First important point, don’t go in the winter the place was cold as it could get, luckily we had a few warm clothing. Very clean rooms staff was friendly you don’t have to leave the building to dine, lots of places to see we were in the most central point of the strip. Go on a weekend the pools and the discos were all closed in the week.do the sky explorer, tour the planet Hollywood, was just a great spot

It started with being told that my mother in law was no longer considered a Diamond level (which she always is) at the VIP check in and that we had to go stand in line since she was "demoted" to Platinum. There was no one in VIP so they could have easily accommodated her. Then, we get to our room and only one of the two beds had a blanket on the bed. Only a top sheet with two tiny pillows at the head of the bed. I called and asked only to be told, "We ran out of blankets and pillows and cannot provide any." We were there for 4 days. NO blanket the entire time we stayed there. They finally gave us two new pillows on night 3. It was the WORST customer service experience we've ever had. She stays at Harrah's in Lake Tahoe and is treated very well. Caesar's too. This is the LAST time we ever stay at Paris. We were talking with other people on the elevator about the poor customer service and they said the same thing. One last nail in the coffin was when I tried to charge some food to the room and they said it had to be my mother in law that did it even thought I'm listed on the reservation too. They showed me the cash register screen and it had mine and my husband's names X'd OUT! Yeah. We're done here...

We arrived after 9 hour flight and had to queue for over an hour to check in There are several positions 8-10 but only 3 staff working so not a good start We had reserved 3 rooms 2 were on floor 12 and one floor 8 All rooms were fine although the description stated newly refurbished Burgundy rooms they were not and when mentioned at check in that we had reserved this the lady laughed and said nothing had been refurbished since some time before the pandemic!! We were to hear more about the pandemic!! Just an excuse for poor service So we go to our rooms shower and go out to view the town Next day we all showered and went out for the day. When we returned none of the rooms were cleaned ! No clean towels no shampoo I tried to phone housekeeping no reply I then tried the concierge but no concierge since the pandemic !! Spoke to a receptionist and she insisted she was as senior as it goes no manager would be available for a house keeping problem and as she could not help no one could she said sometimes rooms were not cleaned as since the pandemic there was not enough staff The attitude was dreadful. I asked several staff for the managers name or contact details they did not know his name and there were no emails or phone numbers it seemed they were all too scared to give out names I asked another receptionist for clean towels in order to shower before going out of course they didn’t arrive but at 1 am when we were all asleep there was knocking at the door. At last some towels really at that time The hotel is attractive but the attitude is very poor if it’s a tipping service they are there but general basic help forget it and of course having a clean room daily is expected not when the hotel has staff to do it The resort fee was $52 a night and can not understand what that is for as many hotels have amenities and never been charged before Why charge it when the basics are not done

It started on check in. The agent asked our name which is a Spanish name…..she immediately said I don’t speak Spanish. We said in English that we speak English and she then said there isn’t a translator…. We said we don’t need a translator. It was a weird interaction. Get to our room and there is a Sewer smell in our bathroom. When requesting a new room…. Same agent says “What did you do in there?” Implying we made the smell…. switched rooms, smell persisted in hallways floor 10 for days. After switching rooms, the new room was dirty— bed made but not vacuumed, crushed snacks in rug, dirty towel in closest other garbage letting you know it was not fully cleaned. Requested housekeeping, no one came. I spoke with a manager who promised someone would come but did not. I finally had to ask the housekeeper that I found in the hallway if I could borrow her vacuum b/c no one was coming.Room also did not have a remote for the tv. I called to request one….no one came….I called multiple times… We didn’t get it till day 3 of our stay there. The big problem was that no one cared…. The place is so big that small inconveniences get totally lost and the “manager” isn’t really solving a problem just yesing you. I has small requests but I wasn’t being heard. I will not return.

The hotel was beautiful, one of my top 5 themed hotels! The restaurant options were similar to other hotels as well as the gambling. We stayed in a room that overlooked rooftops- not the best view. It may have been me but I wish the option of booking a room with a view of the strip was more clear. I wasn’t expecting much when staying in a room on the strip- there’s so many people in and out, doing who knows what in the rooms. Cleanliness was what I expected- bathroom mirror looked like it hadn’t been cleaned, dried pee on the back of the toilet and who knows what at the bottom of the mattress cover. Needless to say I kept flip flops on the entire time. The bed sheets were the most clean but they only give you 2 pillows per bed.

