We enjoyed the room and the view (15th floor). The unit was comfortable, roomy, and well appointed. It seemed like we were the only ones there since we rarely saw other guests but the staff said they were fairly full.
We loved our stay at The Berkley. Our two connected suites were roomy, comfortable and had a great view of the city and the mountain range. The only downside was that the pool was small and the gym needed more equipment.
We wanted a quiet place with nice accommodations and easy access to the Strip and outlying casinos, and the Berkley delivered. Nice, roomy VERY CLEAN condo, comfy beds. (Pillows were pretty lumpy tho!) Leo at the front desk was very helpful at check-in. Pool is small but looked nice - we didn’t use it at all for this trip in January. We will definitely stay here again!
Very nice modern resort. The distance to the strip is a lot longer than stated on their website. IT IS nothing IN WALKING DISTANCE!!!! 20 minute drive. Clean pots and pans in the clean cabinets. Extra large bathroom was very nice as well.
A little out of the way,. Need a car. No shuttle. Silverton is not a destination casino. The Berkley is just a building with rooms. I would not even call it a hotel. It has no amenities other than a tiny pool, with no landscaping, adjacent to the parking lot. Not very appealing. Craker Barrel, Blaze & Starbucks within walking distance. Bass Pro on site, has a nice aquarium. The best thing that happened is that I discovered Dutch Bros Coffee, just up the street. (drive-thru only).
The Berkley was conveniently located. Plenty of parking. Easy in and out. The rooms were spacious and quite comfortable. Nicely appointed. Next door is the Silverton -- fine restaurants, casino and wonderful aquarium. It was easy to travel around the city and return to this beautiful resort. We will definitely visit here again.
We stayed at the Berkeley for three days and it was perfect. Great, quiet location, off the strip but only $15 Uber to get there. Room was very comfortable, clean and updated. Beautiful bathtub. Friendly staff.
Over the past 10 years, I've stayed at quite a few properties in the Las Vegas area, and this is my new favorite. It was a great location, wonderful layout with a nice kitchen, comfortable bed, and bathtub to die for.. There was also a beautiful view, well appointed and comfortable, and super private and quiet. There are plenty of stores and restaurants in the area, as well as the Casino if that's your thing even though its not mine. I have no negative comments, and will be staying here again for sure.
Excellent staff and accommodations. Would definitely stay there again. Unit was clean, staff was friendly and professional. The manager, Patty, and the other staff were kind and considerate when I had a car emergency. Their efforts were very much appreciated.
The Berkeley in Las Vegas is a block of apartments adjacent to the Silvertown casino. The block is a long way from the Strip, so you will need a car. There is a bus but it doesn’t come more than once an hour, even though they are scheduled every 30 minutes. The apartment itself is modern, clean and well laid out. There’s a comfortable queen sized bed and quality bedding and pillows. There are also 2 tv’s with a range of American only channels. The kitchen has a dishwasher, 2 x electric hob and a large fridge freezer. (Studio apartment). All cutlery, cups, plates etc are supplied and are in good condition. There’s also a free guest laundry on the 4th floor with a washing machine and a tumble dryer and a vending machine for soap powder. The reason I’m giving 4 and not 5 starts is because I specifically asked for a quiet room and one on the ground or first floor as I’m afraid of heights. I was put on the 5th floor, where there’s floor to ceiling glass and the room was the nearest to the 3 lifts that were running day and night. The room itself is soundproofed so you can’t hear your neighbours but the front door isn’t and the traffic and noise was endless. The Berkeley doesn’t have any restaurant facilities but the casino next door has a number of fast food and restaurant options and there is a garage with a convenience store attached nearby. Just cross the 8 lane interstate at the end of the road, which has a pedestrian crossing. Would I stay here again? Probably not. It’s too far out and unless you have an apartment at the end of the corridors, the noise would be prohibitive for me.…
