We arrived at 3:27. We were informed that our room would not be ready and that the check in time was 4:00. I went and asked at 4:15 if we could check in and was told it would be 5:00 now. The lobby is full of customers just like me. Poor poor customer service.
The location is breath taking, when you drive up prepare to be wowed. The front desk staff was warm and inviting. They thought of everything for you! Fun safe environment, secluded and a great stay for single or family stay. This will not be my last stay. Oh and Mrs. CoCo’s on the proper was a dreamy cute place to have breakfast or brunch.
A hidden gem! A beautiful and extremely quiet property with plenty of space to relax and unwind. The room was fantastic and spacious, very clean and comfortable. Plenty of parking available if you’re driving, and a safe place to leave your vehicle.
The hotel is run down and does not offer “resort “ services. Jacuzzi is closed forever. No robes in the room. No real restaurant in the hotel. It seems the whole area and hotel is dead. It’s a giant hotel that will probably close due to lack of business. First thing I noticed was the exterior needed painting and the 4 level parking garage had 5 cars total. Probably only getting small convention business.
Booked this hotel using points on a whim. Had never heard of, let alone gone to Lake Las Vegas before. Turned out to be a pretty good decision. While making the reservation I had requested that we would like a water view - if available. I saw the hotel was completely sold out that night, so honestly didn't expect much. We were more than pleasantly surprised that not only did we have a lake view...we also had our own private balcony! I wish that it had been warmer and we could have enjoyed the balcony and views so much more. It was fantastic! Would love to come back when it's warmer and stay in the same room. Only downside really was that the walk to the room was faaaaaar. And the walk from the free parking garage to the lobby and then onto the room was even worse! Don't know if we made a wrong turn or what, but we ended up in the convention center part dragging luggage thru a dance competition warm up area. A bit awkward. I also had to call after the fact and request a refund (which was done promptly) of my resort fee since my room was paid in full using points. Beds were comfy, water pressure was good, heater worked and keeped the room warm. Breakfast in the morning is not free. However if you are Gold+ you will get $30 credit per night you can use towards it. If you have the chance, be sure to walk around the village area. It's great with little shops and restaurants/bars available. Would come back again when it's warmer, and hopefully have the same or similar room. It was lovely!…
The room and bedding was dirty, I asked to be switched and the second room was worse. The comforter look like they stole from a homeless person.. There was heavy condensation in the bathroom where mold and mold was present in the room .. This hotel is not being taken care off and it not value for the money.
Beautiful, luxurious rooms. Quiet property, great staff. So many great spots to eat and drink within walking distance. Lobby is beautiful and inviting and the view is lovely. Spa was closed but pool bar staff was friendly and accommodating. Stay here.
Just an amazing experience all around. Abby the front office manager was very kind in seeing to it that we had just the right room with the perfect view. Tommy the night auditor could not have been more welcoming. We checked in at 2:30am and he was all smiles and was just what the doctor ordered after a long drive. Lucy, the Brit was an absolute sweetheart. She made the extra effort to come all the way out to the valet stand to say farewell and even had a printed copy of our bill. The suite was SPOTLESS. The shower pressure in our room was nice and strong. This is an excellent location to get away from it all. Very quiet and relaxing. The bar experience at lunch and dinner (great menu) was excellent. Breakfast in the morning was terrific. Very nice selection on the buffet. My fiancé and I travel to Las Vegas at least twice a month on business and typically always stay at Resorts World. We both agreed that this is our new home when traveling to Las Vegas. It is only a short 30-minute drive to the strip. The feeling we had during our first stay was one of appreciation by the entire hotel team...means a lot. Hey, GM, whatever you are doing, don't change a single thing... keep up the great work. A Fan, for Life.…
I do not normally stay at Hilton Hotels, due to the price. This particular site was over $200 / night, which one again proved my point that Hilton is not a hotel for the average guest. Nonetheless, I stayed at this location ... due to the selection by my hiking friends. It was a beautiful facility. The desk staff was very friendly ... the room was wonderful ... and the views from the room were spectacular. As noted in the title, I wish we would have had more time to enjoy the hotel and take advantage of some of the amenities. There was no breakfast available for guests, nor was there a location available to purchase minor snacks. Our group was left to pick up food and coffee at an off-site coffee shop. Would I stay here again? Possibly? But I would likely shop around for less expensive hotels that provide more amenities for the average traveler.…
Have stayed here before and it was so nice we decided to return. Room was dirty and disappointing. Hair in the shower, dead spiders in the bathroom, dirty bed skirt, filthy windows from pet nose prints and our room was in the pet relief yard. We did not travel with any pets. Hotel was virtually empty. Pool and hot tub were closed for the season.
