Paris Las Vegas boasts a coveted central Strip location, though its allure is dimmed by guest reports of confusing room placements and noise disturbances. The hotel's value proposition is tarnished by unanticipated fees and pricey on-site options.
Many travelers lament the room conditions, highlighting unmet renovation expectations, dated aesthetics, and cleanliness shortcomings. Despite some praise for its thematic charm, the hotel's atmosphere is marred by signs of wear, and service lapses, including sluggish check-ins and inconsistent housekeeping, further detract from the guest experience.

Detailed Reviews
We did the online check in so when we arrived at reception you just go to a kiosk for room keys. Hotel staff only lets one person per party go into the kiosk line. There are hand sanitizers & free masks all over the property as well.
When you get to your room the door is sealed with a sticker that says it’s been cleaned. However there was a drink container in our room so I’m doubtful how thoroughly it was done. We bring our own wipes & disinfected the room ourselves. There are no housekeeping services during your stay, but that’s fine with us.
We got a basic king bed room & it was very nice. It was spacious with a chair & ottoman, desk, safe, empty mini fridge & armoire. The bathroom is where they excel though. The shower was huge & has both a rain shower head & removable shower head. Everything seemed modern & updated.
We spent one day at the pool. The deck chairs are spaced out in clusters so no group sits too close to others. We got there in mid morning so we had no trouble getting into the pool or getting chairs. Unfortunately the walk up bar is closed & only 2 servers were working. Once things got busy we were unable to get a second round of drinks. The pool itself is in need of some work. All around the edge of the pool the decking is disintegrating.
Overall I enjoyed my stay at the Paris & loved the room. I took a star off my review because the pool needs some repairs, our room had garbage in it, & the gym doesn’t have everything available(covid) but we still got charged a full resort fee when it should probably be discounted.

Our host Ivy was very nice and accommodating. She kept in touch regularly to offer assistance for all our needs. The front desk was impressive and the person who checked us in was very helpful and addressed our requests in assigning our room. The room was fine. It was spacious , very clean, with nice beds and came with a great view of the pool and the “Eiffel Tower”. We opted for a bathroom without a tub which was very nice with a large shower.Dining was also good in the Chinese restaurant and cafe we visited. We actually dined twice in the Chinese restaurant which also featured dim sum aside ffom the menu items to order. The overall atmosphere of the hotel and casino was welcoming and promised a lot of fun. The hotel’s location made it very accessible for us to tour the Las Vegas strip. From the hotel we could take a short walk to Bally’s where we caught the monorail. Visiting downtown Las Vegas was also not a problem since since you could catch a bus ride in front of the hotel. All in all we had a great time staying at this hotel. We would very likely book at this hotel for our next trip to Las Vegas.

This was our first Vegas experience and what a great experience it was.
Parking was a breeze in the multi-storey at the back of the hotel and then it’s simply a covered walkway to one the boulevards and heading on down to the reception area. We checked in using one of the automated check in terminals rather than at the desk and key cards in hand we were off to our room.
The room was a good size, nicely decorated, clean and well appointed, but disappointingly, no coffee making facilities.
The bed was comfortable and over the course of our three night stay there were no noise issues and we slept very well.
The Paris experience as a resort hotel was great and very interesting with the whole Parisian theme throughout.
The outdoor pool right next to the Eiffel Tower was fantastic for lounging, playing in the pool and just seeing up and down the strip as well as staring up at the Tower itself.
Excellent central location on the strip in walking distance of many attractions with the Bellagio fountains directly across the road, The Linq just a couple of blocks away and easy walking distance for The Flamingo and Caesars Palace.
Checkout and paying for parking all in one transaction was simple again using the automated machine and once that was done we were on our way back to the car and headed off to our next destination.
Great hotel, but disappointed about no coffee making facilities in the room, but hey, I guess this is the Vegas way and it doesn’t exist to give things away for free.

On the day of my arrival I received an email from the hotel encouraging me to register for "Skip the line, check in early". I followed the necessary steps and received my bar code. Upon arrival at the hotel (2:00 pm local time) I attempted to use one of the early Kiosk for early check in as instructed. The machine would not take my bar code and I was instructed to talk to an "Ambassador". This individual explained that check-in was not available until 4:00 p.m. and thus my room was not ready. However, for a $15 fee my room could be ready immediately, I elected to go sit and have a beer and wait until 4:00 p.m. Much to my surprise a 12 ounce domestic draft beer cost $11.00. After drinking my one dollar an ounce beer I decided to go get in line for check-in. The check in desk had two areas- One for platinum members and one for us dumb schmucks that are stupid enough to pay $11 for a beer. There were only two employees working the desk for non platinum members while there were four employees working the Platinum line. It took 35 minutes to check in while there was no waiting in the Platinum line. None of the employees working the platinum line offered to assist with our over flow line. In fact, you could watch them BS with each other waiting for a Platinum quest to show up. After our first night stay we came back to our room around 3:00 p.m to get cleaned up and ready for dinner. Our room still had not been cleaned and when I asked a maid who was literally cleaning the room across the hall from me she stated my room was not on the list. She refused to clean the room and stated I needed to call house cleaning to get it resolved. If you wish to stay at a hotel that will treat you like a second class citizen because your not "Platinum" this place is for you.

