Encore at Wynn Las Vegas garners acclaim for its spotless environment and stylish vibe, with the hotel's location earning praise for its convenience to local attractions. Despite the luxurious and high-tech amenities, some guests miss in-room coffee and more casual dining options.
The value is a point of contention, as high prices and costly extras leave several travelers feeling shortchanged. While the rooms are often appreciated for their space and views, inconsistent noise insulation and varying levels of service quality have been noted.

I recently had the pleasure of staying in the Encore. The rooms are amazing. I was on the 8th floor and even that had a great strip view, lights and all. The room quality was exquisite. SUPER plush. the decor is classic, marble everything. The bathroom was huge with a shower, a full size soaking tub, dual vanity, and a separated room for the toilet.
The room is fully Alexa automated, with additional touch panel operation for lights and curtains. The added details like "nightlight" lighting in the bathroom and main sleeping area is brilliant. Just past the bedroom is a sitting area with a couch + chaise lounger, and a desk, in-case you have to get work done. (Like I did).
The location is pretty great, it's across the street from the Fashion Mall, surrounded by high end restaurants, and just down the block from Tacos El Gordo. (YES!!!)
The Cost is a bit higher, so if you can catch a good deal on one of those sites, you are golden. But it's total worth the price of admission.

You can tell from the moment you enter that this casino operation pays a great attention to detail. Elegance is a good description and sets it apart from most other casinos on the strip. Service throughout the property was excellent. I think the training must be exceptional and that is a sign of a well managed property. Food is world class. I thought SW steakhouse was best although Jardin was amazing too. Fine dining can be pricey but my experiences here clearly justify it. Steaks were delicious, tender and cooked perfectly. again so much attention to detail, you will not ever feel unappreciated, but like a special guest. Encore Tower Suites were beautiful, spacious, modern, and most importantly comfortable. Staff was on hand 24 hours and anything needed was accommodated super quickly. The staff always makes the difference between great and amazing experiences, and on my visit it was no different. I would highly recommend this resort for a higher end luxury type experience while still maintaining the fun factor.

Decided to try out the Encore on our first night in Vegas. The Encore did not disappoint the room size was great, I loved the mix of decor in the room the dark with light colors. Our view from our room was great and we enjoyed the floor to ceiling window.
Check in was a bit slow which was a bit annoying since the line wasn't very long. Each desk agent would take a minute or two break then sanitize before calling the next guest which took a few minutes. Not sure why there was a pause in between each guest other than sanitizing.
One disappointment was our Alexa she wouldn't do any command other than play music. The light controls were a bit strange because 1 button controlled every light in the suite so if you turned on the lights every single light came on and we had to go around to each individual light and turn it off if we didn't want them all on.
We always stay one night at a new property then stay at the Venetian for the remainder of our stay and I will say we truly loved our suite at Encore.

The Wynn and Encore is well maintained and the rooms are luxurious. The hotel has a good selection of restaurants and shops. Places by the pool are limited and if visiting in October like us you need to be quick to get a bed in the sun as half of the pool area goes in to the shade very quickly because of the tall hotel buildings.
Whilst the rooms are spacious you’re made to feel like everything comes at a cost. No tea/ coffee making facilities, no water. These things go a long way and cost nothing. Instead each morning you have to go an queue 20 mins for a $10 cup of tea!
Again the restaurants are nice but at a cost. We ate at the steak restaurant, it was really good but exceptionally expensive and we live in London! The hotels are there not to make money in the rooms but everywhere else within the resort and the Wynn unfortunately made me feel like that. At that time of year too half of the restaurants are empty so lack atmosphere. The duelling pianos used to be such a good bar, its now poor and the singers were dreadful, i guess you hope most people are drunk.
Most of all we were disappointed that the golf course reopened whilst we were there but we weren’t allowed to play it! Very annoying! One other nag is that the checkin process is very painful! I dread to think what it is like in peak season!
I think most of the hotels in the area are much of a muchness and with this hotel you very much get what you pay for!

