This is a great hotel and a perfect place for families and anyone who wants to stay away from the crazy Las Vegas Strip. The staff were all very friendly, helpful, and courteous at all times especially the manager on duty, Laleh. She always greeted us with a smile and made sure we had everything we needed in our room. But...

When checking in the girls at the front desk were very nice. I cannot complain about the service, just the building and guests. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything the people next door are doing. Also the plumbing is terrible, you can hear when ever someone is running water, upstairs and next door. The people next...

What a fabulous hotel. Our room was huge with a couch wet bar and super comfy bed. We were so pleased! The staff was friendly and the breakfast was delicious and filling. Waffles, hot food, cereals, breads, yogurts. YUM! They have a heated pool which is open 24 hours. So nice for a quick dip in the evening. Only thing...

Our stay lasted 2 hours. Found the room carpet stained and ripped. Went to get something to eat leaving our dog and my wife's mother in the room. We found spiders in window sills and in the bed dead spiders. We immediately packed the car back up and I turned in the keys. Voiced a complaint then received an email...

The room was pretty nice, not great. The microwave and refrigerator were pretty much what you find in most room anymore. What was supposed to make the difference for me was the free hot breakfast. Hot being the operative word. Evidently, eggs and bacon are a "weekend only" thing, so we were SOL on Monday. The eating area was so...

All of the staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful, especially Christina. She made numerous calls for me when a taxi failed to show up for us. The rooms are basic, but comfortable and I had no trouble with noise. The location is about 5 miles south of the main casinos on the strip along Las Vegas...

I have been staying here for business for several years. As many times as 30 nights per year and never had a bad experience. The staff are all extremely pleasant, especially Layla who has been there for several years. Rooms are clean and have very comfortable beds.

I shouldve taken heed on a reviewer mentioning the walls were too thin - didn't realize how thin until patrons walking thru the hallway past MN and hearing every step (almost) and talking loud. OTOH, noisy neighbors talking with their doors open added to the nuisance late past MN. Can management address that or?
