The RV park was a great overnight stop for our family. Spots are gravel and very flat. Hookups were easy to access. Wi-Fi was great. Very secure location and super close restaurants and activities. We would stay here again.

The park seemed a bit sketchy but it was gated and highly rated so we figured we would try it. The staff were reasonable and the other guests were nice. Then someone siphoned ~ 15 gallons of fuel during the night. So it cost us an extra $60. Will stay in Mesquite next time.

We were in for a week and needed to extend our stay. The second week was fine bit after that the office lady was extremely nasty with me on the phone. My husband, not believing me, went to talk to her to explain our situation. He came back fuming mad saying the "b" in the office is nasty and rude. They have a new policy you can't stay longer than 2 weeks, then you need to move to a monthly spot with different charges etc. We didn't need that and were willing to pay more for the spot we were in. They had plenty of open spots, so we didn't get it. She told us to leave and come back in 2 days!! Buh-bye!! We didn't return. (Went to the las vegas motor coach resort, very nice). Laundry is nice. Spots are very tight, lots of permanent people, watch out for poop at your site. Wi fi and cable is terrible. Extremely noisy with AFB next door and jets flying over early in the morning and all day too. Seriously, go somewhere else

We spent one night here and was very happy with the service. I booked our RV spot within an hour of arriving with no problems. Michael was awesome when we were checking out the next day with directions to where we needed to go shopping.

Short 1 night stay in Vegas. Spots are gravel. The common areas are nice. Lots of full timers seems like. Everyone was very friendly and the sites were very clean. Full hook ups, gated with nearby restaurants and amenities. 5 miles from Fremont. Lots of speed bumps. Some areas are tight a squeeze. We have a 37ft class a motor home pulling a Jeep Wrangler.

We have been staying in a monthly RV space for a month now. The rent is reasonable but the amenities are almost non existent. The wi-fi barely works at all, and we have been complaining to management about the cable reception to no avail. The office staff have done everything to make it seem our fault for some reason. “You need a RG-6 cable”, “It must be a problem with your trailer”. We bought a new cable, no help. We have a 2018 Grand Design Solitude and there is nothing wrong with the cable wiring. It is my contention they don’t care weather we have cable or not! If these things are important to you, find another place to stay!! Otherwise it is a well maintained park.

This was our second time here and we recommend. The access into the Park and out of Vegas is great with a 35ft MH and Honda CR-V tow. Many pull thru sites, great pool. The restaurant has good food and is inexpensive and Sandy at the front desk was great. Close enough to the strip for a trip into town, yet very quiet. It’s a gem of a stay for a short visit. And very clean.

Stayed over for one night here. The price was not cheap and boy were we disappointed. We had a family room and as soon as we opened the door it smelt mouldy and unclean. It was clean, but the whole room looked unclean and mismatched if that makes any sense. The bedspreads were horrible, the nosiest air conditioning unit and let’s just say we wore flip flops in the shower to avoid hair and dirt whilst washing. This was okay for one night only but it felt dirty?! We always joked about what it would be like to stay in a dingy motel that you see in the films and we got our karma! Not the best motel to stay in, but fine if you have your own RV or just staying for a short visit. Would not recommend this place.

Horrible service by Candy front desk..learn how to speak to paid customers as we pay your check . Without service you will be out of your job...yet you ckeadly don't care about this job the way you treat us. Place is ok...washers and dryers as well as showers need attention . Wifi sucks ..no reception only by the pool area. The guy at the front office is fine just Candy ..ISSUES!!!
