Great rooms great view of the valley. Left a bag of clothing in room staff says they never found it. would still stay again. They also have a very nice but small rec. room. A wonderful hot springs area it's minutes from Carson City and about 40 mins. from Reno

My friends and I stayed 3 nights at the resort while skiing at Kirkwood and Heavenly in January of 2017. The place was very clean and the hot springs were a great way to end the day and work out these old tired ski legs.

Traded our timeshare for some relaxing days at Walley's Hot springs. The condo was perfect for the two of us and looked out over a marshy waterway teeming with nesting geese. The spa has all the amenities but the highlight is soaking in the hot springs fed pools and hot tubs set at various temperatures to your liking. The view...

Mostly this was a pleasure for us, the view was gorgeous, the 2-bd unit beautifully furnished and much larger than our usual accommodations there. It appeared to be a blessing. We wanted to try out the in-room cylindrical enclosed jacuzzi shower. Unfamiliar with this style of tub and shower chamber, we called the desk for instructions on how to use...

I am an owner. My wife and I bought our property at Dave and Walleys in June of 2016. We visited the resort in September 2016 and we were told that there were black out dates all summer to use the spa and pool for owners unless we paid. My contract says that we could use all the facilities any...

Dear David Walley's Hot Springs Owner Jc201064, We recently saw your review and are taking this opportunity to clarify operations at this resort. We understand you purchased a vacation ownership at David Walley's Resort & Spa in June 2016. Subsequently, you visited the property in September of this same year, perhaps on non-use time (2016), and to just visit or...

The spa is nice and the rooms are adequate. The spa staff is pleasant. But, this is a tough place to get the same answer from any two people. There have been various representations made that I either couldn't rely on or turned out to be erroneous. My best advice is get even the most minute detail in writing and...

We did not stay at the resort, but used a Groupon for the "Dip & Dine," which allowed us access to the pool, hot springs and locker room with steam room and sauna. It also included a 3 course dinner in their fine dining restaurant. The locker facilities, steam room and sauna were small but nice. We enjoyed the hot...

We visited this resort for 2 nights with our kids (age 5&6) at New Years. The landscape was amazing: an endless wetland on one side, high mountains on the other, no people, only cattle munching peacefully. It is near the town Genoa which feels like travelling a 100 years back in time with a Saloon and beautiful old wooden buildings....

I purchased a Weekend trip to David Walley's a few days after getting a call from the resort with a special package. About 2 weeks later, and before I had even scheduled dates, I found out my Wife and I were moving back to Tennessee. I called and requested a refund since we were leaving the area very soon. They...

David Walley's Resort is an OK resort to stay at but never think about purchasing this time share. They do not stand behind their contract. The resort and spa are separate companies and if you want to use the hot springs there is a $50 charge per person per day charge. We have stayed once and even with that stay...
