Horrible experience at this supposedly 5 star hotel. I went there for a conference and had to book early. I ended up paying $1000 for 3 days. A bit stiff but I thought that would be worth it for a "fancy" hotel. Well, it wasn't. The service was terrible. It took an hour to check in and check out. The front desk was terribly short staffed. Their website said that the price included $50 credit for breakfast. That was a lie! The room was not clean. We found a toothpick left by the previous occupant. Disgusting! Even the toilet paper was cheap 1 ply. I would have been better off using sand paper. To top it off, the hallway constantly stunk of marijuana! I would have been much better off staying in a Motel 6. I guarantee you that it would have been much less seedy than this atrocity of a 5 star resort.…
Stayed at the Tower Suites. Someone tried to come into my room after I arrived, but I had the latch across and they didn't make it in. As Encore was my last stop toward back home, I had bought a couple souvenirs from a concert and were in my suitcase but when I arrived home, they were gone. So were some other items I won't mention. My suitcase was open in my room, checked at baggage claim last day since had a late flight, and checked in at airport. Jardin's is a horrible restaurant. I would avoid it. The Buffet at Wynn was awesome. Go hungry! So you pay extra to stay at Encore Tower Suites, but it really is not worth it. I enjoyed my panoramic resort room just as much. Same room basically. I got the run around looking for a ice machine. Two different employess told me there was no ice machine on my floor. Can you imagine?? Turns out there was one at the end of my hall. The pool had the feel of a meat market. Just gross. Three different sets of music being piped in at one time too. Makes the brain crazy. Bellagio is the place to go for a great swim. I will probably never stay there again. I prefer the Palazzo Prestige Suites.…
Degrading to women. Weak drinks, horrendous costumer service and dirty pool. Its just so old and uninteresting I don’t see why anyone would even bother. It’s a really old building and grounds trying to charger top dollar for mediocre experience. Save yourself the hustle and go somewhere else, way better pool parties in Vegas than this, don’t waste your time.
Still the very best and panoramic room is fantastic. The rooms are all modern with Alexa controls and digital management. The bed is one of the best and the room finishing some superb. The rooms are spotless. Definitely try get high floor rooms, we had 6048 and magnificent. ADVICE. 1. The main pool areas have little shade and Zero parasols so try get beds on the shaded areas by trees. 2. Coffee shop gets insanely busy so use their QR to pre-order and collect. It’s also ok to take food from the coffee shop to the pool and cheaper. 3. Jardin Restaurant serves delicious authentic pizza and try the Salum spicy one as wow. They also serve ice cold Whispering Angel rosé 4. Try request late check out 1pm but if have later flight it’s worth paying a little extra ($150) to have the room until 5pm to allow pre flight prep. 5. Use Uber wherever you can as so so easy and punctual. Also it’s worthwhile pre ordering the ride to avoid surge pricing. 7. The hotel Lobby bar serves modestly priced snacks and drinks. The Pale rosè is delicious. The Encore at Wynn is beautiful and has excellent designer shops. WARNING. As this hotel now caters for more and more pool parties XS Club, you’ll hear the thud of the bass and music resonate, so try avoid spring break and other EDM type popular times. Enjoy.…
The suite and its furnishings are in pristine condition. Almost no chips, tears, snags or scratches on any surface. The furnishings, upholstery and art work are in beautiful contemporary taste. The view of the strip and countryside is breathtaking. I felt like royalty in this suite.
We went for a drink at the Encore after our wedding ceremony and before dining at Sinatra. At the first bar, with a sign that clearly said "Please be seated" we were told to vacate our seats and wait to be seated in the most condescending fashion. There was no one at the desk to give us a table so we went to the bar. A manager came up to us and told us that because the bar was so full, we would likely get a drink faster if we sat at a slot machine. He said he would wait to make sure someone came. He left within 2 minutes. After waiting 20 minutes and no one coming, we gave up. We were dressed up in evening clothes and treated like peasants. Terrible experience.
Great stay in Vegas at Encore-the customer service was the best I have had at a number of high end hotels. From the time I drove up in the Uber to the time I departed-totally pampered!! Jonathan at the FD helped me upgrade my room, Stephanie at pool side-perfect timing on the refreshed cocktails, Becca the concierge services scored hard to get reservations. The room, panorama suite on a high floor, bed was heavenly and the centrally controlled light and window treatments were the top of luxury. Food-across all venues was delicious ( spiced chicken sans which at the pool-yumm). Try Jardin, SW and the buffet-be careful, if you need to cancel your buffet reservation with less than 24 hrs-you get charged the full price-drags! And, this may sound silly but try the room service -the food is excellent! The furnishings at the hotel & casino are a feast for the eyes-even the hallways are treated with high end designer care! Over all-a MUST stay-worth the splurge even if you do not gamble.…
The worst ever service we experienced anywhere in the world in last 25 years of our travel, all over the world, in best of the resorts. Little respect for guests generally and the in-room dining takes 1-2 hour to deliver even for a cup of tea. First of all to give your order you have to wait on phone for 10 minutes. Out of 4 times that we we ordered 2 times it didn't get delivered at all & we had to cancell it and remain hungry!! Totally not worth the value/ price it demands. Our experience in other lower priced hotels in vegas has been much better.
Have stayed here many times since it opened. I prefer Encore rooms to Wynn rooms. Check in and room elevators much more convenient if self parking. Arrived around 11am on a Wednesday. Only two others in line so wait was only about 2 minutes. Front desk guy very nice and solicitous. I had e-upgrade to a strip panoramic view room and I got one on the 55th floor on the "quiet" side about halfway down the hallway. As usual, room was clean. No complaints. Staff friendly and professional. Only thing I noticed was that the casino seems bit smokier than before. Maybe they're cutting down on ventilation to save costs. Dined at Deliah for the second time. Even better than the first time. Portions are large, so don't over order. Kylie cocktail was great. Wynn buffet not so great. Encore casino is smaller and much more quiet than Wynn, but I like that. Only downside is during the day they only have 3 BJ tables open. Stayed at Conrad RWLV 2 days prior to moving to Encore. IMHO, Encore is the far classier property. RWLV is new and clean, but doesn't have a lot of character. It is what you might expect for a modern business hotel in Asia. Wynn Encore is pure class and has that special feel I like in Las Vegas.…
We stayed here on a Saturday night for a special occasion. The staff was pleasant. The rooms are spacious and modern, and the beds are comfortable. The major consideration is the noise from the Pool below, which is also a night club. The music from the club was loud and continued into the early morning. Guests should be warned about this at check in, as this is unacceptable for a hotel at this price point.
