We have stayed at many Las Vegas hotels over the years and are loyal Caesars Rewards members, but our experience at The LINQ has been our worst experience ever. I always book a King, non-smoking room. We arrived late (11:30pm) I had even called earlier in the day to inform them of our late arrival, the desk clerk checked us in and gave me our key and sent us on our way. Elevators were jam packed and some not working, we finally made it to our room only to find out we had a smoking room (the whole floor smelled like weed) and two double beds. I immediately called the front desk only to be told, that's all they have left. The front desk clerk didn't even inform me of this when we checked in. If we hadn't of been exhausted from a full day of travel I would have checked out and found someplace else. Desk clerk offered us a discount that we never got. Plus we had billing issues that customer service was no help with at all. Beware that their website states one price, but they charge another.

Just got back from a week at the linq. If you want to stay in the center of the action stay here. You can’t get a more central location. Everything on the strip is within a 20 minute walk. Although smaller than other strip hotel rooms, ours was comfortable and quiet, although I always request a top floor corner unit wherever I stay. The hotel and casino is party central 24/7. The linq seems to be geared mostly towards 20-30 something guests. Like everything in Vegas, it’s expensive for food and drinks. O’Shea’s downstairs has $3 drafts and interlude at the Cromwell next door has $2 vodka specials. Keep an eye out for happy hour usually from 3-7 and definitely go for dinner off strip. Uber is $15 and well worth the drive to some awesome restaurants. What made the linq stand out most for me was the service was really good. From the desk, to the pool, to the housekeepers, everyone was great. Make sure to tip well:)

Had fun check in and out takes years but tother than that good hotel. And very clean. Also got upgraded for my bday which was pretty awesome. Ppl were kind for the most part. It’s easy to walk through the strip from the linq and it’s always a party there.

Centrally located on the strip is the perfect place to say rooms are clean and well soundproofed enjoy staying here year after year. Rooms have a mini fridge and also in room safe, I do wish they would add a complementary water bottles back to each room. Also something very nice is they have shampoo conditioner lotion and body soap dispensers in the bathroom so you don’t have to bring any of that nor do you get cluttered with all those samples.

Bottom line is that Global who approves E Checking, refused me when I had the money in the bank per my bank and the casher and the Host refused to resove the issue except to pass the buck saying it was up to global. And this is after the Host confirmed that I gamble at my local casino.
