutique hotel. You don’t get lost in it or overwhelmed by the stimulus. Very helpful and friendly staff starting with valet parking and throughout the entire hotel and casino. Great location on the strip. Excellent restaurant with Giada’s. Cool nightclub with Drai’s.

Bear with me please; there is some simple math involved, which it seems might stretch whoever crunches the numbers for this property. On Jan 19, I made a reservation, & was charged $90.92 deposit. OK, I guess; charging deposits on fully refundable reservations so far out from the stay dates isn't standard hotel industry practice, but whatever. Then, prior to my arrival, another $481.84 was preauthorised: more than I expected my entire bill to be (and I was right!), but I get there is a hold for incidentals. When I checked in, an attempt was made to preauth yet 𝙖𝙣𝙤𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧 $481.84, which thankfully was declined, as I hadn't reloaded my travel money card. Lucky me! So, at this point, we're up to $572.76. Today, I checked out. The initial preauth went down to $231.94; fair enough, that looks about right, after adding in the original deposit. Running total: $322.86. Since then, there have been two further preauths; $181.84 and $90.10, so at the minute, we're sitting on $594.80. After calling the front desk, I finally got emailed a copy of my folio, which totals $362.86 (the automated system that's supposed to email it doesn't work!) This includes the toxic meal that I had the misfortune to charge to my room, which hopefully will soon be reversed on the bill (see my previous review; the food still hasn't been entirely reversed from my body, so I have some extra downtime to write this; not what I'd planned for my first time in Vegas!) Still with me? At the minute, I'm out $231.94. If you need a bank, call a bank. Your guests should not be the source of your short-term cashflow loans; if your financial state is that parlous, consider a restructure instead. Given Caesars is a 24/7 operation and their billing department is only open 8/5, I do begin to wonder.. Two stars; one of those goes to the poor fella who had to visit my room to unclog my toilet and sink thanks to the foul food I'd eaten. He gets my vote for employee of the month! Five stars+++ to the Wise travel money card, whose fantastic app lets me monitor nonsense like the above.

Right from the get-go Michelle got my vacation off to a wonderful start. We arrived quite early in the morning with a check in reservation in the early evening. She was extremely professional, courteous and seem to use all her resources to make our stay on a level more than pleasant. I felt superb leaving her presence. Other than not getting contacted for the early check-in (which Michelle waived the fee) & the fridge being packed with items that Cromwell wanted to sell. (Hopefully next time they can take that stuff out for us so we can put our stuff in there) we loved the room with it's great view of the strip, how clean almost everything was throughout the hotel/casino & the location. At checking out Michelle was there to greet us and waved the resort fee for my birthday which ended up being the clincher of me gambling at the Cromwell later that day. $800 profit for the Cromwell. Thanks again everybody especially you Michelle.

What a cesspool! Bathroom sink had a huge crack, and the overall cleanliness of the room was not an expectation of a Caeser Property. My wife lost an earring, so I looked behind the pillows and thoroughly through the bed and what I saw was disgusting. Black hair throughout under the bed sheet and no fitted blanket to cover the disgusting mattress cover. The overall bed looked as if it hadn't been clean for years. Then I had a separate issue that the Casino Host (Deanna) couldn't problem solve and told me I had to take care of it myself. She called to give me the limo company phone number because they sent 2 drivers to the Airport and charged me twice and she could not only not solve the issue but asked me to write down the info and there wasn't a pen or writing paper left in the room. She could not have been any less rude and uninterested in my issue that I booked through the hotel. I had 3 nights booked and we checked out first thing as soon as we could back our bags. I wouldn't recommend this place to the homeless and as a 7-star member with Caeser's, I am so disappointed.
