Front desk staff was professional and quick with check-in and check-out. There were 6 quick elevators, business area, small convenience store. Room had fridge, coffee maker, iron/board, desk/chair, and couch. Bed was comfortable with good pillows. No free bottle water in room. No car valet, but hotel garage attached next door. Would stay here again next visit.

This is my third stay but with family! I highly recommend it. Facility is top notch and employees take pride in serving their guests! Despite restaurant closure due to Covid they provided alternate options for food which worked out great! Pool was clean and orderly. City view from the room is amazing!

This is a well located, usually very nice hotel, about two city blocks east of The Strip. We had two rooms and stayed for six nights: December 29 - January 4. The first time we stayed here in May 2019, the stay was pretty much perfect. However, the level of service and quality of amenities has been greatly diminished in COVID’s wake and our last two stays have been just okay. When we stayed here in September 2020, we were first checked into a dirty room that had been marked as clean. During this last stay: 1) there were an abundance of dogs, and possibly other animals, everywhere. I like dogs in general and I understand people love their pets but they don’t belong in hotels in my opinion. (True service dogs excepted, of course.) Dogs and cats obviously affect the overall cleanliness of the property and individual rooms and there is no good place to walk the dogs. I have very bad allergies and they were greatly exacerbated by the presence of so many animals and the housekeeping supplies used to clean up after them; 2) It was necessary to have a few items from Amazon shipped to me at the hotel. Instead of calling our room when the items arrived (as documented by Amazon), I had to contact the Front Desk more than once to have them track down my items. I just found out Amazon delivered one package shortly after we checked out two days ago and I have yet to hear from the hotel about it; 3) We were told that the Hibiscus Spa was open and that we would receive a return call in response to our request for an appointment. This never happened; 4) our room rate was supposed to include breakfast everyday but the restaurant was not open on two days during our stay. For our last day, we were provided with two $30 value “breakfast cards” to use at Starbucks, the only “restaurant” open for “breakfast.” My college age daughter was under a time constraint and had to go to Starbucks, using one of the $30 breakfast cards. She ordered a sandwich. I told her to get a drink too but when she returned to the counter not 30 seconds later, the barista refused to give her one; 4) housekeeping was slow and we did not get our requested service one day. I understand that COVID has affected the staffing and amenities of hotels everywhere, but the staff here, while “cordial”, gave the impression they just could not be bothered.

I’ll try to keep it cute and short, but stay at the Westin. I was traveling for work (relocation) and decided to stop here. Listen... It’s so worth it. This was my FIRST time ever staying at any Westin location. Shout out to Drake and Kanye for the mentions in their songs, lol. Anyways, literally everything was perfect. I enjoyed myself. This was the perfect location, it’s kind of secluded but still along the Las Vegas strip. It sits almost perfectly in the middle of some of the best attractions. The hotel itself is really nice. If you’re looking for a hotel that’s super chill, classy but quiet? It’s this one. The service I received was phenomenal. Diante (love him!!!) checked me in and got me on my way. Throughout the whole stay, he made me feel like a “somebody”, LOL! He remembered my name (last name, at least) and that made me feel soo special. Nina helped me with my reservation... That itself was greatly appreciated. I had to make so many changes but she took care of them promptly and was so polite about it. Overall, everyone was excellent and friendly. I believe his name was Albert, but he helped me check out and didn’t even give me problems about having to reactivate my card to get back into the room. They even did an excellent job with the text service they put in place because of COVID. I think this should be kept after the pandemic, the conviene is impeccable. I will most definitely be coming back. Even during a pandemic they did a fabulous, especially since I wasn’t there for fun. Thank y’all so much! It’s also dog friendly!!

First and foremost if there was a higher number than 5 I would rank this hotel as 100 stars to the infinite power. I just stayed at the perfect resort with the perfect staff. We know these times are challening. From the staff providing personalization to ensuring your room is cleaned and disinfecting it is great. Hand santizer wipes in the room as well as a nice and santized smell just makes you know their committment to health and safety. I am letting everyone know this is the hotel to stay at as the staff is impecable and wahtever they do it is all about the customer but at the same time they go through hoops to really make it feel like home. I have been at this location and resort 8 times this year and it remains perfect and it will always remain that way. Ype you heard me---perfect---enough stated..Thanks to the entire staff for spoling me and being super compassionate about their job and guests! Big virtual hugs!
