Everything was perfect from the electronic sign in until check out time. The room was impeccable and the staff friendly and professional. The gym and pool zones were nice, clean and very accessible. All and all, just a perfect time
The only thing good about this hotel is the bed. They made a huge billing error on my credit card and could not fix it so I was basically penniless in Las Vegas. The 11th floor to the left wreaks of sewage and mildew. They tried to cover with chemicals. Then they lost my $2k scooter. There are so many better places to stay in Las Vegas and while Tyler the manager did try to help us it still ruined our trip. I could not go to the mall or the strip without my scooter. They never offered to let me use their wheelchair which is what Marriott had said they should have done and the front desk staff especially Cori is so rude. This was there fault and she acted like it was my fault. The funny thing is staying at the Westin for our group of 11 rooms was my idea. I will always regret this horrible experience. And I will never forget that smell. The rest of the hotel smells really good, btw.…
It’s rare to not be filtered through a casino in any hotel near the strip which was great. The pool is on the 2nd floor roof not the top of the building like it’s presented. The TV did not move so we had a couch but it was difficult to watch from there.
We have nothing but amazing things to say about the staff here at the Westin. From Albert at the front desk, to Wattson in Guest Services, to all of the amazing servers/bartenders at Maxim Lounge and Good Plate - you all made our Vegas trip so memorable. We have stayed on the strip many times, but we will only be staying at the Westin moving forward. We were welcomed with complimentary water bottles in the room, free drink / dessert vouchers, Starbucks on the first floor - what more do you need!? The service here is spectacular, the amenities are unbeatable, and you're steps away from the strip without having to deal with the noise and ruckus at traditional casinos. All the small things at the Westin really made a difference. I highly recommend staying here if you're in town!
This Westin feels more like a Sheraton. The bed is comfortable, but the rooms are a bit dated and show signs of wear. The location is a 10 minute walk from The Strip. If you can get a food rate, then this is a descent option… but it doesn’t give the same vibe as hotels on The Strip.
Hotel is great with friendly and accommodating staff and location is quiet just off the strip. Rooms are a good size however feel quite old so could do with renovating but the beds are comfortable and huge. Breakfast buffet is delicious and accommodates a variety of dietary needs. Check-in and check out process is smooth. Ideal for those who want to experience the Las Vegas strip but return to a quiet hotel just off the strip as there is no chaos or casino inside.
Hotel property is average. The rooms can use a renovation. Being located just off the strip, it’s grounds for lots of unusual activity outside and one should be aware at night. With that being said, it’s a quick and simple walk to the strip, with a convenient location. The bathrooms are old, cracked in the showers, and somewhat dirty. Looked as if there was mold under the sink.
Best hotel in vegas, with walkable distance to LasVegas Blvd, quite ambience, very good lobby, staff are very friendly at Restaurant, BAR and front desk, always try to help and provided greatest service in every aspect, worth paying $30 resort fee, in return you get drink and dessert coupons, none of the other hotels provide this,
Definitely not as nice as other Westins I have stayed at. I travel a lot for work and play, and always stay at Marriott brands. This one was a decent property but the customer service was not spectacular. Restaurant was just ok. There was a server that actually yelled at another employee in front of customers. Vanessa at the front desk was great. Everyone else however acted as if I didn't exist. No greeting from front door (valet) staff at any point during my stay. I got a text after checking in to see how my room was, but the person texting did not identify themself or state their position at the property. It felt like an automated ChatGPT interaction. This hotel wasn't bad, but it certainly lacked the personal "Marriott" touch I have grown accustomed to. For my next Vegas trip I'll find another hotel.…
We stayed at the Westin for a week in January 2023 , we were on a business trip. The staff at the hotel was " excellent". We especially loved the Refill Water Bottles and that we could refill at any time in the lobby. The location was just off Las Vegas Blvd. ( 2 blocks away) And loved the no smoke environment in the main areas of the hotels. Stephen & Nicole
