This was our first time at the Delano. What a spacious suite, when traveling with four ladies, I love the fact we had two bathrooms, makes getting ready a lot easier. The sky fall lounge was breathtaking. Make sure to reserve in advance for an outside spot, to watch the sunset.

Awesome rooms, great service, quite hotel just steps from Mandalay bay casino, pool, restaurants. Also, a mall walkway to the luxor is a short walk from Delano. Get corner room for views of the strip and raiders stadium.

This place was a joke. The energy and vibe was a joke. The pool attendant ripped me off for a cabana. I would of never complain however when I went to one of their sister properties I was like a ray of sunshine. I mentioned my issue to one of the pit bosses and they said I should speak up. Fast forward to day of check out. Mentioned my issue with the cabana situation. We waited for an answer they brushed me off with they were sold out the day of my rental. I said that a lie because the guy walking us to the cabana said “take your choice” over ten to choose from in this section alone. They discounted some room service to make me feel better but that was a scam too. That was cause of my play or status. Then I asked for my table play if I had any credit. They called for a VIP host and no one answered. Waiting 20 minutes. Mind you I play $25 chips at roulette and $50-$100 hands at blackjack. Yea not a whale but I’m the kind of player they like. Checked out lady said I’m going to have someone follow up. Pretty much crickets. It’s been 5 days. Only highlight was taking them for $10k. Along with a few nice dinners. Sick this place even if they pay you

Used to be awesome. Still great ambiance. Rooms desperately in need of update. Understaffed. Showed up,to an upgraded (theoretically) room. Can only assume they are understaffed or don’t care. Bath house spa apparently is gone for good. Gift shop rarely open, breakfast restaurant closed, and unless you show up at 7 am and get in line, pool can only be seen from behind a gate. Casino was pretty lifeless...probably due to the fact that the tram to get to the hotel rarely if ever runs. I’m sure it’s because of COVID financial drain but they seem to be cutting corners everywhere. Been going here 2 a year for 10 years...moving up the strip from now on.

Our son was turning 21 and wanted to celebrate his birthday in Las Vegas. We enjoyed the pool, casino, bars, restaurants and of course our beautiful room. This is one of my favorite places to stay in Las Vegas. We had the best dinner at Lupo. The lasagna was the best we have ever tasted!!!
