Hotel's Favorite
4 of us have been coming to Paris every August for 7 day to celebrate our Anniversaries. We also come 3 to 4 other times throughout the year. Paris hotel is absolutely gorgeous. Everyone has always been so friendly and every year there is always improvement in all areas. They make you feel like you matter. My only disappointment was the pool this year. That has always been highlight of our trip. Lazy days hanging at the pool during the day. In the past they the pool was always open early in the morning, you could go and do laps before the pool would fill or just sit and enjoy your morning coffee. It was also open year round. Now the pool does not open until 10 am closes at 5 and it's a nightmare to get in. You have to stand in line then go through security search to get in. Most days they only had 1/2 the pool opened. Having everyone crowed into 1/2 the pool on 105° days was horrible. The life guards are younger kids and they do the best they can. This year the pool was fility and slimey. Looking down to the pool was so different also. Before you would see people outside scrubbing tge pool area, chairs lined up perfectly and so inviting. Now you never see anyone cleaning the area its dirty, piles of towel sitting on chairs. Does not look inviting. I am really hoping this was just a fluke and all of this will be straightened out soon and it will go back to the fun exciting area. I love this hotel and I do recommend it highly. The best thing of all is Ronisha at the Diamond check in. She is one of your star employees.

they will knock at your door no matter what sign you have and they will do it over and over again till they ruin your morning. You ask for housekeeping and they forget about it and don't even apologize for it. you might not have fresh towels till late evening., no minibar drinks, very old rooms. The only reason why I gave this a 2 stars is for the ceasers food delivery app and the great bakeries in the resort.

Past it’s prime. This hotel was in a very sad state! Room was at least clean. But in absolutely horrible condition! Baseboards chipped the whole length. Paint copped everywhere. Missing wallpaper in the bathroom. Drawers to armoire do not close. Stained carpet. Besides the obvious upkeep, shower was so small you could barely turn around. (Get rid of the tub no one uses anymore). Had an Eiffel view room, windows so thin you could hear the “thumping” music until very late. BTW Website said renovated rooms. After I saw mine, I inquired about this at the desk, I was told by an employee “I don’t know when that verbiage was posted, but we haven’t renovated in years” trust me, it shows! I will not return here!

Attended a national convention at the hotel. The food was decent the convention hall were clean and lacted in the back of the resort near the casino and far from the tourist areas in the front near the strip. The FedEx office next door is very convenient for shipping. Overall a great experience.

Hôtel Check in is worse than airport security. The front staff is rude and unhelpful. 40 minute wait in line. They actually gave me a key to someone else’s room! That’s just for starters for a room that costs $400 per night. As far as the hotel, it’s way to crowded and overpriced $17 for a coffee and crossant. $45 for a burger and coke. The service is substandard and food just average. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere!

Businesss trip so no options unfortunately. The ONLY thing this hotel has going for it, is location. Rooms: D I R T Y. I mean stuff on the ceiling, and lampshades and don't want to walk on the carpet - dirty. Check In: Took almost 1.5 HOURS to check in. No staff available, HUGE line of people and 2 staff working. Failing: While we were there the fire alarm went off at 3am - TWICE, and we lost power briefly. Are you kidding me? In Vegas?? Key replacement needed x 2 while I was there - they just stopped working. Standing in line for more than 20 min just to use the stupid electronic kiosk - which never worked. Pool: Charges are OUTRAGEOUS at the pool. $9.99 added to the cost of ANY order of food. Pool is small and when lifeguards aren't avail they close have of the postage stamp sized pool. Dumb. Housekeeping: Even though you opt in or out of daily housekeeping they never come. I was there for FIVE days and they never cleaned my room. Had to call down for towels daily and only delivered 2 times.

We spent a little extra money for the Paris hotel this trip to Vegas. Unfortunately we were disappointed in the experience. Our safe in the room had an error message and we were unable to access our belongings. We contacted the front desk and were told we couldn’t leave the room until someone came up. Waited just over 2 hours before someone came to the room. The next day our key cards no longer worked. Contacted the front desk and waited for over an hour to regain access to our room. Both instances made us late to reservations. We also had housekeeping enter our room twice, after specifically requesting no housekeeping. When we went to the front desk to get new room keys, we explained to the person of the issues we were having and received rather rude responses. Needless to say we will go back to the Vegas hotels we have used in the past and not Paris.

Paris hotel has location, location, location. However, the hotel rooms are in need of a thorough cleaning and/ or refurbishing. Carpeting outside and inside the room are dirty. During our stay, the beds were not made, nor were fresh towels left for us. I needed to call each evening for fresh towels. There was no coffee pot. Coffee from the lobby/restaurants is $4.99 while soft drinks are $5.42. That is gouging at its best. WiFi is free but for only two devices. Otherwise, it is $14.99 per day. Breakfast will set you back $40. Eggs on my plate looked like they came from size challenged chickens. No jumbo here. Bag storage… bellman pressed me for a tip when he took our bags, then another bellman wanted a tip when we retrieved our bags. That doesn’t happen in New York. Should be a community tip. So, if you can look past the dirt, lack of housekeeping, long check-in check- out lines, outrageous prices, tight slots, resort fee for what I do not know, and, almost forgot…. you will pay to go up the “Eiffel” tower, then you are left with location, location, and location.

Because we like picking a hotel in the center of the strip and had never stayed at Paris we decided to give it a try. What a mistake. Fortunately we had registered on line so we were somewhat able to bypass the line which snaked around the entire lobby and out into the casino floor but until we got into the lobby area we did not see the kiosks on where to get our keys. They need to make those kiosks more visible maybe with arrows pointing to where they are at. Apparently in talking to people the line to register is generally a 90 minute to 2 hour experience. I never walked past there any time that the line was not ridiculously long. Now on to the room. The room itself was tucked into a corner where you had to go through a doorway before you could get to the room door and was the smallest room we have ever had in Vegas. It was ok but could use some refreshing. The hallway to get there was gross with stains throughout. It was disgusting. In the 3 nights there we got no maid service. Apparently you have to call housekeeping for any service and then good luck having them show up. We will never book a room there again.
