Stayed at the Westin Las Vegas in June 2022. Checking was quick and smooth, room was ready and they gave me two bottles of water. My room was 520 decent standard room with 2 beds. Rooms need some updating but nice and clean. Small refrigerator, safe, coffee maker and lots of power for laptop and phone. I would suggest getting any room above the 5th floor, because if you face couth you will see the lobby roof. Lobby in nice and remodeled. Lobby bar has great staff and service. Restaurant very good menu and not too pricey, also great staff. Pool area is decent but not a typical Vegas pool. Smaller and more family oriented. This hotel does not have a casino so much calmer and quieter than most Vegas hotels. You are only one block off the strip so it’s a good location. Overall great location., great staff and very good price for what you get.…
When in Vegas you can go go go but when it is time for R&R after all the fun the Westin delivers. We stayed over the Memorial Day weekend it is close to the monorail and the strip. Clean and modern look and Starbucks in the lobby. Treat yourself and splurge for a poolside cabana while you relax. The food and DJ poolside were topnotch and Sarah H was fabulous by the pool. When in Vegas this is a great place to get away from it all.
We stayed here a few nights during a recent trip to Las Vegas. To be honest, it was chosen because we had some free nights to use up with Marriott. At the end of the day, however, I grew to appreciate what the Westin offered. It's located basically behind the Flamingo on the Strip - maybe 3.5 minutes away from the main road, which I would categorize as convenient. Staff were always friendly and helpful, and the room was comfortable though non-descript. I grew to appreciate the quiet and calm of our hotel when we saw the crowds and lines of the big hotel lobbies on Las Vegas Boulevard. Our hotel was never loud and we rarely waited to speak to any of the staff. The pool was small but practical and almost always sunny. The only major complaint I have is about these 'Destination Fees' that pop up in major tourist hubs. I do not appreciate paying almost $30 for such things as 'pool and fitness centre use' and wifi. Other than that, my stay was great and I'd consider coming back here again.…
We chose the Westin and used our Marriott Bonvoy points. The room we got is not super large, but very comfortable. Very new, clean, and modern. The AC worked great. We were on the 15th floor. A special shout out to the valet staff. He had us pull in to one of the spots up front, so we could check in, move our luggage to our room. Leisurely come back and return our rental car. That saved us a day of parking fee + all the walking to the parking area. We really like this hotel because it lacks the casino stuff. Quiet and elegant. Very easy to get Uber/Lyft pick up and drop off. Right up front. Not under some garage level that you need a GPS to find. If it weren't for being 110 degrees outside, we would easily walk to all the Strip sights. They do have an add on resort fee (wish Vegas hotels would quit this practice and just reflect that in the room rate. Not like you can waive it by not using the "resort"). That did give you free drinks and desserts. We enjoyed our stay here.…
My family and I chose to head to Vegas to see the Anita Baker concert and to add to my travel/lifestyle vlog content, which means that we wanted the "Vegas Experience" but not to be consumed by it. We chose the Westin Las Vegas Hotel and Spa because we are Marriott Bonvoy members and because of the reputation of the Westin brand. This Westin location is perfectly situated within walking distance of the Vegas strip but far enough away to escape the busyness of it all. Being that I vlog my travels on my YouTube page (Coupled and Cultured) I reached out to this location to ask for an upgrade that would give me the best view from the room. I was not disappointed when the manager quickly reached out to me with an upgrade that included a great view of the Linq Highroller Wheel, which is beautifully illuminated at night. Once we arrived to the hotel we were greeted by friendly staff and a beautiful lobby (with a lobby bar, restaurant, and Starbucks!) Our room was nice, clean, and came with the view that we were promised. During our stay we took advantage of the spa (The steam room is 1st come, 1st served and included with your stay) and it was beautiful, relaxing, and usefulafter full days of walking around Vegas. We also visited the pool which had a nice, chill crowd on a Saturday! And... I refuse to admit how many times I ordered the Warm Apple Tart via room service (It was DELICIOUS and so was the steak and eggs for breakfast!). We stayed for 3 nights and when it was time to leave check out was fast and easy. Overall I truly enjoyed my stay! If I'm ever back in Vegas I'd definitely return to the Westin and I also recommend it to my "Coupled and Cultured" followers/subscribers, as well as travelers from my other travel groups! I'll be uploading a full video review of the Westin and Vegas as whole on my YouTube channel (Coupled and Cultured) that will include some video clips as well! If you're heading to Vegas and want nice accommodations that do you include a casino in the lobby, then this is the perfect place to stay!…
Stayed here for 4 nights. Good hotel with friendly staff and nice little pool area with bar. Only has one restaurant but it was good, especially for breakfast. It's nice it doesn't have a casino in it but close enough to the strip. The short walk from the strip to the hotel is dark at night so just had to be careful when walking that little area but we went through the casino next door to get us half way before getting back on the sidewalk to walk the rest of the way to the Westin.
Disgusting Lack of cleanliness Repulsive Half-hearted response by Will the “manager” on google reviews. You would think that the Westin would want to ensure customers are satisfied. There has been no follow up over a week later. I couldn’t even stay at the property, checked out within 20 minutes.
I have stayed at the Westin Las Vegas many times. It is always enjoyable. The Resort is on Flamingo Road off of the Strip, which is nice. The staff is great, the rooms are nice, and the pool and Spa are wonderful. Check it out. You won't be disappointed.
Expected a little more out of a Westin property. Starbucks at this location seemed to have a short time frame of being open. I wouldn’t pay to stay there and thankful I used points. The store did have a nice selection of food/drinks along with misc items and had wonderful hours of being open. Shame this location didn’t have a M Club.
Easy off the flamingo exit of the 15 highway. Plenty of parking for guests. Tavana greeted my with a joyful attitude and a pleasant smile. She was helpful with directions. Lovely quiet room restaurant close by with bars 24 hours. Close to the high roller
