We have been coming to Vegas every year for about 20 years. This year will be our last trip to Vegas. The Paris hotel is dirty and overpriced. Our bathroom sink was stopped up so there was always standing water it it. Our big shower was nice once we figured out how to turn it on. We spent two days at the pool. No shade, water was disgusting. We use to love sitting by the pool with a few drinks. We went to the pool bar to get drinks, a bucket of beers is $50, a small pina colada is $25, large $33. That is ridiculous. We just drank water. We had dinner and drinks at the Beer Park and for 4 people it was over $300. We did find a great restaurant in The Miracle Mile Shops, Ocean One. They have reasonable prices, $8.99 omelets, eggs, bacon, hash browns, toast $5.99. As I said in the beginning this is our last trip to Vegas. Go somewhere else where you are not gouged to death.

Hotel's Favorite
4 of us have been coming to Paris every August for 7 day to celebrate our Anniversaries. We also come 3 to 4 other times throughout the year. Paris hotel is absolutely gorgeous. Everyone has always been so friendly and every year there is always improvement in all areas. They make you feel like you matter. My only disappointment was the pool this year. That has always been highlight of our trip. Lazy days hanging at the pool during the day. In the past they the pool was always open early in the morning, you could go and do laps before the pool would fill or just sit and enjoy your morning coffee. It was also open year round. Now the pool does not open until 10 am closes at 5 and it's a nightmare to get in. You have to stand in line then go through security search to get in. Most days they only had 1/2 the pool opened. Having everyone crowed into 1/2 the pool on 105° days was horrible. The life guards are younger kids and they do the best they can. This year the pool was fility and slimey. Looking down to the pool was so different also. Before you would see people outside scrubbing tge pool area, chairs lined up perfectly and so inviting. Now you never see anyone cleaning the area its dirty, piles of towel sitting on chairs. Does not look inviting. I am really hoping this was just a fluke and all of this will be straightened out soon and it will go back to the fun exciting area. I love this hotel and I do recommend it highly. The best thing of all is Ronisha at the Diamond check in. She is one of your star employees.

I stayed there last week for 3 nights. I booked 2 suites for Birthday, both were suppose to have fountain views. Waited over 2 hours to check in, they only have 3 people checking in hundreds of guests. I was told the rooms had fountain views. Both rooms smelled like smoke, one didn't have view. I was told they would move one room to a fountain view the next day, called back next day they said the room is being cleaned and get keys at 2pm. Called back at 2pm was told they didn't know anything about moving to new room. Went to front desk manager said the suite you reserved doesn't come with a fountain view. He said the only option would be to pay more for a different room. Pool ~ it was only half open, I could see it had about 50 people crammed in one side of the pool. I could see Planet Hollywood pool and it only had a few people in it. Called to ask if I could use pool at Planet Hollywood, was told no you have to stay there to use pool. Looked it up online and found that you could use the other pools. Called again and was told yes I can use the other pools. Horrible communication! Room Service ~ Sign in room says scan bar code or text for link to get food delivered. I tried both, they didn't work so I decided to call a restaurant and order food to pick up, nobody every answered. I had to get dressed and go downstairs to find about 50 people waiting in line to order food to go. Finally went across the street to Bellagio for food. (it was great) Billing ~ Two days before I arrived I got an email from Paris. They said I could be on standby for late 2pm checkout for a one time fee of $25 per room. When I checked in I was told that option wouldn't be available. At 10am I was checking out online I was charged $25 per day for both rooms for late checkout. I called front desk and said why charge me for late checkout after saying it wasn't an option, I would have slept in. I was on the phone for 40 minutes trying to get the extra charges removed from my bill. By the time I was done I had to rush to pack and checkout by 11am. A few days after I got home I noticed I was over charged by $54 and called Paris customer service. I was told that was for parking, nobody every told me about this extra fee. Complaint to customer service ~ I called customer relations dept. and explained the whole terrible experience. All the person said was sorry, I will forward this info to the front desk manager. DON'T STAY AT PARIS! IT IS A HORRIBLE HOTEL!

I reserved a King Non Smoking room. I even did the online check in early to make sure that I received it. When I arrived at Paris, I was informed that there were no longer King beds available. And that I had been "upgraded to a double queen" room. When I complained, they told me this was a significant upgrade and that I should be thankful. I said "I am 6'3" 260 pounds and traveling alone. How is this helpful?" There was no consolation. I do not believe that this property places an importance on customer service. This "upgraded" room had a stand up shower that was smaller than a phone booth.

