...My husband & I visited the Skyfall bar with amazing views… The location at the end of the strip isn’t ideal in such hot weather but we made use of the free tram & used lots of Ubers...

...Then comes the location of the pool being actually located at Mandalay Bay and not Delano with an approximate 15 mins walk lugging kids and their belongings...

...The location within the resort is pretty good- close to casino, sportsbook, Starbucks, the Shops at Mandalay and the parking garage...

...From the check-in where our room wasn't ready at 3pm, to the terrible smell in the room, to the poor service, to the lack of food and bars, to the location at the end of the strip with literally the worst hotels on the strip next to it...why?...

...We enjoyed the location as it was off the busy part of the strip and felt less crowded and crazy as the rest of the strip...

...The room was beautifully appointed, but there was a dead bug in the bathtub and the location was just horrible... In closing, I really think that the room at the Delano on the 3rd floor we were assigned to should not be fit for any guest to stay in given the location and the views...

Also, the in room refrigerator does not have enough space to put anything of your own in it, be it food leftovers or beverages...

The room was very spacious, very clean and was a pleasant surprise... I booked a Stay Well room but I did not get a Stay Well room - my reservation was "selected for a complementary upgrade" to Delano, but the room was not a Stay Well room... One of the rooms near mine must have been smoking a LOT of pot in there because my room constantly reeked (even my clothes smell like pot smoke now that I'm home)... The extra air purification in the Stay Well rooms would have helped had they been able to honor my reservation...

Paid for Stadium View rooms to celebrate going to the Raider game for my son's birthday. When we arrived, we asked for rooms on the same floor and traded it for the Stadium view without asking or telling us... When we asked for the original rooms we paid for (within 30 minutes of receiving them) they gave our rooms away without any apology... We spend $3K for 3 rooms for two nights and they made very little effort to make this issue right...

...The suite was nice but did not include a refrigerator. The refrigerator in the room was stocked and if you even move an item you pay for it... to the tune of like 11$ for a pop or water...

We were offered a room change, but we had to downgrade from a strip view on the 31 floor to no view on the 22 floor... I went to the front desk the next morning and the lady I spoke to was very rude and condescending (I think her name was Melissa) saying that the room wasn’t a downgrade and not even apologizing for the inconvenience... After arguing with me about the room change she did give me a later checkout of 3 p.m. but dealing with her attitude was not worth it...

Room has mold, adult fluid stains, moldy food in fridge, clearly learnt nothing from COVID remediation policies. Half a dozen different people came to the room and witnessed the foul smell, yet none moved me safely to another room, just told me there was nothing could be done...

This hotel is a perfect example of a high end business class hotel... The rooms are well appointed with high quality furniture with a no frills style (everything you would want and nothing you don't need)...

The room has a full bath with tub and separate shower in the bedroom AND a half bath in the living room area. Also, there is a door between the bedroom and living room so I have privacy when my husband wants to watch a football game and I want to watch something else...

...We booked 6 months in advance and they moved us to “similar” accommodations at the Mandalay Bay in Vegas this past week because they over booked… which I’ll never understand... Especially when you speak to the manager at the Delano about the disappointment and they lie about sending up housekeeping to change the sheets and moving you to a new suite back at the Delano the next day, but you call back to see when that’s happening and no one knows what you’re talking about!...

...The living room is very comfortable and closed off from the bedroom. It even has a powder room/toilet/sink area, which was surprising... Rooms and main bath have lots of closet, drawer, and storage space, which is something lacking in most hotels and always appreciated!... This non-casino hotel is connected to Mandalay Bay's casino, shops and restaurants just a walk next door... We forgot a corkscrew and there is no corkscrew in the room, which is the first time I've encountered this...

...The $14 dollar charge to use the in-room coffee maker was petty. All of the food, beverage, and cocktails are outrageously priced, and the fact that tip options STARTED at 20% left me feeling ripped off...

...The signs in the room should indicate on the outside of the fridge that a charge could be accrued by moving anything or looking at it... It such a cheap ass move by a moderately pricey hotel, it's a bad look and a disgusting practice... There was no resolution to the issues because the nickel and diming is a practice by the hotel overall, and I wasn't going to create an issue over the room switch that most workers wouldn't have the means to fix since we were only staying for one day... I'm dissatisfied and quite disappointed in the MGM resorts in my two trips staying with them so far... Literally no indication on the app or website about where you park for the Delano and internet directions didn't take us anywhere near the Mandalay bay garage, which you have to pay for even if you stay and spend in the hotel and casino No directions inside for the Delano until you walk a ways into the Mandalay casino area, nickel and dimed for everything... Wasnt the hotel or room I picked, I'd preferred to be asked if I wanted an "upgrade"...

