We have been coming to Vegas every year for about 30 years. We’ve stayed at Paris for the last 10 years. We have always enjoyed the beauty and service. This time was very disappointing. The cleanliness was definitely below the standard.f. There was a noticeable difference in the service. The charges had significantly increased from last year as well. Many of the gaming tables were never opened and the variety of games was limited. We asked to speak with the Manager Robert, to share our concerns. No wonder the standard has slipped with the leadership having such an apathetic interest. We’ll explore other options for our next visit. Too bad with all the great memories we’ve had there and some great restaurants.

I go to Las Vegas at least once a year and have never stayed at Paris Las Vegas before. This time I planned a trip with my wife close the the holiday and we decide to give a try to this hotel that looks nice outside. What a poor decision. First problem was during the checking, the system automatically put us to a smoker room that have a terrible smell. We complained and figure that the system might have got it wrong and got to another floor. The floor still have a bad smell on the corridor, but not inside of the room (pot & smoke) , but we decided to give it a try. The safe was locked and we have to call security to unlock it, what they did after asking us if we have put anything inside and have a second person to testify about our answer, got it unlocked and could use it after the episode. Then at the morning, when I sit at the chair it was just broken and I felt hard to the floor with great pain. At this point I was already very upset and we decided to move to another hotel. We then have an excellent experience on hotel Aria that is a x1000 times better than this one. I do not recommend this hotel to anymore.

Have stayed at Paris many times. This was not their finest hour. Room temp was cold and thermostat didn't work. Maid service to replace towels, service coffee bar, and pickup trash didn't happen. If this were a cheap hotel, would understand why. This is not a cheap hotel.

We did not want to complain but we feel like we did not get our money’s worth. Dirty pillow cases and the restroom Smelled real bad. We had to clean ourselves. We feel like we should be refunded at least the reword fees

Was surprised that in a pandemic the room was dirty with stains on surfaces and dust everywhere.Thankfully I had sanitizer wipes and went around the room and bathroom to clean . They are clearly short staffed because we called to tell them the floor we were on had trash everywhere and smelled like a dumpster. Also pool was closed for season which was disappointing. You can use other ceasars pools but inconvenient.
