We stayed here 1 night on our trip and it was a nice small local hotel. I had lots of fun playing the slots. They didnt have many game tables. The atmosphere was a fun one some of the restaurants werent open because of covid. They had a kids quest for parents which was really nice. The room was very clean and comfortable. I would stay here again if we went back there.

This hotel is very very clean, the staff are very nice. The pancakes are the best ever, but if you are there to enjoy the pool, you can't. The pool is unbearably COLD. No one was in the water, just their feet. What a shame because it is a nice pool. The drinks were good, but too expensive for house vodka.

We got into Vegas a day before our reservations were confirmed on the strip. We decided to stay at this hotel/casino. It is wonderful. Nice airy casino. Very friendly staff. Restaurant has excellent food and varied menu.

Over labor day we booked a room at the Sunset Station. When we enyered to check-in we were greeted and promptly assigned our room, quick and easy. As we proceeded to our room we were pleasantly susprised by the property. It is clean and well maintained. Our room was large and updated. We enjoyed the casino and on the 2nd day we went to the pool. The pool area is very nice, and refreshing. Cabanas and overstuffed chaises are available to rent and regular chaises are no charge. The server at the pool was great. Overall the service was very good. Beverage service in the casino was slow. This property is well operated with a good staff.

Stayed in July 2020. Maria, a room cleaner, takes it upon herself to knock on doors starting at 9am to tell guests that checkout time is coming, which is 11 am by the way. She followed me down the hallway, at 10am while i walked with a cup of coffee and kept asking me what room i was in...while her supervisor, I assume, stood with a clipboard and watched. Then at about 1045 she just entered our hotel room with her key, while my wife was getting dressed, WITHOUT A MASK stood so close you could smell her smokey breath, and told us that 11 is checkout time. ALSO an older lady on the elevator with us said she started getting bothered by Maria at 9am, and felt chased out of her room as well. Well of course we complained to the front desk, we are repeat customers, we stay there often, as we like the oyster bar. So the front desk gave us Delia's card, the hotel manager, because of course, she was not available, what hotel manager would be available at an odd time like 11am on a weekday, right? So we called and left a detailed message with this Delia, the Sunset Station Hotel manager, and she never returned the call. (Perhaps there was some sort of mess up with her voice mail?) In conclusion, because we never heard otherwise from Station Casinos, one must assume Delia and the rest of Station Casino's management staff approve of this behavior and possibly even train their employees to do this.