This hotel/casino property is so clean and pretty! We stayed overnight for the first time with a comped room (and we are NOT high rollers so that was nice) and were booked into a Premier Double. The gentleman who checked us in was so friendly, as are all of the staff at this resort. In fact, when the room was ready and I went to pick up my key, he greeted me by name without even checking my information first.
Definitely made us feel welcome.
The room was beautiful, large and very clean. The beds were so comfortable with plenty of extra pillows. A nice surprise was that you can turn lights on and off, close and open drapes, turn the TV off and on and more with Alexa!! There is a tablet on the nightstand where you can get all kinds of information and you can even choose your tv channel that way! The bathroom has a nice, deep soaking tub with an adjoining separate shower! There is a small TV in the bathroom so you can watch whatever you want while you soak, very relaxing!
The casino is clean and gorgeous, plenty of gaming tables and slot machines. It never felt overly crowded in there. There are plenty of stations set up with sanitizing wipes and hand sanitizer all over the place. Workers were constantly wiping down the seats and slot machines. I felt safer there than at my local supermarket!
We had breakfast at Bru and a late lunch at the On Deck Burger Bar, both very good. Bru felt a bit chaotic, it didn't seem very organized, but the food was fine. Burger Bar was really good and our server was so friendly! There is also a Dunkin Donuts for coffee and a quick snack.
The pros: Incredibly friendly, helpful staff - holding doors, escorting us to the Burger Bar since most of the elevators were closed. Slot machines and gaming tables separated with either closed machines and/or plexiglass dividers, lots of voucher cashing stations, beverage servers every where - you didn't have to call them over, they would come to you to ask if you wanted anything! Clean bathrooms - very important to us.
The only "cons" was there is a fridge in the room that I understand included a mini bar that we just could not figure out how to open. Also, we used the coffee maker in the room and the coffee came out thick and creamy. It could have been us, but we did follow directions. No big deal though, we could have asked for help if we really wanted to.
The only things I think this hotel is missing is a pool!! We did hear from one of the staff that they were going to build another tower that they would have a pool in but that was put on hold because of the pandemic. Also, it would have been nice to have a nice place dedicated to having a sit down breakfast, but I think the buffet, which is closed right now, would have taken care of that.
Overall, this place definitely gets 5 stars from us. We live 20 minutes away and used to always go to Foxwoods, but unless we stay for a couple of days and want to relax by the pools, it will be a long time, that we go to those places again!

We booked this hotel for our 1-year wedding anniversary. I can honestly say that this was the worst experience that my husband and I have ever had while staying at a "5 Star" Hotel. First off, we were not able to get a room upgrade but our friends that also were staying at the Wynn, who arrived 5 hours later than us where able to upgrade.(We arrived at 10am and they arrived around 3). When we arrived at the room, we ordered limes and they never showed up. The safe in the closet was also broken so we couldn’t store any of our fine jewelry/watches etc. Then, a panel on the TV console/dresser fell on me while I was trying to put my clothes away in the drawers. Once I called down and told them what happened, it took about 30 minutes for someone to come. The person who came to check on the room literally barged in without knocking or ringing the door. To say that I was shocked at her abrupt entrance would be an understatement, what if I was changing etc.?! Another 20 minutes went by until 2 service maintenance men came to fix the panel. I called downstairs to express my concern with the concierge and said that I wanted another room/upgrade because of the circumstances, he ensured me that a manager would call promptly. 30 minutes and no call later, we missed our reservation for lunch and ruined our afternoon and majority of the day dealing with this. We had our whole day planned out as we only had 2 days in town, our day was completely ruined. I called down and asked why a manager had not returned my call yet, the manager I spoke to said that no one on their staff had relayed that message, another complete fail. So disappointing. The manager I spoke to was beyond rude, arrogant, and extremely short with me on the phone and completely disrespectful saying that there was not another room to upgrade to and that there was nothing he could do besides take of the resort fee on our bill - what a joke. He didn’t give us any other option; we would have paid for a room upgrade but he continued to tell me that there were no rooms available. He made me feel like I was bugging him. All he offered was to move us into in the same type of room in another location in the hotel. He did not want to make this situation right at all. Room services the next day took longer than they stated - over a 1/2 hour later. The second day of room service, our food was cold and my husband’s cheese on his burger was not even melted...literarily they just slapped a cold piece of cheese on it and the fries were soggy. The day of check out the maids came up THREE times asking when we were leaving or if we were on our way out even though when we first arrived the receptionist noted our 4pm late checkout. They said that their manager had said we had left. We felt like we were being pushed out/harassed to leave the hotel. We will never stay at this hotel again as my husband and I were and are so disappointed on so many levels. As someone who has worked in customer service for over 20 years, I am extremely disappointed as I know what “5 Star” hotel customer service should look like.

