A good place to get away from the strip for a little while. It is whatever you want to be. Pool party, neighborhood bar, place to meet up, place to kick back with a few friends. I have never rented a room, but the bar and amenities are fun.

Well let me start by saying, if I could give this place nothing if I could. The room was dirty and covered with dust. I had dirty sheets and had to remake the bed myself. Then the icing on the top is I was BIT BY A BUG and my face was completely swollen. When I complained to the General Manager, she told me I couldn’t get a refund for my last night because she would have to do an investigation. My face should have been investigation enough. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER STAY HERE. I will never venture from the strip again.

I want to start off by saying the customer service that we received from Cecillia at the front desk was the BEST customer service that I have ever received, especially with the issues we encountered. She was amazing, extremely accommodating, friendly, and just so nice! This hotel isn’t something I recommend for someone who likes quiet, and is looking to relax. It’s gives me more of a young couples single vibe. We had to move rooms three times, one the toilet was broken, the other the AC wasn’t working. Rooms are pretty dark. In our third and final room the shower didn’t drain well and my partner pulled hair out of the drain. Loud jazz music in the bar, so loud you couldn’t speak over anyone. Decor was very interesting, valet was polite, and because of our issues we did get refunded, which was wonderful of them to do. They are pet friendly for an additional fee, but one of the most inexpensive ones we encountered. For one night stay it wasn’t bad. Housekeeping needs to do a better job, but the customer service was outstanding.

I was so excited to stay at this hotel, but, sadly, they canceled our booking 5 days before we were scheduled to arrive. Their excuse was that they were offered a buyout, so instead of honoring their commitment to their customers, they decided we were expendable and canceled. I could understand if they had given us more notice, but 5 days is just horrible customer service. If you are considering staying there, just know that they have no respect for their commitments and make sure you have a back-up plan.

This was a very nasty/unclean room. I wish I would have read the Yelp reviews before booking but I was fighting with my boyfriend and wanted to leave asap. It is no microwave or fridge in the room. So disappointed.
