Beautiful resort, good location and easy to walk to the strip. If you would prefer not to stay in a casino this is is a great option due to its location and price. Walk to the strip whithin 10 minutes outside MGM casino and you can get the Deuce bus to any location on the strip. Breakfast was great, you...

Our family of 5 just returned from a trip to Las Vegas and stayed at the Desert Rose Resort for 5 nights. I picked this hotel based on reviews from tripadvisor.com and as usual the reviews were right on! We had a 2 bedroom unit which is great for 2 adults, 3 kids - plenty of room. The unit was...

We've just spent 2 weeks at the Desert Rose Resort and I just had to write and tell you what a fantastic place it is to stay. If you don't want to stay in one of the main strip hotels this is the next best thing! Just a 5 minute (if that!) walk from the Desert Rose through Hooters carpark...

My husband and I stayed at the Desert Rose Resort the first week of June. All of our expectations were met and more! We had a 1 bedroom condo on the 3rd floor (room 3318). It was just as we expected; squeaky clean and spacious! Looked just like the pictures on the website. All the staff I encountered thoughout my...

We spent the weekend in Las Vegas at the Desert Rose Resort with our 3 kids and in laws. We were able to get a very affordable 2 bedroom suite that was very nicely furnished and included a full kitchen. It was basically a little apartment. What we really appreciated about the Desert Rose was the peacefulness while being within...

We stayed at the Resort for 4 days and 3 nights. The resort was very convenient to the Strip. We stayed in the 1 bedroom suite and it was very nice. The resort offers free continental breakfast which is very good (choice of cappucino, cafe mocha, etc. coffees; cereals, bagels, boiled eggs, fruits and pastries). With our resort experience, we...

My sister booked this hotel for my family and her family, along with my parents to celebrate their 40th Wedding Anniversary in Vegas. We stayed from Saturday May 31st through Thursday June 5th, and had a wonderful time! Each of us (couples) had a wonderfully decorated one bedroom suite... My hubby and I were on the 3rd floor with a...

This resort is only a block from the MGM and Tropicana hotels. An easy walk. It is also a great family resort, with lots of space in the suites and everything you need in a kitchen (dishwasher, blender, mixer, dishes, salt and pepper, fridge, microwave, etc). They also provide continental breakfast. Other amenities include a pool/spa and fitness room. Overall...

We stayed at the Desert Rose Resort hotel in Las Vegas for two nights on the front and back ends of a week long raft trip down the Grand Canyon with Arizona River Runners. I had been to Las Vegas on 2 previous occasions for meetings and stayed in casino hotels at much greater cost. There are no casino machines...

First impressions of the rooms at the Desert Rose Resort were fine. There were three of us on this trip and there was more than enough space in the room for all of us. In block 1 on the ground floor, the room came with two TV's, a king-size bed and both the fridge and microwave big enough to store...

Resort Response: The management at the Desert Rose Resort, A Shell Vacations property, thanks you for your comments regarding your recent stay. It is unfortunate that you did not have an enjoyable stay with us. I would like to first address your concern regarding pests. The extreme change in temperature this time of year causes all forms of insects to...
