Always stop at the lobby bar when we are in town. Furniture needs updating and the service is extremely slow. It took forever to get anyone to come over and acknowledge us and another 20 minutes to have drinks brought to us. Everyone coming in experienced the same thing and many people left. This is not the first time this...

We have stayed here before and I think it is a restful retreat from the Las Vegas commotion. The suite #435 is much like the one we stayed in before - odd shaped but spacious, luxurious, modern and comfortable. There is only a partial view of the Crystal Center across the street but that was Okay for us. The room...

The finest spot on the strip! No crowds, no valet lines, with the best service in town. The residences sit above the hotel floors, 23rd floor to 47th. This is not the hotel but second homes of the rich and famous.

In theory, this is a great hotel, on the strip without the chaos that all of the other hotels have. In reality, it creates it's own chaos by not having large enough facilities to handle their own volume of customers. When you're paying $500 a night to stay somewhere you expect to be able to use the pool at SOME...

The Mandarin is not just the best place to stay in Las Vegas, it is THE place to stay in Vegas. Yes, there are other nice hotels but if you truly want unparalleled service and an experience unlike anything on the strip then book your stay at the Mandarin. This was our second visit back and it was wonderful from...

There are several hotels that have a 5 Star rating in Vegas, but only a very small number would be true 5 star and No.1 of this elite group is the Mandarin Oriental. Wynn is s good 2nd (include Encore in this), not sure how to place the Four Seasons, so much of this hotel is the Mandalay - what...

This is an oasis amidst the craziness that is Las Vegas Blvd. Excellent service in all areas, as expected. The pool is beautiful and very relaxing, though a bit small compared to the mega-resort neighbors. Poolside service, food, and drinks are the best I've experienced in town. Lobby bar offers tasty beverages and a great view of the strip. The...

They upgraded us to a view on the strip from the 11th floor! Very nice room. Electric shades and blackout shades which are great! The AC works great! You can make your room really cold! The service is amazing and the coffee is very good!

A very classy hotel with excellent service and astonishing resort facilities. A bit pricey if you are not using the facilities to the full, but a great treat if you can get a deal. Beware that the in-house restaurant does not operate on Sundays or Mondays

The staff is extremely helpful and professional. I found that they were more than willing to make sure everything went smoothly during our stay. The bistro was exceptional not only in terms of service but in the freshness of the food. The breakfast buffet was delightful. The concierge, front desk staff and doormen actually seemed genuinely glad to see us....
