My husband booked a suite at this hotel for our 31st anniversary. I was in awe as I entered the room. Very spacious. And the view of the strip is beautiful. I love that there is a big master bath, plus a separate powder room for guests. We both were impressed with the room and our stay. This would be... More

I am shocked when I see these reviews but I guess that is what big companies can do. This place was a nightmare from top to bottom. The room I had was nice and that truly is it. I am still shocked at what an awful time I had. Stay away if you want to be treated like a human... More

We were in Vegas for a couple of nights to celebrate my husband's birthday and he wanted to stay at The Palms because of the clubs on top. It is a nice hotel off the strip, when we checked in they upgraded us to a very nice suite with a living room and a very nice bathroom with a jacuzzi... More

After the renovation, palms is easily the best valued hotel near the strip. Rooms are clean and modern, beautifully furnished. We had a 4 day long conference inside the hotel, thought we might get bored of the food but to my surprise, palms has a food court with a movie theatre. Solid

I was planning a trip to Vegas for my 30th b-day and this hotel looked really nice. I went to online to book the spa package and the rates for a studio and 1 bedroom suite for three nights were only 173.50. I couldn't believe it! So I called the number listed to confirm. The first person I spoke with... More

Loved the room! Well appointed and very clean. Whirlpool tub was really nice; always a treat in Vegas. We went to the IMAX and it was a great theater. We really enjoyed the "vibe" at the Palms; it's a very welcoming place!

We got a room in the Ivory tower, which is newly renovated. We lucked into the very nice girl at the front desk moving our room to the corner for a view. Previously, Bill's was my favorite place to stay in Vegas, so I have been hunting ever since for my next new place. The palms is it! We had... More

The room was beautiful, on the 52nd floor. A really nice bathroom as well. Parking was super easy and close (not always the case in Vegas). There is an attached theater that is quite nice, and the sports book is underrated with amazing video screens.

Very good value. Location was not important since I had a car. I liked the size of the casino, small and easy to navigate. Since I have been to Vegas many times, both for business and pleasure, I found everything I needed to be within this resort without having to head out to The Strip. While this property lacks the...
