We stayed in the non-renovated room 1005. The room was dated, but still very large and inviting. The bedding was comfortable, but not luxurious, and the view was great. The HVAC system worked excellent. We had some issues related to our hot water in the shower. We never called maintenance as it seemed to be intermittent and unpredictable. There were...

Flawless check-in and check-out. Easily done on-line. The rooms and the service are a great value for the price paid. Wonderful location in the "heart" of the strip. We would stay again and recommend to friends.

The room is big, the pillow is not comfortable, location is great so close to everything. It's so hard to go to sleep because at night you hear the music from the club across the street. The view is not too bad.

I was here for a business conference. The room was OK, but the amenities were below par. The lobby was so smoke-filled. The staff was nice, but not really helpful. They seemed to be unable to answer the most basic questions. They need to put their employees through a "Ballys 101" class, "Where Things Are in the Hotel". If I...

Great restaurants inside and the best brunch hands down in the city. Little more smoky than other casinos on the strip but it has everything else you will need. Bars are cheaper than newer hotels in the area.

I attended a conference and when I checked in was told "it was the only room available." It did not have a coffee pot and when I called, was told the hotel didn't provide them. Only later did I learn that some conference attendees had coffee pots. The extra blanket smelled of urine and the carpeting needs to be steam...

We had a room in the indigo tower. I was very disappointed on our room. Only two wall outlets worked, two of the lamps were falling apart, and you had to have the shower head face the wall to prevent the floor from flooding. The AC didn't work very well which left the room very humid. We called the front...

We had a room for 4 for the family. Bally only provided free WiFi for two devices. Once logged in, the device is activated for 24 hours. You had to wait for 24 hours before you can log in with another device. There is no warning message that you exceeded two devices limit. You get nailed with a $14.99 charge...

Good, clean room, with some great employees, some not so much. When we made any calls, we were taken care of. The view to the water fountains was the end on our side, but we could see it going from our room. That was really nice. We would go again as far as the room goes. Playing casino games, was...

Great room on 25th floor with a view of the Bellagio water show. The hotel was very busy but we made lunch and dinner reservations a day ahead so there was no problem. Vegas is a pretty crazy place on New Years but I must say we had a ball. We did have a disappointing meal at BLT Steak but...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
True classics never go out of style, making Bally's Las Vegas the only choice for classic Vegas at the heart of the Las Vegas strip. And what could be more timeless than Mr. Las Vegas himself, Wayne Newton? In his original production, "Wayne Newton: Up Close and Personal," Newton sings crowd favorites as well as engages with the audience by answering questions, making for a truly extraordinary experience. Before the show, dining options at Bally's Las Vegas include BLT Steak, an interpretation of an American steakhouse with traditional fare and a bistro ambiance. BLT Steak is also the stage for the Sterling Brunch offered every Sunday where diners can enjoy the endless pours of Perrier-Jouët Champagne and unlimited American Sturgeon Caviar - the two pinnacles of the Las Vegas Strip's most famously indulgent brunch. If you're looking for a menu that's a little less traditional, SEA: The Thai Experience at Bally's Las Vegas offers delicious cuisine from southeast Asia. Buca di Beppo serves up classic Italian cuisine family-style, perfect for sharing and passing around the table. At Tequila Taqueria you'll experience the soul of Mexico while enjoying delightfully authentic Mexican dishes. ... more   less
