Why is the coffee shop closes at two?? No place for a quick bite or drink to lounge around at the nice spa. Why the the bar and restaurant close two days. No where at the resort for dinner or a get together. The concierge is a joke, no trips to various places or discounts. Hands out parking passes. A place to save dollars, not the others. Gone from a 4 star to 1.5 real quick

Why is it that David Walley's only responds to the positive comments? They seem to ignore the negative ones. As an avid trip advisor user, I like to hear both sides of the issues before I decide if I want to stay or not?
We are staying in the one bedroom condos through Summerwinds Vacation. Can you confirm, do robes come provided in the rooms? We are traveling as a family and all of us are planning to soak in the hot springs - this is why we chose this vacation. Is there an extra fee to use the resort? Are kids barred from the hot tubs?
No robes just big spa towels are in the resort suites.

Do buildings have elevators as we're seniors and don't like to climb stairs. Are accommodations up to date as pictured? Some reviews did not agree!
There are elevators in the one building I believe, but not anywhere else. We were upstairs and the only way up was the stairs. You might want to call and ask, or specify that you need a first floor room.

The $50 fee- does this cover only the spa and Jacuzzi? Or the hot spring pools accessible without using the spa? I would love to vita it the pools but just not too crazy about the spa...
The fee is to use the mineral pools and some of the pools have jacuzzi jets. Spa treatments are offered upstairs for various prices depending on your request.
