Very good boutique hotel on the Strip
Centrally located, cool rooms, perfect service. Easy access to Caesar's, the Flamingo, Bally's and the Linq. Everything was in perfect order (though the room could use more electrical outlets), and staff were attentive.
Thank you for the great review! We are so glad you enjoyed our convenient location and that our staff delivered during your stay. We hope to see you again in the near future!

    Great location & hospitality!
We were welcomed early on a Saturday morning, checked our bags and then were allowed to check in several hours ahead of the regular check-in time. Our stay was pleasant. They room was clean and nicely decorated. We were given a $10 credit for opting out of turndown service, which we used toward room service. We were also allowed to do late checkout! The only additional charges incurred were the daily resort fees and room service minus the credit. Overall great stay! We loved the central location on the strip!!
Your review is greatly appreciated! We are so pleased to hear that you enjoyed all that our property has to offer. We hope to welcome you back very soon!

Best Bang for the Buck - Hands Down!!
I’ve stayed at almost every hotel on the strip, and for the money, Cromwell tops them all. You can’t beat the location, and the 5-Star service is on par with hotels costing 3-4x as much. From the moment I got here everyone I’ve come into contact with has been incredibly kind and attentive to my every need. Case in point, I ran out of tissues at 1am and the EVS manager, John Whittaker, dropped what he was doing to personally run some up to me so I could get to bed. That’s the level of service I’ve come to expect from places like Wynn and Encore (that typically charge ~$750/night), not Cromwell (which only cost me $165/night for this stay). If you haven’t stayed here before, I encourage you to check it out. I’ve been blown away and will for sure be looking here first next time I am in town. P.s. They also have the best crap tables on the strip. :)
Thank you kindly for your comments! We are delighted that you enjoyed our convenient location and our friendly staff. We work very hard to create a wonderful hotel experience and your comments encourage us to be the best we can be. Your business is truly valued and we will be sure to recognize John for his job well done. We eagerly anticipate your next visit!

Great location in the middle of the Strip (we could see The Eiffel Tower and Bellagio Fountains from our room window). Hotel is not large by Las Vegas standards so from room not long before you are on the strip. Lifts were not busy. Hotel is not too noisy taking into account its central location (though some building work nearby). The pool area was a disappointment. Not really possible to swim as shallow and small. Also you need to take ID with you e.g. passports. You can use the pools at Caesar’s Palace and Flamingo but this would involve walking outside The Cromwell so we did not bother. Can get basic stuff for breakfast in the hotel like juice, bagel and bacon bap. Ate in hotel once as going to the show at Bellagio and this was fine and not overly pricey by Vegas standards. Plenty to explore on foot, by bus and by monorail. Resort fee expensive and unnecessary.

There's no shortage of bars or places to get a drink on the strip, but my favorite HANDS DOWN is the interlude bar at the Cromwell. Sure the location is great, it smells nice inside and it's not usually as crowded as it's neighboring establishments, but it's bartenders are what make this a standout! Every one of them have been so personable, kind and helpful! Angeline is nothing short of absolute excellence!

The pool is not accessible unless you are prepared to pay extra, thank god for the delightful Caesars palace as you can use this pool Considering the high resort fees the only thing to use is the Wi-Fi which is not the best and kicks you out every time you leave the hotel The beds were very comfy however the pillows where the most uncomfortable things resulting in a stiff neck so had to use the bolster as a pillow We were asked if we wanted maid service every day which was agreed. However we had maid service twice throughout the 10 nights, we did see a maid on the corridor but generally hid between trolleys in her phone Location is ideal as in the middle of strip but would think twice before rebooking here

I come to play table games at the Cromwell every time I’m in Vegas because they always have the best dealers. This time Bryan was spectacular, a good mix of funny and knows the games, he was a lot of fun! I also played with Mimi, Warren, and TG - all very sweet and professional. Finally, huge shout out to Mark - he was very kind and got to know me, friendly and genuine. Thanks for another great time! See you next time!