The walking around the hotel part was great but I was extremely disappointed with our rooms and check in. Our room had used q-tips in the bathroom, a hair in our bed, chipped paint, absolutely no service in the room even when using Wi-Fi, and the water pressure in the shower hurt everyone staying in the room. When we were checking in there were only 3 people working to check people in when there was consistently at least 30-40 families in line also trying to check in. We do not plan on recommending or coming back

OUR ROOM AT PARIS RESORT IN VEGAS WAS ROBBED WHILE WE WERE IN THE ROOM SLEEPING! My wife and I stayed here for one night to rest on the way back from Utah. At check in, the resort charged us an additional $50 for checking in before 4pm in addition to $18 for public parking. Went to the pool, had dinner and played a little in the casino. We went to bed around midnight and secured the deadbolt on the door before going to bed. We never lost our room key cards. When I woke up around 6am to use the restroom, I noticed my wallet and my wife’s purse were on the floor next to the door. When we checked our belongings, all of our cash was gone. We called security and gave them a written statement. They checked the times that a key card was used to enter our room which showed someone entered our room at around 2:30am while we were in bed sleeping. The deadbolt was in the locked position when we woke up. The police contacted me the same afternoon and said they had the person in custody and that multiple rooms/guests were hit. This leads me to believe the robber had a master key to all the rooms. Upon check out, I told the receptionist what happened and they said, “Sorry for the inconvenience. We hope you had a pleasant stay at Paris Resort/Casino”. They didn’t even offer to refund us our money for the stay. We will be reporting this incident to the BBB.

When for business had an amazing time had actually sometime afterwards to enjoy the strip and going to different restaurants. And local other casinos and had a really good time. But Paris was definitely a top pick for me as it had many options for the food restaurants.

So we decided to go Vegas for my Birthday , we choose this hotel because of its location . If you are looking to be in the center of the strip , this place is it !! Its located right across from Bellagio and beside PH . Also , CVS is just next door if you need to grab something for the room. We stayed in the line up to check in although they have the checkin kiosks so you can avoid the line . The receptionist was kind of careless and grumpy !! on the other hand , the room was ready so we didn’t have to wait till 4 to check in . That was a plus !! Room was decent and clean , i would say it was one of their renovated rooms , view was ok , we had the view of the Paris hot air ballon . Cool but nothing special . we went to the pool 2 days in a row , not very crowded which was nice and we were able to find pool side chairs , the second day , we were told the towels arrive in 30 minutes , and after multiple time checking , they said they are not arriving at all !!! Disappointing but the sun helped the drying process !! same day i called to get a shaving kit as i had forgotten to pack mine . I never got one ! Next day i called and the lady said thats only for our 7 star guests and not you !!!! So i guess if you are not a 7 star , they don’t care if you stay there or not !!! House keeping was decent , they organized the room everyday . In terms of the food in the lobby , AVOID the guy savoy coffee shop , over priced and not even decent !! 3 croissants and 1 ice coffee was $32 !! We tried Bobby Flay’s burger and it was garbage to me and I’m a burger guy . It was a piece of unseasoned patty , no veg at all , like none !! The fries were good but again nothing social, so for 2 us for 2 combos was $52.0 and id say chick fillet would have been much better . We ate at cheese cake factory , food and service was amazing and prices were good for good food , we also ate at Fogo de Chao , a Brazilian steak house that I had originally tried in Chicago , food and service was AMAZING . it is off the strip so you can uber it , we walked it one way and ubered back . We also tried the infamous the salsa cantina in PH , 5.99 breakfast that gives you 2 eggs , home style potatoes, bacon, and 2 freshly baked tortillas !! You cant beat the price and it was tasty . oh and we also tried Eggslut in Cosmopolitan , its to die for . A bit of a line up but its a very tasty egg sandwich . You can give Eataly a try it is close to New York new York , they have yummy food and the deserts were to die for . For checkout , we just called and did it over the phone so we didn’t have ti stay in the line . That was a bonus . Overall , it wasnt a bad hotel , its not a fancy one for sure .

This hotel is disgusting! We were in a petite suite and found crusty white residue on the bed skirts and chairs in our room. The adjoining room had ripped and dirty bed linens and the showers in both rooms were moldy. Motel 6 level accommodations. Glad I didn’t book anything at the spa scared of the hygienic quality there! Front desk no help as “they are fully booked”. Called house keeping…. Still waiting’
