The rooms are very nice I made sure to get a window view, staff helpful house keepers great sent a text and got extra towels, amazing locations lots to do right outside you’re door. The only only downfall is the elevators!!!! Omg that makes us not want to stay there again distract 2&3 share the same elevators and they took forever and lots of people waiting if I wasn’t on the 16th floor I would have definitely took the steps. Time you’re Uber Lyft according to. That’s my only complaint.
Beds were very uncomfortable. Our whole floor smelled like marijuana the entire time we were there which was fine since it was just my friend and I but could otherwise probably be a nuisance. TVs were outdated, could upgrade to smart TVs. Fridge was tiny. You get what you pay for I suppose!
We have been coming to Vegas twice a year for the last 10 or so years. We have always stayed at a Ceasars property. We have stayed at the linq before and it was great exceeded expectations. We are currently staying here now this week. The room is horrible not the room we supposedly booked. Zero water pressure yhere is the same amount of water coming out of the bathroom sink as there is in the shower and it takes 10 minutes to get hot water every time we use it. Wifi is horrible especially for $40 resort fee no one has cleaned our room for 2 days trash is piling up have to keep calling for clean towels even though when I checked in I checked the yes I want housekeeping box on the computer screen. Every employee I have encountered in this hotel has been rude acting like it it a hassle to have me staying at this hotel. I feel like Ceasars is using the pandemic as an excuse to cut services to guests and as an excuse for the staff to be rude even though they are in hospitality and should be happy to have us here as guests I will never stay at this hotel again even if it was offered to me for free.…
This hotel needs 2 things better parking services because it was horrible!!! 2nd they need new elevator took 20 minutes to get up to your room everytime you wanted to go up. Just can't believe they charge you a resort free and then charge you for parking....
The room was dirty, holes on the walls looks like someone had a fight in there.waited all night for extra blankets and I never got them. You literally have to wait 30 mins just to get on an elevator. I will never stay at the Linq again!