My stay at The Cromwell hotel was absolutely terrible and revolting. The room was dirty and had an unpleasant mess, the sheets were filled with hair and the bathroom was unkempt. The staff were unhelpful and rude, and the overall atmosphere was unpleasant. To top it off, the food served at the hotel restaurant was tasteless. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and would strongly advise against staying here. My experience was nothing short of a nightmare. When I requested a room change, the staff acted unapologetic and uncooperative. They blamed my spouse and I for not coming down sooner after calling the customer service on the hotel phone. It was clear that The Cromwell hotel prioritized profit over guest satisfaction, leaving a disappointing and frustrating impression on our stay.

The Cromwell is a Boutique hotel. The casino is very pretty and is small, those who, like an intimate experience, will enjoy it. The rest of the hotel is very dated. The elevators have seen better days, and the rooms are a little beaten down. My room was very clean and the hotel staff was wonderful. I only had two issues: the rooms are very dark. This is partly due to the orientation of the hotel, so the windows don’t really give you a good view of the strip. And also the decor. It’s meant to give a dark, romantic vibe, and it does succeed, but the rooms are a bit dark. my bigger issue is with the rooftop pool. We went there on a Friday afternoon and was told we had to go before noon to get in free, because at 12 o’clock it becomes a club atmosphere and you must pay a cover to get up there. The rooftop pool is part of Drais nightclub. And it is a very cool vibe up there. A DJ plays music And it has a nice view of the mountains. The biggest issue is there’s no place for hotel guests to sit or lay out. You must pay for either a cabana or for lounge chairs. I asked the attendant how much for two lounge chairs and they told me $300. I think that’s ridiculous, that a hotel guest has to pay to sit by the pool. So that was very disappointing and is the main reason why I would never go back to the Cromwell. On the plus side, the Cronwell is well located in the middle of the strip, and it’s easy to walk to all the other hotels and casinos. Also, Giada‘s restaurant is located at the Cromwell and it is incredible.

For us, this was perfect. Though that won't be the case for everyone. The fact it was a smaller hotel, fewer guests and no under twenty ones suited us. There was never much of an issue with queueing for lifts or reception, especially compared to other hotels (walking through we literally saw queues that were several hundred people long). The location is astounding. Literally centre strip. Literally opposite Bellagio fountain. If you stay at the Cromwell, you're never far away from most of the things your average tourist is going to want to see and do when they're in vegas. We stayed in room 516, which was a King Suite with Strip View and weren't dissapointed. We loved the boutique somewhat 'Moulin Rouge' feeling aesthetic and we had a really decent view of the fountain as promised. The shower was massive with two shower heads, one standard and one that simulated rainfall. It easily fit us both in there with plenty of room to manoeuvre. The staff were pleasent and proffesional at all times and clearly recognised us after a few days which I think makes a big difference compared to a hotel that services 5k guests where you're literally just another face in the crowd. Unlike most hotels in Vegas however - you're almost obliged to leave in order to do anything other than sleep or gamble. They only have one restaurant and one small cafe on site compared to all of the other properties on the strip that had multiple eating options. They also dont have a theatre or any shows on site, and we were dubious about using the pool on the roof given that it doubles as a beach party pool at the weekend and we weren't sure what we'd be standing in (*cough* other peoples urine *cough). The lack of shows and eating options was NOT a negative for us. We had shows and restaurants booked every night we were in Vegas, but don't book it expecting it to be the sort of hotel you don't have to leave for days on end. We watched review videos and read reviews before we went and there were some concerns about noise from the night club on the roof - we didn't experience any of this on any night and we stayed for two weeks...the loudest thing we heard was some guy trying to use an upside down bucket as a drumkit outside.

Zandra was amazing to deal with. We had a crazy situation with our bachelor party and having 6 different rooms and she was able to work with us to find a solution and getting us all right near each other. She was extremely patient and kind the whole time and took the time to write out all the fees and prices and answer all our questions.
