Nobu promises a Nakashima-inspired room in a boutique hotel-in-a-hotel. Space: 3-stars (average hotel room) There were a couple of Japanese prints on the walls, but i would not call it ‘Nakashima inspired’. I would call it a pretty average hotel room. That cost about $700. We have stayed at far nicer rooms in LV and even NYC at that price point; even less. It wasn’t terrible, but don’t sell it as special. It was average. I thought it matched up to a Best Western. Service: 1 star. I won’t waste time on the details. Suffice it to say that they are trying to run a hotel without employees. There is one person at the front desk; no room service, phone tree when u call the operator On the room phone, and AI /bot concierge‘s service. No thanks. Not special.

We got a room for our 15 year anniversary in the Nobu Tower. The room was not very impressive, quite small and the bathroom only had one sink. It was not very big as well. There was loud music playing downstairs in the street until 3 AM. Then construction started at 5 am. There was also music playing in the room next to us until 6 AM. We didn't sleep at all, what a terrible experience.

I have stayed at a couple different hotels in Vegas, but none like this. It was very well designed. The elevators need your keycard, and it lets you know what elevator to take-such an underrated feature. The room very comfortable, and the staff is very friendly!

When checking in at the hotel, we didn't get access to our rooms until after 7pm. The concierge/management team did not provide any solutions to help solve the problem. I requested that the manager email me personally 3 times at the concierge desk to discuss the situation and I never heard back from the manager. Lastly, I had a few charges on my credit card, saying that we took items from the mini-fridge when we did not. Overall, I'm dissatisfied with Nobu Hotels and wouldn't stay here again. You will get better quality service at a 3 star hotel (Springhill Suites, Hyatt Place, etc.) than this 5 star one.
