Best time and experience staying at the Caesars Palace. Will definetly come back again, soon! Thank you all for the amazing experience. We got married in the Graceland Chapel Elvis wedding and had the best time of our life
Bad service’s Long time to respond if I ask for anything Didn’t make and clean the room till night 45 minutes to send some one to take the luggage I will never stay in your hotel again 😡 I don’t recommend to anyone to stay in your hotel , i tried meny hotels in vegas , no one bad as your hotel
We had an amazing Evo Weekend while staying at the Nobu Hotel. We had an extremely clean and spacious room. The front desk was always on point. Daniel treated us like we were family!! 5/5 will recommend to friends and family and will return!!!!
Stayed at Nobu Hotel for a special party - our birthday guest wanted a unique spot and Nobu dinner. Hotel, w/resort fees (lol) and tax at $659. There are no resort extras for said fees. No lobby. No room service. No coffee! I could have stayed at Bellagio for 1/3rd price. Room not special - their selling point. They locked my mini bar as I stored a small bottle of champagne given to me as a gift. Yes, they had a sign (that I missed that their was a storage fee of $75 for personal items). This at a near $700/ night hotel??????? Nobu, protect your brand. Dinner fabulous. Hotel, so disappointing.
I spent all of 10 hours in the hotel due to my schedule, but it was a very relaxing 10 hours. I would definitely recommend Nobu to anyone in La Vegas - elegant and dignified. I enjoyed my stay. This was my first time staying at Nobu.
I staying tonight‘s with me two children I have a card $500 extra for things we did not use and upgrades that talk to me $50 a night or 10 times I am that’s what they said it’s a scam and I am fighting them
I was really looking forward to staying at Nobu, but was completely disappointed by the lack of service and checkin process. We did not get into our room until after 5pm and only got our room at that time as the hotel had not texted as they had promised when it was ready. Checkin states “from 4pm” but that does not provide a clear understanding. The hotel did not service our room one day. A request for late checkout - given our issues with checkin - were met with an automatic negative response with no consideration of customer service/experience. I would definitely not recommend this hotel.
Very happy with my recent stay at NOBU Las Vegas . The staffs are very helpful and friendly . I really love the new appearance of the hotel with the newly renovated rooms . The welcome tea is such a great addition especially with the hot Vegas weather . Looking forward to stay again on my next visit .
We stayed 2 nights and 3 days at the Nobu Hotel and it was amazing. My friend and I loved how intimate the entrance to the Nobu Hotel is compared to the Cesar Palace or any other hotel. It felt very exclusive. The design in the hotel and the room is relaxing and classy without it being too much. We were helped by Gizelle at the lobby front desk and she was great. Very kind, patient, funny and helpful she did crazy hours during those 3 days while still being nice and helpful so I recommend Gizelle if you need help. We were extremely lucky as we booked a regular NOBU DELUXE KING and we were upgraded to the THE SAKE SUITE, which was AMAZING. There were a home cinema, pool table, a kitchen, 2 smart bidet and and amazing bathroom with bathtub and steam shower. We loved it ! Also the cleaning lady we met was very nice and we could leave our suitcases to the front desk before our departure after the the check out. So thank you Nobu Hotel for that gift and Gizelle for your help. We will be back!…
I had a terrible check in experience and it got progressively worse from there. The room I was given was not the room type I booked and was told that the hotel was full so I could take the allocated room or go find something else at Caesar’s Palace. The lack of empathy and appalling guest service I received have ensured that I’ll never book a stay at any Nobu Hotel anywhere in the world. This why restauranteurs shouldn’t open hotels. I had a problem with the Nobu Restaurant at Caesar’s Palace, but the manager came correct and fixed the issue with grace and wonderful hospitality.
