The Parkside Inn was half the price of the nearby Hyatt, so at $229 we signed up for the two nights of our weekend at Lake Tahoe. There are no lake views, but our room on the second floor in the back had a sliding glass door looking out on peaceful greenery. There was an old but serviceable, small, heated pool... More

We thank everyone who has taken the time to comment on our Operation, as it helps us to better measure our efforts. We are well aware of the fact that we are not the Hyatt Regency or the Four Season's, as it is clearly reflected on our rates. We do pride ourselves in our service and value offered and would... This motor inn is not the Ritz, but it is charming, updated and comfortable nevertheless. The room floors have been redone in laminated wood. The room was good-sized for 2 queen beds, which were comfortable memory foam with good pillows. The bathroom was small but adequate, with a sink and vanity alcove at the end of the room that looked... More

The property needed updates. I wouldn't recommend this motel to a friend. The price is steep for the accommodations. Spend a little more money for better accommodations. We enjoyed visiting Lake Tahoe.

My husband and I visit Tahoe every now and then. We've stayed here a couple of times and we love it! Their rooms are very clean and the beds are so comfortable and soft. The sheets and towels are of good quality. One of the things I always look at is the bath towels, it seems that hotels always give... More

Poor lighting in room, only one bedside table, we were two staying there. Sink had rust spots. Water faucet in sink labeled backwards -- hot to the right, cold to the left. Stupid way to install a sink. Heater outrageously hot and noisy, had to shut it off and leave it off and open the small window in the sink... More

The Parkside Inn is a good option, depending on the reason for your visit to Incline Village. It is a good "jumping off" point if you are skiing at Diamond Peak, or visiting Sierra Nevada College. The continental breakfast is nice, with juice, breads, cereals and coffee. The staff was helpful with moving rooms due to a misunderstanding through the... More

This was my 3rd time at the Inn and the property keeps getting better. You can always count on a clean room, friendly staff and a reasonable rate considering the area. You can always get a cheaper room further North in Kings Beach but who wants to spend any time there.

Parkside Inn is decent for what it is-a low priced motel with a few extra services. There are some downsides, though. Here's the biggest. We stayed on the first floor. For two days, our post-ski/pre-night out rest couldn't happen. Those wood floors are great, but we could hear every single step from our upstairs neighbor. When there's a baby running... More

The room is clean, front desk person, very nice. Where to start? The property is old, and shows it. Outside needs redo. Room has laminate flooring. One wall heater for a large area. (I doubt there is AC). The bed is tied for the worst I have slept on in fifty years. The décor includes a wrought iron outdoor bistro... More

We stayed here for one night and I'm glad we didn't stay longer. It's no so bad, but definitely not worth $190+ per night! And more of a Motel 6 feel. It felt like I was staying at a relative's or friend's house -- not a nice clean hotel. For example, the room was freezing when we got in and... More
