We stayed at this hotel at the end of a two weeks road trip from Bozeman, MT to Las Vegas. Along the way we stayed at various hotels while we visited 5 National Parks. This hotel was the best hotel we stayed in the entire 2 weeks. AAA made our reservations for a very reasonable rate of $88/night. The hotel...

We loved our stay at the palms. Partied at the pool during the day. Danced on the rooftop ghost bar at night. Won money at the craps table multiple times. Ate at the restaurants. Worth every penny. What a great trip. Dealers were fantastic. Waitstaff was great. No problems with our room at all.

We go to vegas twice a year. This is the first time to stay at Palms. Rooms were newly renovated and clean. The location is not bad if you drive. From the valet to the elevator hall are close so I didn't have to walk much. I had to print out some stuffs, the lady at the concierge was very...

we stayed there during our honeymoon, the room is big and very clean. The view is pretty nice and the hotel is clean too. The only bad point is the distance, it's a bit outside from the strip. If you have a car you can park in the hotels parking on the strip. it was a nice experience.

My recent stay at the Palms for a national conference that I attended, lived up to the fantasy of "Ivory tower" living. It was FANTASTIC!!! Can't really say which part was better than the next. I can say for sure, that the customer service was EXCELLENT!!!.I never encourted a "bad attitude or an unpleasant staff member." Kudos to the staff!!

The hotel was nice in general, if a little inconvenient for being off strip. Pool, casino and views were lovely. Service was really low. Any problem took several calls, a lot of waiting around and much misinformation before finding resolution. Some issues were never resolved. Eventually they took money off our stay and said 'What more do you want?' What...

We stayed in one of the Ivory suites and truly enjoyed the stay. My wife especially liked the extra half bathroom which I got to use more than her. The bedroom was spectacular and we slept like babies each night. Maid service was also splendid and we were most appreciative of that. The entire staff was truly professional and made...

First time in Vegas started with a warm welcome from Matt at the front desk. He offered us a room upgrade at additional charge, which we decided to avail of: who knows when we'll be in Vegas again? The room was a suite in fantasy tower. Good views, nice size & quality bed. Bad side: empty mini bar & no...

It was our 42nd anniversary and I think maybe the corner room was an upgrade....sure made the stay even better! Room was well appointed and quiet! Lots of windows! Loved the walk in shower!