And, if the sensor on the refrigerator picked up any movement, there was a $50 charge!... Also, a cup of coffee was $9.00!... For a 5-star luxury hotel, I would think that water and coffee would be complimentary, but it wasn't...

Word to the wise, do not under any circumstances drink the in-room coffee or use the water. $22 for the water and $12 for the coffee... It could end up being a very expensive coffee if you use the bottled water to make the coffee...

We stayed here for a long weekend and paid the $150 PER NIGHT dog fee, which is almost 2x the fee of other properties nearby... Since we were paying $300 (which is a lot more than the room rate!...

...If you’re a member of MGM you only pay $25 for parking per day!...

Using the MGM Mastercard Credit Card allows us discounted rooms at most MGM properties and makes us Pearl members automatically...

Overall rooms were nice and fairly priced... We got charged for evening touching items in a fridge... We understand alcohol and snacks should be charged but it was a bit overboard... It’s hard to justify making you pay 20 dollars for a water when you spend so much on shows food and gambling...

...This Christmas stay at Delano was the worst experience I ever had in Vegas... I was charged wrong minibar charges twice after all mini bar items were removed upon my requested... I still got charged minibar after checkout...

I stayed at the Delano for four days in December 2022 with my Fiancé and I was not impressed at all. Originally my reservation was at the Mandalay Bay, but the Front Desk offered and "uprade" to a suite at the Delano for an extra $30/night... They don't even provide water or coffee with the additional Resort Fees!... I don't recommend wasting your hard earned money at this hotel... The MGM Rewards Program is horrible too... They don't give you anything worthwhile for the amount of table games you play...

It was a wonderful hotel, unfortunately they were more interested in making more money than providing common courtesy items such as coffee, tea, a refrigerator where you can store your left overs after eating out... So even if you didn’t partake of a beverage and lifted it, you would be charged... The lowest price would be $8 for a bottle of water for example...

...Having outdated televisions with no smart functions, and movies you have to pay for, was a big disappointment... The hotel chose to spend money on light simulator alarm clocks instead of things people would actually use, such as microwaves and smart TVs...

...However, never has a mandatory resort fee been so absurd. For $39 dollars a day plus $5.22 tax you get reasonable internet and the chance to make local phone calls... You would think it would at least include the coffee (kuerig) in the room but, BEWARE, if you even pick up the cup to look at it, the sensor system will charge you $14, though that does include 2 kuerig pods...

...My only complaint is that they charge you for using the coffee machine in your room and if you lift anything out of the fridge they charge you for it even if you put it back unused... Just charge $20 more and give you free coffee...

There is a fridge, but no room for your own stuff since it is stocked with their snacks, beverages, and alcohol, which is EXTREMELY expensive... We called down for a corkscrew and were told it would be a $20 charge...

...The maids did an amazing job as I am very picky and go over the room as soon as we get there. The beds were comfy and the shower fantastic... You cannot take speakers, hydration flasks (unless they are empty) into the pool...

...There was the separate shower large, a large jacuzzi tub, separated by 2 large sinks and a huge mirror on the opposite side(same bathroom) was a separate toilet with a door...

...Housekeeping was fantastic, make sure you read the signs and don’t move anything in the mini fridge unless you want to pay for it...

Called again on 5/7/23 around 4pm for room turnover/cleaning as housekeeping staff still has not arrived... Left hotel room at 5pm for dinner and returning at 9:30pm ready for bedtime to find housekeeping in middle of clenaing still... these late hour room cleaning/housekeeping is unacceptable and made worse since I already complained to front desk about it on prior day only to have the room service at a even much later hour... At 9:30pm for room cleaning is by far the latest and most inconvienent time I've ever experience in any hotel stays...

...It has clean and nicely appointed suites that have separate living/sitting areas from the bedroom which is nice. It also has 1 1/2 bathrooms, a 1/2 bathroom in the living sitting area in addition to a full bathroom for the bedroom area with separate tub and shower...

The Stay Well suite in the Delano was one of the best hotel rooms I have ever experienced. Clean, comfortable and I slept extremely well... I was there on business and the closets held all of my clothes with plenty of room... The lighting and air purifier made it even more enjoyable...

...Delano is way classier than a lot of hotels I have staid at in Vegas, we just got home today and already booked another trip out in July and staying at Delano again...

