We had an enjoyable our stay at the Horseshoe. The location was great and the room was reasonably priced. We upgraded to the Jubilee tower and had an amazing view of the Eiffel Tower and the Bellagio fountains. The room was dated, but it was large and comfortable. Also one of the few hotels that provides a refrigerator for no charge. My only complaints are the lack of elevators - there were 3 to access our floor or and one was out of order. We waited about 15 min for an elevator at check out time on a Thursday- I can imagine how bad the wait would be on a weekend. Also they nickel and dime you for everything- early check in (anything before 3pm) is extra, parking is extra, view is extra, late check out is extra. I worked on the Strip 20 years ago and I checked guests in to rooms at 10 am at no extra charge if they were available, we also didn’t charge for views or parking. Times have changed. All in all the Horseshoe was a good value for the price and the location was in close proximity to everywhere that we wanted to go on the Strip and I would stay there again.

Room Tip: Avoid checking in at 3pm. Lines are long because they charge extra if you show up a minute before...

We will never stay here again. You could hear your neighbors all night. The road noise was terrible. The hair dryer didn't work. Not enough staff at the front desk for checking in and checking out. Had to wait in line both times for quite awhile.

Don't expect too much. I stayed at Horseshoe near the end of July for a week. Most of my time from morning till late night is outside so I barely stay in the room. I'm being lenient here, but overall, the cleanliness is still lacking. The tables were somewhat dusty, there was some wine splash on the backboard, and a "white stain" on the lamp cover by the bed. One side of the curtain had a big hole in it, almost the size of a golf ball, luckily it was situated behind one of the couches so it couldn't be seen through. There wasn't even an extra toilet paper roll so had to call room service later on just to request it. There were only 3 paper cups as well so I had to use that for my daily brushing (which surprisingly lasted the whole week). I've never lived in a hotel where even just an electric kettle and a few proper cups/mugs were lacking, though that might be a Vegas thing as I later learned. The hotel was lucky I stayed solo this trip, as my mother would've flipped and the hotel management wouldn't have heard the end of it if she came. I usually am super picky as well, but for this particular trip, I decided I did not want to waste time moving rooms and all. Also because I did mention some issues to the customer service people after the first night and they somewhat stared at me like it was normal so I didn't bother. At least the location is pretty decent though, as it is right beside the strip and all the other hotels and landmarks in the area.

We had an average stay here. Customer service I got to say was great. Cleanliness in the room was ok, there was food from previous guests that we had to throw out, the bathroom floor was full of hair everywhere, and pillows were not pillows anymore. After the first night we asked for more pillows and towels. They sent those to our rooms right away which was great, but the pillows have to be changed. They felt so old. This is very important to have, as we mainly just come to the room to shower and sleep. I hope these changes are considered because that would definitely be important when staying here. The room was spacious and the views was nice. The location was also great, as it was right on the strip and in the middle of everything we wanted to see. Also, we had a rental and parking was not free for guests. We had to pay $18 a day. Pool was nice and family friendly. Kids enjoyed the arcade and food court.

The rooms were dirty, hair in bathtub, hair on floor, hair in towels. Used makeup wipes under vanity. Sheets looked like cheetos were left. Nasty. Wouldn’t stay here again. My whole family stayed and experienced same in there room. Looks like rats chewed furniture

The hotel is nice and the re branding to horseshoe seems to have been smooth. Rooms are nice, and spacious, the bed was comfortable, not a ton of noise. The only issue we had was the cleaning of the rooms is just okay, it is clear they do not pay attention to detail. The shower head has hard water marks, the cabinets were dirty the walls were dusty, and it wasn’t just a slight dust, it needed a good wipe down for sure. I’m not a snob when it comes to this stuff so I didn’t make a huge fuss and call the lobby or anything, it was just something to note. When you are paying an extreme price for the hotel, it would just be nice if the detail loved up to that price. Overall I’d stay here again.

The room ac is set to turn off when you are not in the room. It was 82 when we came back to our room and it took a lo g time to cool down. I called the front desk, they put in a maintenence request. The next day it was 74. Today it is 79. Our thermostat is set to 68. The rooms are average, nothing special. I have stayed at several places and never had issues with a hot room. Needs some updates

The customer service provided will make or break an experience. Working on the customer service side myself, I try to be as forgiving as possible. That all being said, the experience at the Horseshoe would get zero stars from me if it was possible. On arrival, I tried to use the self-check terminals. On two different machines, I got just a spinning icon after inserting my driver's license, I tried to motion the clerk assigned to the area, but he wouldn't come over. He yelled, 'Try a different machine' as though I was an ape who'd never encountered technology before. When I told him I'd already done that, he snapped that he couldn't leave where he was standing because there was a spill there. I understand the need for safety, but it seems like better choices could have been made in the staffing of this spill. Or, at the very least, the overt rudeness wasn't necessary. "I'm sorry you're having issues. If you can give me a moment while we get this spill cleaned up, I can help you." would have communicated the message just as well. I probably wouldn't have written anything if it were just this one encounter, but it goes even further. I finally gave up on the machines and the employee assigned to them, despite 1) watching him roll his eyes at me when I walked over to the agent-staffed check-in desks and 2) watching him walk away from said spill to help other people use the check-in terminals. I get to the front of the line and up to an agent, only to have the rudeness party continue. I asked what time check-out was, and the answer was, "Well, duh, everyone knows it's 11:00 am." No joke. I asked if there was a late check-out option and was informed that the Horseshoe doesn't do that. Interesting, because every other Caesars property I've stayed in does. My room keys get tossed at me, and when I ask another question, the clerk barks 'Next" at me. I understand that sometimes things can get hectic at hotel registration. You are dealing with travelers in various states who are all generally impatient to get their keys and get their Vegas experience going. That still doesn't, at least to me, excuse the treatment I got from 2 different clerks. This was my first stay at this hotel, and it's probably also my last.

Walked through here several times before I stopped to play. Service here was fantastic! I had a drink in my hand not long after I started playing the slots. Did not hit the jackpot here, but it was nice to throw back a couple cold ones to counter my losses.
