We love the people here, everyone knows us and we are very welcome! It is clean and service is quick. Our host is wonderful and the variety of games is great. Restaurants are wonderful. All the slot attendants are friendly and quick to respond!
The hotel is dead but clean. If you want to see Vegas and the Strip this hotel is not the right pick. 20 minute drive to the center of the strip. Two out of 4 elevators were out when I was there. They charge resort fees for nothing special. The room was nice. View of Vegas from miles away. What really depressed me was the hotel was far far away from the action.
Staff was very friendly at check in and the housekeepers were super friendly and very accommodating! They would always cheerfully greet you in the hallways!! Rooms had fantastic views of the strip - which is located 12 miles away - you can also enjoy that view as you soak in the bathtub!! Other view was the desert. Nice spacious rooms and comfortable beds. We aren’t gamblers so we can’t comment on the casino. Pool is beautiful and very spacious with several cabanas and chairs in the pool for sunbathing. They always had 4-5 lifeguards on duty as well. We ate at the Raiders Bar and Grill twice …it was average. We booked this resort because we attended the Gary Allen Poolside Concert which was a lot of fun!! It was a little weird that we couldn’t book our 2nd night at the front desk - I had to book it online while standing at the front desk.…
I love this resort! The staff is amazing. The pool, and spa are great. There's always good entertainment, and places to eat. Hopefully the buffet will reopen soon, as it is my favorite buffet in Las Vegas! Even though I'm a local I've spent a few nights at the resort, and the rooms are great.
No buffet! No 24-hour coffee shop! Places to eat are minimal and not open regularly. They used to have the best buffet and one of the best Asian restaurants in the area (Jade Fusion). Both are now gone. MCafe is great, but not open enough. The Italian restaurant is terrible. Management just doesn't seem to cater to local patrons even though this place is far removed from the Strip and Downtown. It simply isn't friendly.
Felt so safe and relaxed . Had so much fun and I really enjoyed everyone of experiences I had. The staff was very caring and wonderful. I really was sad to go. But I will definitely be back in the near future. I just loved the whole experience.
Off strip resort, super clean, very friendly staff. Very knowledgeable employees, excellent bartenders & wait staff. Wide variety of slots with good pay tables, low attendance so table games choices limited daytime but good at night. Food is very good throughout casino, huge portions at breakfast! Steakhouse has excellent steaks especially if you go with the prime selections, wine selections limited under $75/bottle. Marinelli’s Italian also very good with wide variety. Raiders bar has all the pub grub with excellent service. 32 degree beer bar/sports bar was being renovated at this time but should be open early July. Unfortunately the rooftop bar and the wine cellar were also closed with no info on reopening. Would be nice to select a bottle in the cellar after a wine tasting to take upstairs to restaurants! Our only other negative was the pool situation. The Mrs and her girlfriends assumed that the adult pool would be available but it is only open Sat & Sun. When we arrived on a Wednesday a baby had pooped in the pool so half the pool was closed for a few hours. These girls have 26 children 5 days a week and prefer none on vacation, they opted to go to Moorea pool one afternoon. We were all there for business meetings early Thursday and Friday and the conference area on 1st floor is also quite nice but somewhat underutilized. I would highly recommend this Casino!…
This is a great casino with a good variety of slots and tables. It’s very nice and well maintained with friendly staff. It’s gets busy but not too crowded like some of the casinos on the strip. It’s also has a few good restaurants.
I love the M! I'm a local and it' my favorite casino resort in Las Vegas. It's classy and elegant. I have stayed there in the past and the rooms are great. The casino floor is spread out so i never feel crowded. I do okay on the video poker and slots also.Recommend to all my friends and visitors.
I have been going to The M Resort in Henderson, Nevada for many years. It is clean, safe and employees are friendly and professional. Although you can smoke at this casino, I have never had red eyes from the smoke being real bad. They must have better air filters than other casinos. The food is good and there are several options for whatever you crave. In my humble opinion, it is the BEST!!!