My wife and I stayed at Paris Las Vegas for a "staycation". Check-in is very strict at this time. Only the registered guest can approach the counter. Very nice and clean room. This is one of the last mid-priced hotels to still have a separate shower and bathtub in Las Vegas. Very friendly staff. The only problem on this stay was zero hot water in the shower on the check-out day. Fix this. Easy and free self parking. Great dining options. Great pool. I will return.

first of all we were told we would get a food credit for pool, never received. when we got to our room we had it cleaned, towels, cups toilet paper, the next day we went out and came back the room was not cleaned, and we had not clean towels, cups or toilet paper. we call down and was told due to covid 19 they will not clean our stock our stuff, so when we needed clean towels cups or toilet paper we had to call and request. today we were getting ready to leave, putting our suitcases together and making sure we had everything, there was a knock on the door, it was 630am and it was security. they said that someone complained on the noise, told them that we were packing to leave. i am 64 and my sister 60. never had we had security come to our door. They said they understand but please be quiet. You can a hardly get a server to come by slots few and inbetween. they offer a room rate then if you want a front view it is 18.00 extra a day, so we got a view of the roof

We booked this holiday to celebrate my brothers birthday. My room was very shabby - chipped paintwork, threadbare carpet, marks on walls and furnishings. There were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. The 'Free' continental breakfast turned out to be a very limited selection (up to the value of $9 per head) available from only one of the resorts cafes. Most of the things on the menu board were greater than $9. Other things were not priced so it was impossible to make a selection based on price before getting to the till, consequently leading to delays at the till while prices were found and selections made. Often the lower priced articles were not available. This meant that the 'free' breakfast really wasn't, as anything over the $9 had to be paid. The process and location for obtaining breakfast was not explained on arrival. When I did figure this out I had a very difficult conversation with the cafe server (whose spoke very poor English and was extremely rude and abrupt) to find out what was involve. We pre-booked the Mon Ami Gabi Restaurant for my brothers birthday and I visited the restaurant in advance to ask if we could come down prior to the dinner to decorate the table. I was told yes. However, when my mum went to the restaurant to do this she was told she couldn't - she had to speak to the Manager to resolve the issue. When I went for breakfast at the same restaurant (11am) I was only given a lunch menu and told that the breakfast menu had finished, even though a table of 6 that were seated after me were given the option of both. The waiter was also extremely rude. My brother also encountered a very rude barman and Maitre d' in the same restaurant. The pool was closed. The food and drink in general were not of great quality and were VERY expensive. All in all a very expensive but disappointing 5 days. I will not be recommending the Paris.

My family and I had to experience a very terrible time when there was music so loud coming form the pool area at 5:45 am. Nothing was done right away but an hour later. When I called the front person said that they were having some technical problems. But the problem was not only that, they have a club and their music is so loud too that they said I
They can’t do any thing about it, because the club closed at 4 am. Not sure why they do this but I won’t recommend to stay in this hotel if you come with your family.
They charge over $40 fee resort and they don’t even left extra towels, or refill shampoo, soap, hand cream at all.
Sorry but not planing to come back to the Paris ,,

Just returned today from a 4 night stay at the Paris Hotel in las Vegas in a Burgandy King room with Eiffel Tower view. Upon check in was advised that my room was cancelled accidently, but the clerk fixed right away, reinstated my reservation at the same cost and gave me a room very close to the elevator which is what I requested.
Sun thru Thursday stay so got the football semi rowdy crowds but nothing over the top.
On entering my room, it was very clean, no dust, sheets smelled fresh and the bathroom was spotless. Huge Bath Towels btw.
Food was extremely expensive, but that was expected.
Casino was the perfect size, not too small, not too large with wide variety of games.
Only negative about the visit was the staff that worked at the Perfume shop...one of the ladies would not listen to my "no thank you" even though I said it 4 times, then she actuially grabbed at me, very agressive, I started avoiding that section.
Don't understand all the reviews about front desk not being friendly, the 3 times I visited there, they were very accomodating. Check out was a breeze and a covered interior waiting room for Uber pickup was safe and off the street. I really look forward to my next stay there.

We were not informed at check in that housekeeping would not clean our room, due to COVID19, well we know that is a lot of bull, they only are using that as a reason to not keep staff working! No one will come into your room during your entire stay, we were told to throw our dirty towels and trash out into the hallway and request clean towels each day, ( which thy did bring to us, if we wanted to get clean sheets we could request them and then make our bed!! no dusting, no toilet cleaning, no sweeper running, and we even paid $61.00 per day to up grade into a Petite Suite!!! No room service at all, almost no drink girls and God help you if your face covering slipped a little off your noise!! We should have been provided with specific instructions on what to expect during our 5 night trip, This was the worst experience we have had coming to Vegas in 20 years. We will think long and hard about coming back to Paris. We have stayed most of our trips at Caesars Palace. We thought Housekeeping staff would wear Tyvek jumpsuits and full face respirators to clean and sanitize the rooms, as they close the door a seal is placed on the door for you to break to insure it was specially sanitized, well we saw a housekeeper in regular uniform, paper mask and some latex gloves cleaning a room.
