Check-in and out was far better than any other place as there were long lines. Nobu is like a boutique spot within Caesars. Nice rooms with a view, great shower and bed. Pillows too soft , only 1 small sink in bathroom, no door on toilet area, no refrigerator other than the one stocked with amenities. If you take anything out of it you are charged a very high price. If you do not use it for some reason and put it back they charge you $75 re-stocking charge. Check-in early? Sure but they charge you $40. Nobu is the center of everything in Las Vegas especially the Coliseum where the Top shows are performed. Some of the best shops in all of Las Vegas are here and at Bellagio all within a short walk. Definitely would stay here next time though.

.... Disgusting unhelpful staff, they put me and my family in a dirty room! The amenities were missing... hair in the bathroom.... Hair under the clear scale.... Gross! Then they offered us a new room. The second room has flickering lamps and I found used wipes between the mattress and the head board. At booking the website said yea was included in the room! Lies! They want you to go to the lobby on the second floor... Each time I tried to get tea from there the kids did not fit the cups.... The water is boiling hot and I have to carry it back to my room without a lid. This is all about a name! I requested a manager multiple times! We asked for more pillows they never came! We asked for white sugar for tea since it wasn't in the "lobby" I was told on Sat night that the room service closed at 7:30! Every time I went down in the lobby someone else was complaining about hidden fees and exta charges! Not advertised but they are charging over 100$ a night for incidentals! At check in they held my card for 750$ for Thursday thru Tuesday! They came banging on my door at 7:30 am for one cup of coffee that I never requested! When I had robot disturb on my door! Then threw it in my face that coffee service is usually a $150 charge! Then threw in my face that they upgraded my room to the next floor! I didn't ask for! They gave me a $200 dinner credit! At the Caesars property! I said this has been the most awful racially bias hotel I have been to! My room was at a special rate....they also threw that in my face! Gross, discrimination, giving me "free" things to silence me was a bigger slap in the face!

Wow! What an amazing hotel room! Way beyond our expectations! Could have stayed forever! Felt like we were in our home instead of a casino. If you have a trip planned to Las Vegas, we would highly recommend staying at the Nobu Hotel inside of Caesar's.

Let’s start with the check in which is at 4 pm… they would tell you that they have til 6 pm to give your room …after a long trip and a check out at 11 am the following day, I expect the room to be ready at 4pm… they offered an upgrade because the room was not ready but I would be the one paying $80 for it…this is really cheap and not what I expect from a boutique hotel. The room is small, no bathtub The pool closes at 5 pm and no one told you so after being there for 10 minutes we had to leave the pool and could not even stay around the pool. It reopens at 9 and you are checking out at 11 am so they do everything for you not to actually use the pool and facility. Based on the resort fees which are expensive this is not acceptable. We had a double queen bed room and we were 3 in it but when I tried to work on my computer I was charged an extra $14.99 for an extra device …the resort fee covering 2 devices only … if you have 3 phones and a computer you will have to pay en extra $30…Again seemed very cheap when the room price is not. Don t stay here…second stay at Caesars and I am really done

Was really disappointed with this hotel, first room roof was leaking then transferred us to a single king bed when I was traveling with my sister. Also did find a huge bug in the washroom. Front desk personnel was border line rude.

Overpriced Average Room: We had booked with Caesars and was told they had moved our room reservation over to Nobu. We thought "cool" as we had heard it was an upgrade from the standard room at Caesars. I liked the idea of a boutique hotel inside a bigger hotel, and it lived up the bill of a more private experience. That is pretty much where the upgrades end. It's billed as an Asian themed luxury hotel, and it's far from luxury. If you don't mind a small room that looks out at the roof top air conditioning units, then the view is spectacular. Want to upgrade your view, sure for another $150 a night you will get a better view of roof top air conditioners and the same size room . The rooms were quiet but quite small. The resort fee is uncalled for as the gym is small, no pool option within Nobu, no internet at all (unless you pay more for an upgrade), no coffee machine and no refrigerator you can put things in (it has items for sale in it only). The “lounge” is a room with one table & chairs. a pot of hot water and tea bags (again no coffee). No discount to eat at the Nobu restaurant. The room has a MONSTER sized sink that was clogged the time we were there. Basically, this is an original tower of the Caesars property. The rooms are not luxurious and can't recommend the hotel unless you like the location convenience it offers . As said by another poster..................Firmly Meh. We won’t be back.

I booked a reservation for the Nobu Hotel through Priceline for a king room. When I arrived to the Nobu Hotel, I was informed that I was in fact staying in the Forum Tower. Can you imagine the embarrassment? When I contacted Priceline customer service, I was told although I had booked a Nobu King, Caesars was refusing to honor the reservation. This is a loophole which allows Caesars to bait and switch customers into higher priced rooms at Caesars Palace. In my case, I was offered an Augustus room for over $200/ night. Only book room reservations through Nobu. Caesars has no control over reservations at Nobu Hotel.
