There are alot of RV site offerings in LV. This one is probably in the top 10 of expense. But that said, I felt we got what we paid for. There seemed to be personnel of the park around all of the time if there should be a problem. PLENTY of offerings for any kind of RV service needed. Sites nice and level, plenty of maneuvering room, however, sites are small, no picnic tables. I felt safe here, even though I made sure storage stayed locked based on some other reviews. Restrooms and pool areas seemed exceptionally clean and park well maintained, for the great part.
Front desk staff efficient and friendly. Gravel sites are well maintained. Pool and spa not large. Restrooms heated and clean. Shower stalls small and irregular water temperature in some showers. WiFi was spotty at best. Street noise is noticeable especially emergency vehicles.
Friendly service and clean sure. Close location to Vegas. There is a Walmart across the street for convenience. The road can be a little noisy with emergency vehicles. Lots if friendly snowbirds as neighbours.
I don’t know where the KOA got there pictures from, but plenty of razor wire around the park, which really tells you about the type of area you are staying in. There are two parts of the park, we were put in the one across the street. The dog park was dirty, which is the dog owners fault, but not nice like their pictures show. My dog found a nice razor blade to chew on while we were there. Cigarette butts, dog poop and trash on our site when we arrived. If I was staying one night, I would of left it, but cleaned the site up since we were staying a few days. One bathroom by the front was nice, stay away from the bathrooms in the back Most of the people I encountered at the RV park was friendly, but some people were a little sketchy. Be careful at night going to Sam Towns Casino, a lot of drunk, high and sketchy people around. Sites are close to each other The hot tub was hot and pool was warm. There is a free bus to the Strip, Fremont and downtown It is about $14 to Uber to the Strip…
Reserved a 30 amp site. The RV Park was very clean and comfy. Even though we were in Las Vegas, it felt removed from the hustle and bustle of staying in a hotel resort. Pros; great WiFi, clean and warm pool, clean showers and restroom. Cons; gravel RV sites. The roads are paved, but not the RV sites. Highly recommend this resort.
