Upon arrival we were offered at room with a excellent view of the lights at the Bellagio and indeed it did have the view, however with that view came a ton of road noise from Las Vegas Blvd and Flamingo Rd intersection, At one point I was ready to pack up and move to another hotel. The room, at 360 sq. ft is absolutely to small, barely enough room to walk between the dresser and the two queen beds. The bathroom was fine and the towels were plush, however, whoever decided to put a full length mirror in the shower must have had one wicked sense of humor. If your enter the shower with the lights on in the bath and anyone in the room turns off the light in the bedroom they have a full view of the person taking the shower. I found this a real drawback. In other words if you expect total privacy when showering make sure no one else is in the room or you can trust them to leave the lights on. The casino is small, but the staff is friendly, one drawback is the gift shop, snack shop whatever you wish to call it, its closed with a sign that says to use the Flamingo Hotel next door for snacks or drinks, what a bummer. Location: Corner of Las Vegas Blvd and Flamingo Rd, probably one of the busiest intersections in Vegas. Sirens, horns and reeving engines the norm. Also is home to a host of homeless people, that are sleeping on sidewalks, overpasses and even in the elevators. I do feel sorry for these people, but when you have to walk around someone sleeping on the sidewalk or the constant people requesting monetary donations, its a little bothersome. I never felt threatened by their presence, i guess its just a everyday thing in Vegas. I rated the sleep quality as average, but this is due to the road noise not the quality and comfort of the beds and linens, which were excellent. Would like to give a shout out to Mike the hotel bellhop, excellent service and a wealth of info. Overall, probably will be my last visit to the Cromwell, back to Bally's or Harrah's, bigger rooms and a lot less noise

The rooms look nice but there is no hot water at times and air in the pipes. Standing water in the drains (sink and shower), nothing in the mini bar (not even water). Security will demand to look in your personal effects when entering the property at random times. I would not recommend this property. It is trying to be something it clearly is not (wanting to be Cosmo-esque perhaps) On a positive note, the bed was comfortable and the location is great. The concierge did offer an upgrade (which I declined) after I complained about searching my wife’s purse after walking in following a dinner at Carbone’s (implying were dressed nicely) but at least they attempted to fix what I feel is completely unacceptable action.

We just returned from a long weekend at The Cromwell. And have had a mixed experience. The Good: The hotel has been beautifully renovated. The rooms are well appointed with large bathrooms and great showers. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. We were upgraded to a Gallery Suit which was very spacious. There were some minor issues with the room that engineering fixed as soon as we reported them however the room itself was great. The hotel staff is attentive and very friendly. The cocktail waitress the morning of Nov 16, 2020 (whose name I have forgotten!) went above and beyond to get me a cup of coffee as I was checking out. How the bad: Upon check out, we discovered that our bill has several hundred dollars in "room fees" and "2nd taxes" that we cannot account for. This is above and beyond the $41.95 a day Resort Fee. We have called the hotel and the billing department to no avail as far. Beware when you check out and double check every charge.

I have been staying at The Cromwell for the last 3 days. I have a room on the 8th floor and my friends are staying on the 6th floor. This is our first vacation since the pandemic. I just wanted to point out that the housekeeper on the 8th floor is fantastic. Everytime I asked her for something she removed her gloves sprayed her hands and put on another pair before handing me soap and shampoo in a bag all while keeping her distance. She spoke to everyone saying good morning or evening, even reminding some people to put on their masks in the hallway and when speaking to her. She made sure there was always space between her and the person. I had to compliment her because with everything going on it's very important to be safe and make sure we all feel safe as well. Also I went to the 6th floor and things were a bit different. My friend asked for toilet paper and towels from the housekeeper and She was redirected to call the front desk . She stated that she needed it right then! The housekeeper handed her the stuff with the same gloves she just removed dirty sheets with. Next time we'll all be staying on the 8th floor to say the very least. BTW I didn't catch the housekeepers name but she has been the only housekeeper on the 8th floor and is outstanding.

We Stayed the Cromwell for work and the entire Hotel staff was very accommodating. Most of my dealing where is The Operations Manager Tramy. She was amazing and when above and beyond to keep me and the rest of the crew happy. The hotel itself is modern and conformable. The beds were amazing to sleep on. I would happily stay here again in the future.
