Upon dropping my bags in the room, I went into the bathroom & lifted the toilet lid to find urine still in the toilet. Then I checked the sink & there was no hand soap, lotion or cups as in the room my friends had down the hall. Called front desk & the said "you have to go downstairs, reservation desk doesn't have a number". Went down to front desk & they gave me another room & small dinning credit. Walked into the 2nd room & still no hand soap or lotion in the dispensers. At least the toilet seemed cleaned this time. Disappointed in my first stay here & probably will not book here again. I'll stick to MGM properties.
Lack of customers following guidelines on the elevators. I guess people think we are over this whole COVID 19. LINQ could of done a better job with making sure rules were followed on other floors of the hotel where customers would just get in the elevator and not follow the 4 person limit. And with that said even would argue with you about the hotel policy.
When i called the front desk for handsoap they told me to use the bodywash in the shower which was also empty. Then when they went to refill they wantes us to wait outside the room . My girlfriend was in her robe getting ready and they want her to stand in the hall why they replace the body wash.. i said forget it .. cheap room tho..
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! After checking in and getting the keycards, I walked up to the room just to find an absolute MESS. There was trash all over the floor, beds were messy/filthy, and there was green poop in the toilet that was not flushed. I called guest services and they told me to go back to the desk to get a different room. When I got there, the employee kept calling me a liar and didn’t believe that the room was a mess. We were able to get a different room, we weren’t compensated for the bomb we just walked into but that’s not even the worst part... This new room had bathroom lights that did not turn on, the bathroom “door” would slowly open on its own, there was dry blood on the bed sheets, and I woke up the next day with a bunch of bedbug bites all over my back. When I reached out to the hotel about these issues they said that all they can do is file a report... I highly recommend against staying at this hotel. The experience was so bad that I would honestly choose the motel 6 in Vegas than this hotel.…
Elevator wait 45 minutes. Harrah's and Flamingo didn't have these restrictions. Security at every elevator, with long line every single time you need elevator. I wouldn't stay again and really want my money back