...Casino floor is clean and lots of great slots. The casino does not smell like smoke with a great ventilation system... The Delano rooms are super clean with a beautiful bathroom and great front/living room...

Key did not work all of a sudden without an explanation nor apology... Front desk staff (Saline) simply said the key has expired--in the middle of our stay without any rhyme or reason...

From the time we checked into our room to the time we checked out we had problems... We requested early check in which they charged us for and did not accommodate... We scheduled and pre-ordered catering & clean up throughout our stay, which were not adhered to... There were catering orders that sat in the room for over 24 hours and the only reason they got picked up is because we did it ourselves... When we asked the VIP lounge to assist with the cups we were turned away... Chose this for a spa trip, but was told by concierge via email before I left that I would have to book a treatment to access The Bathhouse, the Delano spa. It wasn't true, and the spa check in desk told me the concierge was consistently misinformed... The Stay Well room I booked (with HEPA filter, other amenities) needed a filter change, as indicated on the panel... That didn't happen during my stay, despite a request... I especially appreciate the no cell phone in Spa policy, enforced diligently by a spa attendant who was firm but fair... Staff special commendations to Scott, Rivea server, and Judy, Bathhouse attendant...

Starbuck closed at 3pm so if you wanted a late afternoon cup of coffee you couldn't get one... So I went to the hotel coffee shop and that was closed also... Great atmosphere, great service, great drinks and food, They could not have been nicer there... BTW the first night I was there I asked at the front desk to change my room to something updated or redone or newer and was told there was nothing available...

...Showed the desk clerk my business card and who I was with for the concert proceeded to laugh and reply "they don't do courtesy upgrades" whihc is strange because most hotels see recognize the company I work for as we are a provider and take special care. Unfortunately the trams to the Excalibur and Luxor stop running at 12am and the tram to the MGM park and Tmobile arena was not running... They claim you have access to all the pool on the propert but want an extra $250...

...1st time visit went very well. The check in went smoothly through the mobile app and room was clean... Also with self parking use an actual key card to access the garage... You will have an issue to get in and out if you use the mobile app...

...It even has a powder room/toilet/sink area, which was surprising. Main bathroom has a large garden tub and shower and TV, with toilet closed off in separate room... Plenty of elevators so you didn't have to wait long to get a lift... Valets and bell hops were extremely quick, courteous and helpful... We called down for a corkscrew and were told it would be a $20 charge...

The room has a full bath with tub and separate shower in the bedroom AND a half bath in the living room area... The only issue is less staff post-pandemic so requests are slow but the staff are top-notch and accommodating... Easy access to strip videos free monorail... Also, free EV charging for my Tesla...

...We booked 6 months in advance and they moved us to “similar” accommodations at the Mandalay Bay in Vegas this past week because they over booked… which I’ll never understand... Especially when you speak to the manager at the Delano about the disappointment and they lie about sending up housekeeping to change the sheets and moving you to a new suite back at the Delano the next day, but you call back to see when that’s happening and no one knows what you’re talking about!... I’ve never had such horrible service or treatment...

...Arrived later than most attendees due to a delayed flight so check in area was not busy. Front desk staff was not very friendly and certainly didn't make me feel special... Despite it being 6:30 pm, they weren't sure my room was ready yet which was frustrating... Had to wait while they called housekeeping to confirm... No directions to the elevators or kind send off after check in...

...My wife and I gamble and are anything but big time but play enough so MGM will pick us up at the airport, VIP check in, provide us a suite, pay for our F&B and give us some free play at any of their resorts and we have stayed at many. My wife feels the casino floor is one of the best for slots in Vegas, the service is good throughout the whole resort, from check in to housekeeping...

The hotel provides a friendly environment with many rooms. I believe all the rooms are suites, and we found a separate living area with a TV in the living room as well as in the bathroom... It came to a surprise it to where is actually a second bathroom in the room so that, two people could utilize different bathrooms during the stay...

...b) The staff mentioned that he'd give us conventional parking for free, and we can use it at any MGM resort... Finally the staff waived the fee...

Beautiful room with lots of space, separate sitting room, 2 bathrooms and very comfortable beds. Besides a long walk from the main areas, Delano was great hotel for the price... Also pool was wonderful for my kids, only dislike being you have to rent more comfortable chairs that are closest to the water and the lifeguards really like you to stay right in the center of the wave pool!...

...The tv in the main bath (Yes- there's 2!)... I love that the bedroom is private, and guests or children can enjoy tv in the living room...

