Angelina at the Interlude bar is amazing. Always treats us like family and provides amazing personalized service. We come back every trip just to see her, and of course the Bloody Mary and espresso martini! Cromwell is our home away from home.
Angelina at the bar was one of the most friendly and nice bartenders I have ever come in contact with, she made sure we were taken care of we had amazing conversations and she recommended us some good spots. She always had a smile on her face every morning she was one the best parts of our trip 😊
Our group of 12 have been coming for March Madness for the last 10 years. Sonja, Jennifer, destiny, Larry, John you are the best group we have seen around ! Excellent service it really made this year top notch for us ! We can not wait for next year ! Cromwell don’t lose this staff they are killing it for you and deserve all the praise ! Thank you thank you thank you.
My wife and I stayed four nights at The Cromwell in a Luxury King room on the 6th floor and paid $440 to $470 a night during CONExpo. Here is a list of the Pros and Cons as we see it. Pros Location is perfect. The theme of the hotel is neat and atypical of what you see elsewhere in Vegas. Having the small casino in-house was great. Checking in and out was a breeze and the staff is very kind and helpful. Room was clean and stayed clean. Cons The shower drained EXTREMELY slowly. No carpet in the room did not allow for any dampening of sound. The sliding door for the bathroom does not allow much privacy. From the bed, you can clearly see a person using the toilet. No bathroom vent. Definitely not a place for kids to stay unless you are a VERY open family when it comes to a lack of bathroom privacy. However, the two-way mirror for my wife and I was nice. Very limited counter space in the bathroom. For some reason, they do not use fitted sheets on the bed - just a plain sheet that seems too small and could hardly be tucked in. If you move at all during the night, plan on waking up wrapped in it. My wife and I typically keep our own room maintained and don't bother with the maid service. However, the bed was very frustrating to make, so we felt forced to have the maid come in. I learned there are quite a few interpretations of what "a Strip view" means. We did not have a view of the Strip as it was advertised. However, it could be argued that since one can see casino rooftops from the only window in the room, we had a "Strip view." You have to walk over to the Flamingo's cab/tour bus area to catch an Uber of Lyft. On the last night of our stay, Rick Ross was playing at Drai's Nightclub. At 1:30AM, my wife and I woke up to the mirror and picture vibrating in the room from the bass. I felt very sorry for those wanting some sleep that were on the floors above us. It lasted until 4:30AM. All in all, I am glad my wife and I did not spend much time in the room. If we came back to Vegas, we would not stay at The Cromwell. But just because it really didn't suit us, doesn't mean it wouldn't suit somebody else. …
Let me say that for my first time in Vegas, this was decent hotel. The casino area seemed much nicer than the Flamingo. The room was def a little dusty and the shower area had some mold around it. Be aware that the rooms do not have USB charging capability. They are aware of this because on the list of things they leave in your room are charging bricks and cords which you can use if you are willing to give up an arm and a leg. Also, the rooms do not have a fridge so be prepared for that and it's extra if you want a fridge. They do supply a minibar that is fully stocked but will cost you quite a bit if you move an item for even 60 seconds. The staff was def friendly and helpful....both at the desk and bars etc. Parking is a daily cost so figure that in if you are going to have a car.…
Angelina at the bar was great, I've had great service from her everytime I visit. Also Bethany, was a great cocktail serve, she took the time to ask me my name and was very nice and attentive. Also I believe the desk person her name is Sarah she was very nice.
Waited at VIP check in for over 45 minutes. Lady was extremely rude. Rooms are very dark and really no view of the strip. Very odd hotel. Casino was small not many food choices. We had a couple issues with our room and it took 2 days to get them fixed. Wouldn’t stay again.
My only positive feedback is location on strip is convenient and the housekeeping staff - room was clean and we were always greeted friendly by the our housekeeper in the hall. The front desk staff bordered between non-personal to rude. I received emails before the stay for express check-in and then told that they don't actually have that. They said my room was ready when I came early but they won't let me access it unless I pay the early check in fee. (Why did you even tell me my room was ready then). Also, I had booked two rooms and one room was well-lit and the other didn't have a lamp between the beds or in the corner of the room like the other one. I've stayed at more accommodating places.
I had a wonderful time visiting and gambling at The Cromwell!! Love this Casino!! Thank you to Angelina for the amazing Mai Tai's and great Service at Interlude Bar. It was my 1st time there and I plan on staying there on my next visit to Vegas!!Hope to see you soon 😊
The back bar by the sportsbook is called Bound Bar. It has the best selection and by far the best bartenders on the strip. Neff, Pablo, and Brandon know their cocktails and are very friendly! Be sure to stop by you won’t regret it.
