Just so good, we just flew home today and are already wishing we extended our 5 night stay. The beauty and design of this resort is just heads and tails above the more generic luxury of the other hotels on the Strip. I've stayed at the: Cosmopolitan, Caesars Palace (the worst! Simply coasting on a Rat Pack reputation long past), Palazzo - but Encore is just so less frenetic and classy than the rest. Service was great, especially the wonderful young lady who checked us in (wish I got her name) who made sure we got a quiet room away from the XS music. Rooms were spacious with a great separate lounge and bed area with stunning views. Love Alexa for lights, music, curtains and temperature control. The pool area at both Wynn and Encore are hands down the best in Vegas, a beautiful lush, garden oasis compared to the sterile concrete pool decks blaring the EDM beats elsewhere. Wynn buffet is still the best, no let-up in quality from when we were there last pre-covid. The Goodies cafe is tasty but can get a bit hectic, and frankly over-priced. Delilah may be the most beautiful bar we have ever seen, with an awesome 20s jazz speakeasy theme. On the gambling, I do agree the minimums are too high, and like a lot of Vegas make sure you don't blindly bet on the tables with bad odds and reward bad behavior (ie. dealer hitting soft 17 on blackjack, or 6:5 payout for blackjack...this is just wrong). The cocktails and wine at the tables was one of the only critiques about Encore...that mojito was vile and I asked for champagne and got a very mediocre white instead. Wynn/Encore - learn from Cosmopolitan here! Encore definitely feels more exclusive and unique compared to the rest on Strip. The key highlight for us is just how beautiful everything is, from the landscaping to the intricate inlays on the floors, the waterfalls and gardens...there's just something stunning visually everywhere you look. Great design is when something is years old like here and still stands the test of time. Will be our go-to from now on. Really don't understand the recent complaints in other reviews. The best!

I travel to Vegas once a year and have experienced many hotels however since the start of the pandemic this was my first trip. While most of Vegas seems to be about the same the Wynn and encore do not… since my last stay at encore 5 years ago the hotel has gone into major disrepair with clear signs of mold and extremely unsightly bodily fluids on nearly everything in the room. It’s clear the hotel and the staff have no interest in keeping it to par and with the poor location on the strip and even worse customer service it will soon be the sight of one of those crazy building demolitions by explosion. To the new ceo I suggest you wake up as it’s clear this is your fault. I will also mention the Casino is nearly empty on most weekday nights likely due to the high table minimums and on the weekends it attracts the crowd of 18-21 year olds looking to cause trouble, during the Sunday I witnessed clear harassment and attempted robbery by non hotel guest while the 90 year old security guard tried to stop it. Stay at anything else for a better time To the hotel do not send me your generic response you send to everyone who replies negative … I suggest you actually read it if you care to change

First time staying at Encore and booked through Expedia. Prices were a little higher but it was my wife's bday so we decided to splurge. The hotel was a little further from all the action of the strip, but we found it nice that it wasn't as busy and we wanted to do the spa at Encore anyways. Booking through Expedia created an issue...we booked at the Encore but the room was a Wynn resorts king. That meant it was supposed to be at the Wynn. We were told that we could switch but had to pay extra which we flatly declined to do. After much back and forth, they agreed to transfer over at no extra costs and actually upgraded us to a panoramic view room. Room was large with floor to ceiling windows. I found the room a little dusty but it was generally clean. Bed was extremely comfortable and they have 2 oversized pillows which are quite comfortable. Room is equipped with an Alexa but the commands don't work particularly well especially when telling it to open the drapes.

The hotel is starting to feel old. Service throughout has really gone down. Wynn use to excel for their service and it’s no longer the case. We encountered several super rude staffers. Rooms are super noisy when the beach club is open. Ambiance is still good, though.

We have been staying at Wynn and Encore multiple times a year since each opened years ago, and they have always been our favorite hotels in Las Vegas. In the last five years, we have mostly stayed in the Tower Suites at the Encore, and I am not sure we will continue this choice. We have been here twice in the last 3 weeks and have had the same experience both times even though we are on the 56th floor - almost to the top. The salon suites all face the strip, and the music from XS and the Beach Club are going until 4 or 4:30 AM most nights. We sleep with white noise always, and it still does not cover the sound of the beating bass, DJ shouting, and loud music. We love the size of the room and really don't want to downgrade and have a worse view or smaller room, but it is a continual problem. I can't imagine the other high end hotels are dealing with this situation. One of the employees told us there were no baffles installed so it is always a problem. I'm sure the windows are thick, but in no way do they block the noise. The rooms also have not been renovated since they opened and are beginning to show some wear, which Steve Wynn would never have allowed. Dining options and pools are great as always. They did put us in a smoking room the first night (I am highly allergic) and said there was no guarantee. The second night it was a nonsmoking room that had freshly been smoked in - the inspector should have taken that offline immediately and remedied that. We moved again and were on a low floor, then moved to the higher floor due to noise, which isn't really that much better. For the high price we are paying each night, it is disappointing to not be able to sleep well when we want to.
