Comfortable and well-appointed rooms. Friendly front desk and valet associates. Safety and security a priority at this resort; we felt safe. There is a gate with attendant upon entering the property. Centrally located with a lively and fun casino. Multiple eating establishments including a great sports bar.
The hotel is nice and well situated. The staff was very helpful. Special thanks to housekeeper Maria B. who did an amazing job on our room. The room was really comfortable, althought the decoration seems a bit dated (for my taste), it was very well equiped, calm and with a great view! + : *Direct link to the MGM Grand and the Strip through an indoor airconditioned corridor *Huge pool complex at the MGM grand *Small pools at the bottom of the signature. No sun in the morning for the pool tower 2 (which is a + for me) *View *Great service (housekeeping/valet/technical staff etc...) - : *Valet when it is busy. The entrance of the hotel is blocked and you can easily wait 15-30minutes in your car before being able to handle de keys *Opening hours of the swimming pools of the 3 towers. 9am is a bit late for people who do not want to be in the sun or who come from Europe (we were up very early in the mornings). There is no need to have 2 lifeguards for a small swiming pool. It would be better to open from 8am to 7pm.…
I definitely recommend the Signature. As someone who didn't want to be in the middle of the crowds and hustle and bustle of the Strip, the Signature was perfect. It wasn't as big and overwhelming as the resorts with casinos. It is very clean and comfortable and the staff is friendly and helpful.
Poor hot water in suite, bathroom hot water tap not working (so sink was useless),water leak in lobby, property asks you to conserve water by hanging towel to reuse them but they replaced them each day! Property is dated and old looking. Upgraded to 1 bedroom suite…was quoted 3 different prices!
Fantastic hotel!!!! I would definitely stay here again. This was all posh and opulence. The staff was wonderful and we could not have asked for a better room. We went for a concert and were right around the corner. You should be prepared for additional walking as it is far from the MGM Grand casino floor but worth it for the quiet.
I paid for my room 2 weeks in advance and I also talked to a representative to make sure we were paid in full and good to go. I paid almost $1700 dollars just to found out the day of my arrival that I was charged another $300 for some unknown fees I were not aware of, when I already paid $1700 to stay for 3 nights. I was not happy.
Don’t stay here. Unless you are ok getting locked out of room with bad key cards and they then tell you to “wait” in the back of the line while your family sits outside your room door while you try and get a working key. Staff just don’t seem happy. Lazy River was great. Only reason why I gave more than one star.
Overall, the entire stay was great. The room was great, kitchenette was a plus. The check-in/out was smooth, the front doormen/concierge were helpful. The ride share/uber pick-up was smooth. The easy access to the MGM Grand shops was great, Starbucks coffee shop was a plus. The lazy river was a supper pleasant experience; a truly standout feature. The drinks and food were good, service at the pool bar was great. Things are expensive in Vegas period. If you want to indulge you certainly can at this property, but you can also make thrifty choices and still enjoy the entire MGM experience. As mentioned, the lazy river is a one of a kind feature; the MGM Grand or Signature are your choices for that option.
This is a nice place to sleep but it is off the strip and there are very few, if any, normal hotel services. Most notably there is not a bar or restaurant in the hotel so you need make your way to another property. The rooms are nice and large and are mostly setup as efficiencies which is nice - although I am not sure who looks for that in Vegas.
Three couples attended the Pit Bull concert nearby. We prepared with set dinner reservations for two nights and optional for other two nights. Property is well managed and strongly suggest booking direct as third party rates are the same but there are issues with using them.
