We stayed at signature mgm tower 3 for two nights .The check in was easy and the staff knowledgeable and friendly .We stayed on 28 th floor and had good views over top golf and hotel frontage .Parking was Valeted but easy to sort out . The landing area was a little worn but lobby was nice . The room was large with good size bathroom and sitting area but it was worn ie sofa and carpets ,it was clean overall but the dividers made of glass where not and the wooden furniture is dated and needs polishing there were lots of marks including fingerprints over all it was a bit tired in places . The hotel was in good location ,you can walk through to tower one and two where you can get reasonable breakfast access to pool as in September tower 3 pool closed . The strip can be accessed through the MGM casino about 20 min walk . Overall it was pleasant but nothing special. One point it is very noisy at times with people returning from night out as there are large gaps under the doors into the main landing and the air con isn’t very effective ,I would not stay again .

As a group of ladies in our mid 50's getting together we were looking for a suite big enough that we could all settle in together for drinks, food fun and laughs. This was it. 37th floor with outdoor balcony facing the sunset and views of the city lights. The privately owned penthouse was actually 2 suites joined by one large door when we opened it up. Worked out great to have the early sleepers go to the other suite so the laughter didn't keep them awake. Both units were well appointed with everything needed to cook if we wanted. Both units were beautifully furnished and the bathrooms amazing. The larger suite the king bedroom had its own door and huge bathroom and there was a bathroom in the main living room with a comfy sleeper sofa. The other suite had a king bed and sleeper sofa with a galley wall style kitchen. We will be returning and highly recommend these two units privately rented. The proximity from tower 1 where we were to the MGM lazy river was a quick indoor walk and moving walkway of about 10 minutes. 5 minutes further in the Casino via the food court. This was great because the strip is there if you want to experience it otherwise we were content.

I have no complaints about the room or hotel, it was nice. But plan to walk a long way to the strip. If you uber from the tower to whenever you are going you will be fine. But if you like to walk the strip, you will be worn out by the time you reach it. Nice staff. Clean.

I was not crazy about this property. Mainly because the other LAS hotels I have stayed at have much better features/amenities and are closer to the places you want to be for the same price. My room was very clean and spacious - especially the shower. The bed was acceptable. I found that the resort fee offered absolutely zero value other than towels at the small and overcrowded pool. There were hardly any chairs in the shade from the 108 degree weather. The bathroom towels were easily the worst I have ever seen - unless you like what feels like scratchy polyester. Bathroom amenities were unbranded, cheap and had a peculiar smell. No good dining options at the hotel, either. Good luck trying to find electrical outlets - nothing on the lamps/nighstands. Closest was down the wall or at the table with some effort to use.

Needs some serious updating. Felt like I was in the Shining. Not what I expect in Vegas at all. Scuffed dirty doors. Full kitchen with no pots pans utensils plates cups etc. Will stay somewhere else and gladly pay more.
