Hotel is OK, but even though I paid my bill in full when I made the reservation they added on $44/night in 'resort fees' not covered by my fully paid in advance bill. NEVER stay in hotels that use this RIPOFF!!!

It pains me to write this review because this literally my favorite hotel to stay at in Vegas. I have come back to stay here many time over many years. So when the lockdown lifted and it is my birthday of course I planned a get away at Red Rock. Well this is the first time I have been truly disappointed with the cleanliness. We chose to stay in a suite and my daughter pulled out the sofa couch and the sheets were not on the bed and the mattress had a huge urine stain on it. Now I would think during these times that the upmost standards would be maintained for infection control. I contacted the manager working 4/10 at 130p and he was of no help and did not provide a reasonable solution. He was suppose to call me back and did not. The second manager I called to resolve the situation offered NO solution as well..1. move to another comparable room or upgrade Answer: we are sold out 2 comp the stay and thoroughly clean the couch Answer: I can take $100 off the bill..They sent a dayshift housekeeping manager to the room and she sent staff in that wanted to put a mattress cover over the urine stain mattress. Unacceptable. They finally changed the couch mattress but at that time I could not comfortably be sure the coach was clean...I expected way better services based on what I spent for a suite. The only bright spot is the second housekeeping manager, Mariana was very nice. She understood my concern. Personally sprayed and cleaned the sofa and brought in a roll away bed for my daughter to sleep on. Red Rock management could and should do better.

Spent two nights at RR with kids and loved every minute. The food is easy top-notch and easy to snag a table; games and casino tables are lower limit than the big casinos in town; and, the pool is a perfect location to relax, have a drink, and enjoy the sun. Rooms are large and well-appointed and parking is free. After a half-dozen different casino stays on the Strip we are coming back to RR next time!

Took the family here for quick spring break get away. What a great place for the kids. The bowling alley was great, the hotel was clean and easy to get around in. The food selections were a bit of everything for everybody and were not a budget killer. The was finer dining if you chose to do so, a mid range cafe and a food court. It was a decent distance rom the strip which for us was what we were wanting. It was nice to be able to just drive around to get things we needed without all the added people and cars of the main strip. My only issues with the room were that the toilet had a barn door style door on it so it did not seal. Thus you would also need to close the bathroom door to ensure total privacy and "quiet". The room was big with large widows. If you can get a room facing the mountains do it, the morning view of the Red Rock Park is amazing in the morning light. The staff was friendly, courteous and responsive to any and all requests/needs. Will definitely be returning for another trip.

Loved this Hotel! If you are looking for the typical strip casino/hotel experience, Red Rock is NOT for you. If you are looking for a great hotel, with first class service, wonderful restaurants, comfortable rooms with great views, read on. My husband and I stayed at Red Rock because it was close to our friends who live in Summerlin. We were there to celebrate my birthday. From the start, this place was great. The hotel lobby is completely separate from the casino, so you aren't walking past slots to get to your room, and the hotel elevators are an easy walk from the front desk. No "Vegas Vacation" experience here! The desk clerk, the valet and bellhops were all friendly and professional, even with the dreaded Covid face masks. We were there two nights and everything we asked for was provided promptly and with friendly service. We asked housekeeping for more shampoo since we had used the provided bottles and we were left with a bag full of shampoo, conditioner, soap, body wash and lotion. Wonderful! We ate in the Steakhouse on the second night and the food was excellent and service wonderful. Due to Covid there are a few restrictions; the pool and spa was closed :( and we were all masked but apart from that it is business as usual. Some hotels are cutting down on services with the Covid excuse, but that is not the case at Red Rock. We had a corner king with a great view of the Canyon. The room was huge and I was able to stretch out and relax in the large marble tub (which was separate from the shower - no tub/shower combo here). We ordered room service the first night and had for breakfast on the last day and had plenty of room to enjoy our meals.
