I have been there three nights on a business trip. Room was average at most. There is a quite big casino for those who like that but i don't. There is a buffet where food is under average. However there are a few nice restaurants around the resort. The pool and surroundings are fantastic.

Admittedly, I came with high expectations. I used to have Platinum status and familiar with the JW quality level. The hotel is decidedly average and borderline tired looking. We had a suite, supposedly one of the best rooms. After a long flight, I decided to order room service (turkey club with fries). The bacon was burnt and the fries soggy....

Very well maintained. Huge room and bathroom. Very comfortable bed. Amazing pool! Pool side service and food was awesome. Free valet parking and awesome service from every employee we encountered! If you are looking for relaxation, this is it!

I wish this place would remove the JW name from their property. I am a lifetime Platinum with Marriott and I have stayed at many JW's but this doesn't live up at all to the JW name. This will be a lengthy review from a seasoned business traveler. I had a conference at Red Rock and this place is 10...

To start, I am sorry we left you with such a horrible experience and the feeling of never wanting to return to our resort. As a platinum, you are a well-seasoned traveler and I appreciate your feedback – the good, the bad and the ugly. All our guest are important and I hope that our teams are doing their best...

I'm not a big fan of staying on the strip since it's always so busy and pretty much everyone is drunk. The JW has beautiful grounds, and you see more family's here than any other hotel in Las Vegas. I was disappointed that the Irish Pub they had was torn up since it was part of the reason I liked...

Was disappointed to find the JC Wooloughan's Pub closed and in the process of being torn up. I come to Vegas for business about every 6 weeks and enjoyed going there for a reasonably priced dinner and a pint. Now all that is left is an average buffet and a couple higher end places that don't fit our expense policies....

I am sad as well, JC Wooloughan's will be missed! On the flip side, I am excited that we are making improvements to the Palms promenade; in place of JC's we will have a new sports book and new dining options that will meet your expectations and wallet - it will be a few months, but it will be very...

We had planned to leave LV but got caught up in errands and decided to stay one more night. We were out near Summerlin, so I called ahead to see if they had a room available for that night. My biggest surprise was having it ring once and having a human being answer the phone! This woman was so kind...

You would think a JW Marriott would be a better stay. it is off the strip. The fine print snagged us on the breakfast we thought we booked.(not all properties offer all plans) For a Gold Elite member this was a slam in our face. We were never ever able to access room wi-fi. the calls to the front desk...

I am sorry to hear the stay was less-than-expected overall; I would like to further assist with the what had happened with the breakfast; as well, better understand what had happened. If you have the time to detail this, I would be open to the discussion.

Great location, amenities and convenient to great golf at TPC. Comfortable, spacious rooms and friendly service. Beautiful pool and delightful new restaurant, The Hawthorne. Serving delicious breakfast and breakfast buffet with all the best food choices! Try the Nutella but bread!

We had another great family stay at this property. The only thing that is changed since the last time was a few cosmetic upgrades and the new bingo hall (I am slighty embarassed to admit it but have won more at bingo than anything else in Vegas and I've been visiting since the mid 90s) which is great. The service...
