The rooms are excellent and if you can get a view of the strip, that makes it even better. Eating options are good and the casino has a lot of gaming options available. The new elevator key option was frustrating as it was not working correctly so we had to get a new set of room keys for it to work. Just a tip, do not keep your room key in the elevator slot, just insert it and pull it out before selecting your floor. One reviewer stated you are only allowed to ride the elevator with your party...this is only due to Covid restrictions at this time and will not be a continuous thing. Overall a great place to stay for a weekend away from California.
This hotel really doesn't have any negatives as far as gaming, eating and rooms. Of course, the buffets in NV are down right now, so that is a disappointment, but the Burgers and Brews food was delicious. We ate there on our first evening in town, and for breakfast on our last day. The Babycakes eatery, for a quick bite, is very good. Since our last visit, the hotel now requires the use of the room key to access the room floor via the elevator, which we did NOT like. The first time use can be confusing, and we came to learn that only one party per elevator can access their floor. If your group is on a different floor than yours, apparently you can't ride in the same elevator. I think a better option would be to to require showing a room key card to a security individual posted at the elevators. Personally speaking, I dislike having to insert the card in a slot within the elevator for floor access!! If the card malfunctions, you'll not go anywhere. My sister had that experience as well. At one point, there was a long line to access the elevators, which I attributed to this silly card us. I understand why it's been put in use, but don't care for this method.…
The strip needs to take lessons from this place! I felt so welcomed and so appreciated for my business. I did not want to leave. The rooms were so nice. The staff was the nicest and most helpful I have ever experienced anywhere. The Vig Deli and the Steakhouse had amazing food! Everything was spotlessly clean! No long wait times, no crowds!
The rooms were gorgeous and comfortable. The staff was amazing, and attentive to every detail. We felt safe because of how clean it was kept, something that is highly important these days. Loose slots that’s always wonderful all & all...great trip! Highly recommend
Our stay at the M Resort was great. The room was very clean and the employees were very friendly. Food was tasty, would love to stay here again. Always a wonderful experience. As a bonus, we also saw Jon Gruden the Las Vegas Raiders coach! He was a sport and took a picture with us.