I spent a long weekend here in July 2019. I stayed at the Encore solo though I was there as a tag-along for a fraternity conference. :) The room were impressive! Very spacious and so comfortable. And many features of the room were able to be controlled with a touchpad near the bed. There was also an Alexa in the room which controlled features like closing the drapes as well played the latest jams!
The pool...loved! Never had a problem getting a chair by the pool as I was in and out of the water. This was the pool only accessible by those staying at the hotel. It was chill and laid back though with some club music. The waitstaff did a great job walking around taking drink/food orders and offering complimentary bottled water. I didn't attend the big pool party at the Encore Beach Club so can't comment on that part.
I ate at Mizumi and the sushi was delicious.
I was pleased with my stay at the Encore and would stay here again.

First of all i felt as secure as if i was at home regarding the covid stuff, but obviously with a way better view, overall amazing food, the most comfortable bed that i had slept on, superb service on behalf of the overall staff with a very few exceptions, and the scenery, ambiance, and relaxed and safe feeling at the pool area. In fact, the few times that i went to take a walk to the strip, I felt the hurry to get back to the resort in order to feel relaxed, comfortable, pampered and secure again. Encore also had the most normalcy vibe that i felt throughout my short walks outside without being careless as other resorts at the strip or those that are half open and that you could feel it.
I have no doubt why this resort is ranked at the top of the options for staying at Las Vegas at all the hotels lists, but for me it is the one that provides the better vibe, scenery, ambiance, and contemporary design and premises that matches the best with the things that matter to me.
Unfortunatelly they just close again The Buffet during my stay but I hope that they reconsider this decision cause it was a very good option for a casual brunch and diner.
For me, the Fine Diner Venues were kind of overrated, and at the same time the casual ones surprised me in a very positive way.
I was very doubtful about making this trip and regarding the place to stay, and fortunatelly i did it and i ended up staying at the best of the options.

On Jan 2nd staying in the Salon Suite at the Encore Tower Suitres, we had room service and retired to bed around 12:45AM I set the room service outside the room and LOCKED the door. Wake up to find our rolex's and my wifes wedding ring along with cash totaling $40,000 was all taken while we slept. Key logs show key activity at 1:49AM. Someone either accessed our locked room either through the front or through the adjoining room door. After a 2 week investigation we have been pushed aside with a response of "sorry". Sorry is what happens when your steak is under cooked or when you have a hair in your food. We could have been hurt or even worse. If you value your safety, or value your personal property. Do Not stay here. We have been coming her for over 8 years 3-4 times per year and been loyal customers. Never Again. My wife will never get her wedding ring back and is devastated. McDonalds has better customer service and security than the Encore. Protect yourself and friends because they certainly will not.

Hopefully I didn’t personally pay for the stay. But when you pay $300 for one night and beside you stay 7 nights, you could expect to have some free things in the room. If you move an eyelash, they charge $10 for a box of snacks that would be worth $0,80 in a grocery.

No. You can request they bring you an empty mini fridge. But, they will charge you a rental fee.

Bishops Stortford, United Kingdom78 contributions100 helpful votesFollowing Covid do the Tower suites give complementary small bottles of water every day.
They do not. Waters are only given to the penthouse suite.
We stayed at Encore in January. Self park in the garage was/is free. It was easy-peasy.
Try to park closer to the structures elevator and you will walk right in to reception. Very convenient.
