Nice hotel. Got a city view, very nice. Hotel is just off the strip. Friendly staff, clean rooms, good location. Reasonably priced. Starbucks in lobby! The only negative I can say is, pool was not open. Did not say that on web. Have been traveling from Florida to California during covid19. It has been interesting to say the least. Every state, city, area has its own rules, safety standards, etc. We were exhausted from trip and was really looking forward to an afternoon to relax by the pool before we made the last leg of our journey home. Reasonably priced, but did not get what I paid for. A bit disappointed. Other than that I would recommend this hotel.

It was a pleasure to have you as our guest during this trip from Florida to California and thank you for sharing your feedback! We are very sorry for any inconveniences caused by not having the pool open, as we were under local Government orders to keep this area closed. Fortunately, these restrictions have now been lifted, so our Westin Workout and Outdoor Pool have re-opened! We hope to welcome you back for another visit to the Westin Las Vegas Hotel & Spa under much better circumstances!

Stayed at the Westin in late May because it was the only hotel we could find open due to COVID shutdowns. They didn’t tell us at checkin or during our first call about room cleaning - no cleaning during stay. No amenities. No restaurants. No valet. In fact, they readily agreed to waive the amenity fees. Noisy place - could hear people at all times of night coming and going. Pretty standard for a business travel spot, but not great for a weekend in Vegas. However, happy to have had a clean place to stay. One block off the strip.

We appreciate you taking time to share this feedback and thank you for being our guest during the COVID pandemic. Unfortunately during your visit, the State of Nevada was still under Phase One restrictions and amenities such as restaurants, pools and other offerings were not allowed. Valet parking and Housekeeping Stayover Services have also been suspended per the Marriott Brand Guidelines in an effort to maintain both guest and associate safety measures. We are pleased to share that some restrictions have now been lifted, allowing the Westin Workout, our outdoor pool & bar, as well as, contactless In Room Dining delivery options for dinner to all re-open. We hope to welcome you back again as Las Vegas slowly returns to normal operations and if there is anything we can ever assist you with, please do not hesitate to let us know.

Nice hotel. I was here just before everything was shutting down due to the caronavirus. They did a good job in trying to answer questions about what was going on. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was newly remodeled. Everything was nice. No issues.

I stayed here after seeing how much cheaper it was than spots on the strip. The service was friendly, the hotel was modern and clean, and the price was right. The rooms were standard size with a comfy bed. They offered a free whiskey tasting (2x whiskeys) and had multiple whisky flights to taste for a fee. If you are looking for an affordable and clean place to stay within walking distance of the strip, this is a solid option.
