Man in front desk, who is the new owner has completely turned around the guest experience to an extremely positive tone. NICK is absolutely the answer to Highland Inn motel! Great customer services and superb management skills than last year previous-management! A complete 360' turnaround from a year ago. We will most definitely be back!!

We had a business booking error, and couldn't find a room this side of Primm for under $400 on a busy Saturday night. Saw the Highland Inn on Travelocity but weren't sure about the neighborhood or the "last room" deal. Someone at the Tourist Bureau suggested the Highland Inn as a clean, independently run motel. We weren't expecting much, but...

We spent one night here en route to St George and it was very comfortable. Check in was easy and the gentleman on reception was very friendly. The room was comfortable with a good bed, clean but dated bathroom and a fridge. The free WiFi was also quick and very usable. There is a bar opposite which is a bit...

We got here a day early and I did t feel like paying big money or being on the strip I was tired. we felt safe it had decent clean rooms, quite it was a great nights sleep. I could have used coffee in the rooms. There are no extra amenities. I was really happy they let us pay $5...

They should change the room types from "smoking" and "non-smoking" to "smoker" and "non-smoker." Since the clerk saw my wife smoking as we were walking up to the office, he would not allow us to book a "non-smoking" room. In fact, he was quite terse and rude about it. When I told him that I was a non-smoker, and that...

We needed a place to stay on a road trip to Death Valley, and this was just that. No frills, believe me. Beds comfortable. Room smelled heavily of air freshener. Check the towels. One of ours was not clean. Also noticed TV set was taped to hold it together. Convenient to our travel route, and we had a car, easy...

Spent a few nights here while attending a show. I made the reservation very late but still received a very good $49 rate. The place is very small (Maybe 40 rooms) with drive up bottom floor rooms. Rooms are average size with a huge king bed and ordinary bathroom/shower/tub. Good LCD TV and refridgerator. The bed was wonderful and comfortable....

We have been around a bit in Nevada, Arizona and Utah, and this was possibly the worst Motel of them all, a bit run down, no coffee in room. The noise was dramatic with an airplane passing overhead every 2 min until midnight and started again at 0600, in the quite hours there were lots of noise from trucks, motorcycles...

We were laid over for a day and found this place across from the TA. Clean room, fridge, working tv and great water pressure are just a few of the perks. Nothing fancy but we weren't looking for that. Just a room to stay in so we did not have to run our semi truck. The front desk gentleman was...
