Hotel was clean, rooms were nice. Staff was less than helpful. Other than room service you cannot get a cup of coffee before 7AM. They tell you to walk over to Aria to the Starbucks there if you want coffee before 7AM (That's a 20 minute event if you walk over and back). Had an 8:20 tee time at Paiute. They took 15 minute to find my golf bag. There was only one bell staff working at that time. Again when leaving they had few bell staff and could not assist me with my bags at departure. The rooms again were very nice, clean and quiet. Stayed at Bellagio the four days prior to checking in at Vdara, Bellagio is well equipped to handle anything.. Vdara is not.

Beautiful hotel with very spacious room. The bathroom was amazing with a tub and shower! Amazing city views. The team at the front desk was courteous and check-in was fast and easy. Really enjoyed that this is a non-smoking property.

This hotel is lying to it's guests. It says it's a "Luxury" 5 diamond hotel. It doesn't even have coffee in the mornings. There isn't a pot in your room--I have a suite. They don't have room service--at all--but they tell you at check in they do. They don't even have a pot in the lobby for guests. And guess what else--no restaurant. There is a Starbucks. The line--it's 6:45 a. is 2 hours long. I talked to a manager. They don't care. She laughed in my face!

I have been to Las Vegas a couple times. I’ve stayed at different hotels on the strip but my stay at Vdara was the best! I was a little nervous with how it would be with Covid still around. But everyone was pretty good at wearing the mask and the hotels enforced it when walking around and I appreciate that. All the staff was amazing from the front desk to the lobby bar. The house keeping was on point. The room were so clean they provided masked and hand sanitizer for you, which was so thoughtful!!! The room was the selling point for me. We were right by the fountains for the Bellagio. Simply amazing breath taking views. I enjoyed looking out that window every morning. Their bathroom was my next favorite place. Their tub was so amazing and their shower was relaxing. Everything about this place was amazing. Their location is very central and had good spots around them. They didn’t have a casino but I loved that it was nice to come back and it wasn’t very crowded. I would definitely stay here again. Vdara you have my heart.

My husband and I celebrated our 32nd Wedding Anniversary. The hotel is lovely and the customer service just as nice. We like that it was far enough from the hustle and bustle of the crowds. Our room was modern with a wonderful view of the fountain and the strip. The hotel is walking distance from restaurants, shops and casinos. Overall we had a great stay!!
