The check on process was horrendous. The ladies at the front desk could not have been ruder ! I understand there are special accommodations for covid but they were over the top, made us feel as if we were criminals. It was awful. The self check machine wasn’t working and she was blaming us untill she discoverd for herself that it really wasn’t working. She acted as if she was terrified to get within 20 ft of us. We were masked and obeying all of the social distancing “rules”. Maybe she should not be working and stay home to protect herself if she didn’t want to be around people. She made us feel unwanted and very uncomfortable , as if by being there we were a burden to her. I don’t think it’s helpful under these circumstances to have people like her greeting your guests.

Loved the Paris experience on the hotel however the first and whole interaction with hotel staff was bad. You are directed to a machine for check in before speaking to the staff. The machine got confused because my reservation was with one last name but my driver's license has two, at this point I have already put my confirmation number which it should have sufficed to validate my reservation .but the main issue is that the staff is not willing to interact with tourists because they have these machines in place there. Their attitude is always to refer you to these machines and continue their shift disregarding any questions tourists/customers may have. They put one lady to clean these machines and direct people to each machine but these one lady can easily lose track of who was there first like it was my case and after dealing with the machine she sends me to the back of the line again after being there for a while dealing with this. On my second night there the AC went off at night after I came back from walking , I called and initially they said they were gonna send somebody , the second call they said it was the whole building but the hallways AC were still functioning , after that I gave up. Two hours later somebody came and fixed it to what it seemed to me pushing two buttons for 6 seconds or more . Once again the staff especially on my second call gave me some BS answer to stop talking or interacting with me. Also , the person got there two hours later when I was already sleeping. Still nice to fix it especially at night time but two hours later and the only fixing was to push two buttons is still disappointing. Checking out it was the same system with a machine and receipt with no further explanation regarding your charges. Good to experience it one time , but I would not stay here again .

Stayed for 6 nights end of June. The weekday crowds were very light. Which made for a very quick and efficient check in. Yes, they did wipe down the counter after each guest. Rooms are a decent size. The bathrooms are quite nice, ample counter space and a large walk in shower. There was no house cleaning for extended stays, that's understandable with the current situation. Housekeeping did not hesitate to provide ample supplies upon request. Fridge in room which is a big plus. Coffee pots have been removed from the Diamond floor rooms for now. Had a King with Eiffel view. That view of the Eiffel tower, the Paris pool and the Bellagio fountains is to die for. The huge negative for me is the TVs have no easily accessible hdmi ports. It's doable but you need to be a contortionist. Ballys upgraded their resort rooms to provide hdmi access, not sure why Paris is behind the times. Almost all the employees were very welcoming, gracious and very pleasant. The Beer Park staff was amazing, especially the host. Was very impressed with their service and felt like we were truly appreciated. So much so, that we visited twice for dinner. The casino floor was eqipped with buckets of cleansing wipes and hand sanitizer dispensers. My opinion, they should have doubled the nunber of dispensers on the floor. Go full throttle to make it most convenient for your customers. The first night and early morning was a little lax in cleaning up waste at the machines. That did improve later in my stay. Never really saw a "this machine has been cleaned" card out on the floor, only at the bar areas. Cocktail service on the floor did involve lengthy waits at times. To sum it up the employees were stupendous. Why only the 3 stars then at this stage. The hdmi port access plays a lot into that, limited eating choices and cleansliness on the floor and even in the hotel hallways often appeared slow in getting cared for. Easy to improve upon as we all adjust to the new environment. Lastly, love their pool area. It was never even close to 50% capacity midweek which provided for ample seating choices. One final thought, you can't beat the location.

I'll begin with this was our first outing since the Covid outbreak. A much needed getaway. Obviously, we knew there would be closures and Vegas wouldn't be the same as in years passed. As expected some restaurants and bars were closed. Aside from that, the Hotel staff were VERY diligent about masks, hand sanitizer readily available. I booked online paid a much higher price than i should have (my mistake). When i asked at the front counter about the lower advertised rate and looking to change my room to 2 beds instead of 1. The gentleman at the front desk all but ignored me. The hotel is a but dated, beds are not comfy and bring your own pillow. Pillows provided are small and flat. FYI no room cleaning during COVID and you will need to TEXT for towells atc....
