Beautiful place! Clean rooms. Good choice of restaurants, both sit down and fast food. Reason for the 4 stars is two things: 1. No entertainment on Friday or Saturday, which is strange for a large property, and 2. We had a problem on check out day. Housekeeping walked in our room, without knocking, after given until 1:00 to check out. Not enough to keep us away, we will stay again next time in Vegas!

Don't waste your time going to the casino you won't win a dime. We ate at lucky cafe and food was terrible. I had stop going for about a year and nothing has changed but the gave casino a face lift and customers are paying for it!

In January, I made a reservation for a 3night stay beginning March 28. This afternoon (March 27) I received an email from Red Rock cancelling my reservation! No explanation. The email was their “canned” email implying that I cancelled it. I immediately got on the phone and after being passed to several people I was finally put me in touch with a manager. No real explanation other than they overbooked and were moving several people to their sister property, Green Valley Resort. Couldn’t they have said In their email instead of letting us panic that we didn’t have a hotel room? They just figured out after two months that they were overbooked? In sum, extremely bad service and I have no desire to ever book there again. Let the buyer beware!

Used to come here all the time but after tonight never again. The casino staff and the staff at the bars are really rude and unfriendly. Seem to only be helpful to regulars. Yard House is still a great place to eat but go straight home after that

Our stay at the Red Rock Resort was wonderful. We were greeted at the front door and told a few small things regarding our stay. The front desk check in was easy and offered us an upgraded room. Our signature suite room was amazing. Large, comfortable and well appointed. The jet bath tub was great. TVs had our name on them. Red Rock made us feel like honored guest. The casino floor was large and had the latest games. We ate at Hearthstone and had a great meal. The pool was closed during our visit but looked very nice. Red Rock is a great off the strip luxury resort. Across the street is a shopping area. 10-15 drive to Red Rocks Conservation Area.

We’ve stayed at the Red Rock several times. The rooms are spacious and clean. The pool area is magnificent but it can get too crowded and if you’re traveling with young children, you may want to enjoy the pool when the DJ is not around. It attracts the young drinking single crowd.

The family had a wonderful time here. Definitely recommend staying here. We enjoyed some time at the Cabanas, an 80's night at the Rocks Lounge and good dining options. In other trips we have also bowled here and caught a concert at Sandbar Pool.

It is a beautiful resort! I would highly recommend! The rooms were clean. The casino was clean. The only part that I did not love is that you can smoke in the casino, but I do not hold that against the resort.

We live in Summerlin and used to come to Red Rock a lot. I said used to because after today's visit, I will take my business somewhere else! Went with friends out, and after dinner at Smokehouse, we decided to gamble a little. Played a bit of Roulette, but dealer James completely ignored us, talking to his assistant, or whatever the other dealer job is. I guess he wears his mask to cover his lack of guest service, or he is simply, just rude by nature! He SHOULD NOT work in the hospitality industry. Period. Won't come to Redrock anymore. My money, my choice. Thx

Around 20 minutes away from the strip/airport. Arrived in the evening and was there for a business conference. Walked the resort and a very nice well maintained property. Several nice restaurants to try and also a food court. Pool area looked pretty nice but was cold during my stay. Bowling, cinema, and kids area available. Casino is like any other Vegas casino. I had the mountain view which looked over the freeway and homes. They also gave the option of Strip view. The Summerlin area in Las Vegas is considered a desirable place to live and the shoping area next to the resort looks worth exploring as well as I understand some additional restaurants. Overall seems like a nice resort stay but not a bargain by any means.
