Super nice stay!!!💛 we enjoyed the view and the quick access to things around! Definitely a 10/10! I am giving 4 stars as the hotel was clean but a musky scent was present. Several workers were just not very nice. I understand people have bad days but a few of them were blatantly rude. Other than that I had a great time!!😃

Where do I start? Well it really doesn't matter because all parts of my stay would get the highest 10 rating. As soon as my husband & I arrived, we noticed just how beautiful the landscaping was & how CLEAN the property was from the outside. Then we stepped into the beautiful Oasis & was equally as impressed. The resort is stunning. We were in room 710 with a beautiful view of the stunning pool. My husband and I were celebrating our 37th wedding anniversary & we have spent the past 7 years at Vegas during this time. We have stayed at 7 different hotels just to fully experience Vegas BUT we have already said that we were returning to this location next year since we LOVED it so much. Everything (and I mean everything) exceeded expectations. The kitchen had full size STAINLESS steel appliances. It was a full kitchen that also included a washer and dryer. We also loved the pull-out sofa bed with the match chaise. All of the furniture would be something that I would love in my own home. The bedroom lamps were to "die for". The bedroom also had a sitting bench in the room and the bed was beyond large & comfortable. There are plenty of outlets for all of our gadgets that needed to be charged. Plenty of lighting in all the rooms. All of the furniture accessories (rugs, lamps, pictures) just blended well together for a more upscaled looked. I appreciated how representatives would check on us via their text message system to see if everything was satisfactory during our stay being proactive rather than being reactive to situations. Every time I text for information, I received an immediate "pleasant" response. Everyone we encounter was always smiling and seem to really want to assist and LOVE their jobs. Another observation is that this place is "white glove" clean. I even took pictures of the lobby rest rooms to show just how clean everything was. There are employees cleaning all day. I even witness employees wiping down the decorative trash containers daily. I would have never known they were trash bins until my husband needed to throw away something. The pool area is nicely kept. They even have multiple lifeguards on duty rotating each station. We ate at the WAVES bar and grill every morning for breakfast & that area too was spotless clean. This by far is one of my Vegas favorite hotels (HANDS DOWN). I have zero negatives. Kudos to the entire HGV staff. We have found our permanent hotel home. Fyi, the server name YES, was fantastic all 4 days of our stay. She always greeted us with a genuine smile and served us well. She made our mornings and was very conversational to make us feel even more welcome.

I traveled to Vegas to go to the Usher concert. The hotel is very close so that part was great! However, the room left much to be desired. I found hair that wasn't mine in the shower, there was a layer of dust on the table and night stand and if that wasn't enough, after I'd let the timeshare folks know about my room, no one reached out to come and clean. And then I found a hair in my bed!! So I called down to the front desk and they sent someone right up. She was sweet and said she wasn't made aware of what the issues were so I told her and left. When I returned I saw that she'd changed the sheets and that was about it. The hair was no longer in the bed but the one in the shower and on the shower wall were still there along with the dust ( I have a dust allergy) oh and she left fresh towels and what was in the towels, A HAIR! I found a hair in a washcloth while washing my face. Imagine the horror. At that point I was ready to go. I went to the front desk at check out and they refunded my resort fee but said a manager would call me. NO ONE CALLED. No messages were left. $80 off of about a 1k stay isn't enough especially when I had to sleep, shower, and wash my face with someone else's hair. Recounting it is making me upset. I wouldn't stay here again. This was entirely too much for a 4 day stay.

The property is clean and quiet. The room is beyond in our expectation, full size kitchen, stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer, bath tub , sofa bed and the size of the room is perfect for family of 3 or 4. The hotel is near in Fremont street , circus circus , Sahara hotel and walkable to the biggest gift shop in Las Vegas strip.

The staff and rooms were great - Leslie at the front desk was outstanding. Lost a star because both of the handicap lifts for the pools were broken. We were able to use the owners area hot tub bc my father could get down the stairs but he was looking forward to being in the pool. The pool areas were great but the one shaded by the building in morning was roped off a couple times for cleaning. This was unfortunate as it was 110 degrees and being in the shade while in the pool would’ve been nice. Be prepared to walk a lot, use the bus, or hired car if you don’t rent a car bc it’s far from the main area of the strip and far from Freemont street. Circus Circus has seen better days but has a big game area for those too young to gamble.

Loved the resort, customer service was excellent. Everyone was extremely helpful. Not far from the Stat and near a casino where we have great fun and food. Staff at the Hilton made you feel like you were the only person they had to care for. Would go back again.

This one of the highly recommended hotel in Vegas. I was here for three nights and four day. The visit was great. The Hilton's do know how to run their hotel business. The staff is great and super-friendly. Stop by and check it out yourself!

The took my security hold on my card and its 10 days later after checkout and they still haven't released it and i can't get a live person on the phone to discuss it. I've called and left 3 messages. Poor customer service!!!!!!! I spoke to 3 different LIVE people who kept transferring me to a voicemail. Ridiculous!

Check in was basic. We were not reminded we had breakfast included or told where to get it or indeed any other facilities. More interested in giving our key cards and pulled to the "time share" sale pitch. Having said that, our room was fabulous, could not fault it. Plenty of space and spotlessly clean. I had downloaded the Lyft app and had Uber, with these we were never left waiting more than 5 minutes to get us anywhere.
