We were given a gift from a friend for a VIP stay in the ivory tower, ivory suite for 2 nights. The whole reservation process with Jessica was amazing and extremely thorough. Because of her outstanding guest service I assumed the entire stay would extend the same level of service. This was a gift so I really cannot complain. I...

The rooms are ok but the hotel seems to have an issue with patrons of color as I and my family members were constantly asked to produce proof of residency while 'other' people were'nt. I would not recommend staying here to my friends.

I like going to the palms. You can count on great food at even the casual 24-seven cafe and buffet. The pool is top notch and is a minimum of 80 degrees. Chaise lounge chairs in shade too if you want. Awesome sports book and would love to gamble more at the table games but management is very flawed!!! Outside...

I've stayed at Palms and Palms Place many times in the past 10 years or so, and this stay was just as enjoyable as the others. I got an upgrade to the Fantasy Tower this time, which has slightly larger rooms than the Ivory Tower, far less foot and elevator traffic, and is slightly closer to the main entrance and...

First of all, the reservations department is fantastic. I asked for certain room considerations and my room was perfectly located. Front desk, very easy and pleasant check in and out experience. Housekeeping - horrible! We opened a bottle of champagne upon arrival and put it in the ice bucket. Four days later the melted water from the ice was still...

Though away from The Strip, the location is quite allright. We took shuttle bus from the hotel to Ceasars Palace and returned later by taxi (aprox. $15). We missed dinner buffet (ends to early) but can recommend the breakfast buffet! Hotel check-in is too slow: The staff has obviously each of their own responsibility and do not understand to step...

I do not even know where to start. We stayed at the Palms for a joint Bachelor/ Bachelorette weekend. We had a room block for about 8 rooms which was supposed to include roundtrip limo transportation and a bottle of alcohol. When we frist arrived to check-in we were told there is a $50/day incidentals fee that they hold until...

Although I have stayed at other properties in LV, Palms by far always meets my expectations of posh and "high roller" feel. The property has an awesome pool, great 5 star restaurants, 24/7 cafe has great take away and delish food. Fortunes, which if you blink, you won't know it's there is super awesome. The food is always fresh and...

While I've stayed in numerous hotels in Vegas, the Palms thus far has exceeded my expectations and made me feel just as important as a "high roller". The room was phenomenal: complimentary upgrade, spacious room, comfortable bed, breathtaking decor and view! The only complaint was the consistent smell of narcotics, which neither myself nor my husband smoke. Occasionally it was...

Opened in 2001, the boutique property boasts three distinct towers and a diverse mix of bars and restaurants across a 95,000-square-foot casino. Palms is in the midst of a property-wide renovation, having renovated its Ivory Tower guestrooms, the redesigned Race and Sports Book, the iconic N9NE Steakhouse and suave Ghostbar, named “Best Lounge” by Nightclub & Bar Magazine in 2014. Other amenities include the popular Fantasy Suites, such as the Hardwood Suite, the only hotel room in the world with its own basketball court, and the Pearl Concert Theater, Las Vegas’ leading concert venue; Nove Italiano; the Michelin-starred Alize; Lao Sze Chuan, an authentic Chinese cuisine restaurant by renowned Chicago chef Tony Hu; Cafe 6, a contemporary take on American comfort food classics; the world’s largest Hooters; Drift Spa & Hammam; Brenden Theatres, a 14-theatre Cineplex; three swimming pool environments, and more than 60,000 square-feet of meeting space.
