True classics never go out of style, making Bally's Las Vegas the only choice for classic Vegas at the heart of the Las Vegas strip. And what could be more timeless than Mr. Las Vegas himself, Wayne Newton? In his original production, "Wayne Newton: Up Close and Personal," Newton sings crowd favorites as well as engages with the audience by answering questions, making for a truly extraordinary experience. Before the show, dining options at Bally's Las Vegas include BLT Steak, an interpretation of an American steakhouse with traditional fare and a bistro ambiance. BLT Steak is also the stage for the Sterling Brunch offered every Sunday where diners can enjoy the endless pours of Perrier-Jouet Champagne and unlimited American Sturgeon Caviar - the two pinnacles of the Las Vegas Strip's most famously indulgent brunch. If you're looking for a menu that's a little less traditional, SEA: The Thai Experience at Bally's Las Vegas offers delicious cuisine from southeast Asia. Buca di Beppo serves up classic Italian cuisine family-style, perfect for sharing and passing around the table. At Tequila Taqueria you'll experience the soul of Mexico while enjoying delightfully authentic Mexican dishes. *The pool is closed for the season.*

The rooms are modern and clean, with nice appointments (Toto toilets!). Nice room layout with a sink/bar area in the main room, and a separate dressing area. Try to avoid the 3pm checkin rush, and don’t go early, or you’ll be charged $20 for early check-in. So the line at the check-in kiosks is at a standstill at 10 to 3, with everyone waiting to hit the button at 3:00 ON THE DOT. I would much rather check in with a friendly desk clerk, who can explain the parking procedure (no charge for hotel guests! Who knew?!). After waiting in line for the kiosks, it responded that our room wasn’t ready, and they’d send an EMAIL when it was ready. Not wanting to keep checking emails every 2 minutes, we then stood in line where there were 3 front desk clerks, and got checked in smoothly. LESS KIOSKS, MORE DESK CLERKS, PLEASE!

Union our arrival we entered the Bally’s to check in. All you can smell, and taste is cigarette smoke and skunk weed. We asked if there was another casino and hotel that was smoke free & was told no. We decided to stay and enjoy our selves. I have serious issues with smoke. And I tried but when we woke up the following morning I was not feeling well. I googled the question what casino was smoke free and guess what came up . PARK MGM IS SMOKE FREE. It’s across from BALLYS CASINO. Well , I was very excited about what I found out and called Expedia and explained. They were no help. Other than calling the hotel to see what the procedure was to cancel and change my booking. I called my AAA and was able to book the hotel for the rest of the stay. Bally’s is a nice place and I have no issues with the place . Except for one . When you have a guest that ask for help and won’t fill that request for what other reason then being ignorant. That’s a major issue with the management.

Ballys is a great location but you can tell thats its on the cheaper end compared to the other hotels. This kinda reminds me of the Isle of Capri in Louisiana. The light fixtures were very dusty like they haven't been cleaned in ages. The windows were very dirty. The counter in the bathroom had cracks in it like it was falling apart. I know it is not as expensive as the other hotels but for almost 2K I figured it would be nicer. The location however is awesome. Its right next to Paris and across the street from Ceasars Palace and The Bellagio.

I was charged a hotel fee of $150.00 on top of what we initially paid for the room. The hotel was dirty, the doors elevators and rooms were in need of an upkeep. The staff needs to smile, say hi now and then. If you want arrive before 3 p.m. $40.00 if your room was ready, half price at 1p.m., so we waited until 3. Very drab, too bad they didn't do upkeep while closed.

Clean room. Bedsheets and towels all clean. We stayed on a smoke free floor and room did not smell at all. Faced the high roller on the 15th floor and it was quiet. Great service by the staff. We had a late flight so we checked out on the website and dropped off our bags. They held our luggage until we had to go to the airport.