The Delano has a nice ambiance and we like the concept of smoke free and no fills (e.g... Plus they "nickel and dime" you on everything... $18 to self park, $14 to use the Keurig in the room...

...I hosted a business event in their LOFT suite which is very exclusive, and it seemed like I still wasn't important enough for the staff to make additional accommodations for me and my group. We requested early check in which they charged us for and did not accommodate... We scheduled and pre-ordered catering & clean up throughout our stay, which were not adhered to... We resorted to bringing in our own carafes of coffee the next morning and when we asked the room service staff for coffee cups to be brought to the room (glass, plastic, paper, whatever they had) we got a quote of 1-2 hours to accommodate... When we asked the VIP lounge to assist with the cups we were turned away...

...The room didn’t have a microwave or mini fridge and you pay for everything, even bottled water and their “coffee kits” which I found out at check out are considered part of the mini bar...

We love staying at the Delano because the rooms are larger than most with multiple TVs, a separate sitting room, a full and half bath. It's like having a small, well-appointed apartment right on the strip... The prices are reasonable, and you are close enough to everything, but the hotel stays pretty quiet and relaxing... I also love that this hotel has a spa... The staff is always friendly and the in-room dining is quite good...

...I was shocked to arrive at my room 16309 on Feb 1, 2023 at 1:30 am to find that there was no access to a bathroom or showers due to a maintenance issue. To make matters worse, the hotel did not notify me or offer any alternative solutions, such as access to a spa or another room... Despite paying $700+ per night for my room, I was not given a basic necessity like a functioning shower or toilet... As a guest, I expect a certain level of service and amenities, especially when paying such a high rate...

...In fact, if you want to use a Keurig coffee pod in the room, the hotel charges a $12 charge...

...The staff is awesome and super friendly and helpful. Casino floor is clean and lots of great slots... The casino does not smell like smoke with a great ventilation system... Drinks at the video poker bars are absolutely the best... The Delano rooms are super clean with a beautiful bathroom and great front/living room... Maid service is super friendly and nice...

...It was a wonderful hotel, unfortunately they were more interested in making more money than providing common courtesy items such as coffee, tea, a refrigerator where you can store your left overs after eating out. The refrigerator they provided was stuffed with beverages and alcohol which was touch sensitive...

Staying in a hotel for an extended time means depending on room service and takeout a lot of the time. Our also means hoping for some winding down time by way of movies and streaming content... The hotel chose to spend money on light simulator alarm clocks instead of things people would actually use, such as microwaves and smart TVs...

The master bath had a shower curtain 2 feet too long, which just laid on the bottom of the tub (I almost took my scissors to cut it to fit)...

...If you are in Vegas to see the Raiders stadium attend some shows, try one of the buffets in the casinos on the strip or go to a club or restaurant on the strip this is the place to be. Exceptional amenities - shower and a deep soaker tub, on suite area with a separate TV, TV in the bathroom so you don’t miss any action, a separate powder room, awesome decor, floor to ceiling windows in the on suite area and the bedroom… the list goes on and on... Exception service and the convenience of being very close to the strip is just hard to beat in Vegas... We celebrated our 5th anniversary at this hotel and we could not have chosen a better place for it...

...The location is south of the major strip but has a tram which is available free and takes you to other hotels on the strip. My only complaint is that they charge you for using the coffee machine in your room and if you lift anything out of the fridge they charge you for it even if you put it back unused... Just charge $20 more and give you free coffee...

...The suite was nice but did not include a refrigerator. The refrigerator in the room was stocked and if you even move an item you pay for it... to the tune of like 11$ for a pop or water... Want a fridge that’s empty you can have one if you rent it on top of the room cost...

...It's about time the hotels offer refrigerator use without a charge. The cleaning staff is friendly and good though again somehow there are no robes... The curtains are a pain and hard to pull the electric type offered by many upscale hotels are much easier to use...

...My Wife and daughter wanted to celebrate my 70th Birthday with my, son and his wife, oldest daughter and adult grandchildren at Mandalay Bay resort primarily for the pool. My wife rented a West Lagoon cabana that was perfectly located near the lazy river and wave pool... We spent an enjoyable day with refreshments and great laughs... The cabana staff is very attentive and continuously restock the refrigerator... The room was very clean and comfortable as we upgraded to a small suite to accommodate our family of 10 for in room toasts... The evening live band "Garage Boys" at the round bar was very entaining playing sets of Rock music and Rock requests... Defenitely would stay at the resort in the future...
