Awful! Constantly had people banging on the connecting door of the suite we were unaware was connected to our room when we booked! It apparently opened into their "living" room. UNBELIVEABLY LOUD! Music BLARING AT 5am, started at 1am. Sreaming at all hours. At one point caught someone looking under the connecting door. They had a direct view into our...

Stayed here 3 times over 1 year and the last two times my host booked me a room with 2 queen beds. When your reservation says 2 queen beds and you will be arriving at midnight with 2 little toddlers how can you be sold out and only have king beds. Being a 7 star total rewards member and not...

The Nobu is lovely. The room decor is elegant and serene. The bath has wonderful amenities. A long soaking tub as well as a steam shower. We especially enjoy that the entrance is private with elevators that take you directly to your floor and must be key swiped for security. The staff is welcoming and helpful.

Please don't do it to yourself! This 'hotel' is a complete joke! The staff are completely incompetent including the duty managers I encountered on three occasions. We were harassed by desk staff every day when we ventured out claiming that we had not paid for our room (you need to pay the full amount upon check in) and the funds...

Stayed in the Hakone suite, which was very nice. Large, very comfortable, bathroom amenities were top notch. That steam shower!!!!! View from the living room wasn't great. It was basically looking at A.C. units and another tower. The bedroom view was slightly better, with a peekaboo view of the strip. My biggest complaints would probably be the check-in process and...

So, let me first start with I booked this hotel on Travelocity and booked what I thought was caesar's palace but didn't realize under room type it said Nobu Room type. Not having stayed at caesar's before, I hadn't realized there was a hotel within a hotel. I go to check into Caesars and was told, no - your room...

For being one of the pricier hotels on the strip, Nobu did not meet a number of basic expectations. The TV did not work on arrival and we had to wait a few hours for someone to come and fix it. None of the bathroom locks were functioning also (we had three connecting rooms) and the view from our rooms...

We stayed at the Nobu in Caesars Palace and it was so comfortable and calming. It was a perfect contrast to the lights and sounds of the casino. The beds were amazingly soft and welcoming, and by far the most comfortable we have ever slept in at a hotel. We will definitely return!

I am an SPG Platinum member and did not want to stay at the traditional Caesar's Hotel, so I decided to give Nobu a try. This section of the hotel has its own elevators and check-in lobby. When my wife and I arrived, we were personally greeted at the check-in desk without any wait. In the second floor lobby, there...

My wife and I stayed in Nobu within Caesar's Palace. Wow! It was absolutely amazing. They took great care of us. We ate incredible food, enjoyed the entertainment, relaxed by the pool, won a little, lost a little, and eventually left with a clear desire to go back again.

Your feedback is so delightful about our team! At the end of the day, a hotel is just four walls but it’s the people inside that really provide the experience. We are so very thankful you experienced what we strive to provide for all of our guests, premium hospitality. We hope you will stay with us again in the future.