Hotel really needs a spruce up, beat up furniture, knicked up trim, rusted tub, sink did not drain etc. We waited 45 minutes for the pool to open because they did not have a life guard I spoke with several people tried to find a host who was non existent and they would offer no compensation whatsoever. No housekeeping service for 4 days!

Been staying at Paris annually with a group of friends. Over the past few years, we have noticed the place has become tired. Bathrooms in need of updating (leaky faucets, shower faucet faulty). Rooms not much better - worn carpet, lights falling off walls. Drinks at the pool are outrageously priced. Health Club and Spa are not updated at all. However, they have updated their restaurant selection and self-check-in/out services.

Did online pre-checkin, but system at the hotel did not function correctly and did not register half of our couple (me) correctly. Finally went to a person at the checkin counter and he helped us get checked in. I am really not a technology-challenged person, as I have spent all of my professional life in Information Technology, but was astounded by the bad user interface of the automated checkin application. Specifically, after a person completed our checkin, one half of our couple (me) was flagged as 'cash only' and not allowed to charge to our room account. Numerous visits to the front desk by myself and barman have not resulted in getting it fixed. Now waiting for the bed to me made up at 6pm, after complaining at 5pm.

Lao Community Be Warned! Please share this important It is NOT always safe staying at a hotel. I’m sharing my experience as a cautionary tale to my fellow beloved Lao community. Recently, I was attending the Lao Reunion event in Las Vegas and staying at the Paris Hotel room 1706 with my family during the September 2-3 weekend. In the first night of my stay, my family encountered a very frightening situation. I was part of the event planning committee and after the first night of the event, I was entrusted with holding the money from the raffle sale. That night, our family of four eventually entered our room for rest around 2am-3:30am after the first night of event wrapped up. We had secured all of our valuable belongings in the safe earlier on that day, except for money in our wallets/purses after the event, which we left out due to exhaustion and the plan to leave early the next morning for the second day’s event errands. The next morning, as I was getting ready for the day, I came to notice our wallets and purses were located in and near the door, and not on the nightstand where we left them when we went to bed. Upon checking the purses, I realized all of my cash were missing from my purses and I alarmed the rest of the family. They too checked their wallets/purses and notice the same thing, ALL of our cash were taken, personal and the money from raffle sale! We called the Paris Hotel’s reception and the security officer eventually came to our room. After he inquired who, what, when and etc, in regards to our room key and times we all entered our room, he informed that their system showed our room remained OPEN from roughly 3:48am until 8 am when we got up. I was confused and inquired then he said, the system showed the last time the door showed opened was after my husband came in. We asked about the security camera to see what happened, and he said the camera did not record anyone entering our room after my husband. This was baffling, as my daughter checked the camera by walking out to it, yet it did not record my daughter. What happened!? The security officer proceeded to inform there was NOTHING they could do, and that we needed to file a police report, which we did. Hours later, the Las Vegas PD nonchalantly took report, though informed that this type of situations occurred often; cars broken into and valuables taken from hotel room. While trying to sort out what occurred, why, and when, we still had to carry on with the event where 3,000 attendees gathered for the second night of the reunion. Although I had switched room, I am still shaken and confused about what happened to us. I had questions on my mind that didn’t make sense. 1) Why was I targeted? Apparently, whoever entered our room and stole our money, did not take anything else valuable. How did they know when to enter our room, given there were so many people at the hotel that weekend. 2) Our family was unusually exhausted and sleepy and did not hear or notice anything or anyone entering our room at all! We have always been light sleepers no matter how tired we are. What happened to us that we slept like the dead? Were we drugged? 3) How can the Paris Hotel not have any responsibility? 4) Who else could enter our room with keys while we were not on guard? Beyond losing the money that was stolen right under our nose while we were in “deep” sleep, it traumatizes us to ponder what if; what if my daughter was raped; what if we stirred in the night and witness the room invasion and got hurt or killed; what if….. There are so many questions, pieces of the puzzle that I couldn’t make sense of. I want to share frightening experience to serve as a caution to the community to not trust that a 5 stars hotel or any hotel is a safe place once you enter the room. I would never stay at Paris Hotel and I urge the community to be on guard while staying at any hotel, so that you would not fall victims like us. We have no idea how to proceed at this point and could only hope that the Las Vegas PD could tell us something other than to accept our lose.

they will knock at your door no matter what sign you have and they will do it over and over again till they ruin your morning. You ask for housekeeping and they forget about it and don't even apologize for it. you might not have fresh towels till late evening., no minibar drinks, very old rooms. The only reason why I gave this a 2 stars is for the ceasers food delivery app and the great bakeries in the resort.
