We stayed at this quiet, basic, but comfortable and friendly motel one night on our way through Ely to a dog agility competition in Utah. The room was clean and comfortable with two beds, refrigerator, microwave, bathroom and decent-sized sink/dressing area. There was a nice, large park right across the street to walk the dogs. The breakfast selection was basic... More

I stopped at the Park Vue both on the way to and from California. Great, simple, clean accommodation. Friendly staff, small town hospitality. The room had all one needs for an overnight on the road, including a fridge which can be turned to freezer if needed. The location was on a busy road, so there is traffic and train noise,... More

We booked on line and pre-paid to get "last room". Place was nearly deserted and our room keys were in envelope taped on the office door for us to pick up (arrived at 11pm). Room was clean, slightly worn, ancient TV, excellent hvac unit, floor was noisy, bathroom with lots of space, vigorous spray fixture, and towels of medium quality.... More

Booked because I thought they were still affiliated with Best Western but not so. The hotel was clean the beds adequate but it is a tired facility and need of a make over The staff were helpful and could have been up on good places to eat. Front desk and make or break a stay. In any event I would... More

This had been a Best Western but is now not affiliated with any motel chain. It is old and in the old part of town with many other old motels nearby. The others advertise rates on their signs for about $35. yet this motel is about double that rate. Our room was actually nice as it has been updated with... More

Like most we were just passing thru town and needed a room for one night. It's difficult to believe this property used to be a Best Western (personally always thought Best Westerns were hotels not motels). Outside of buildings is clean but older. Check in was a little delayed... unable to locate our reservation. After some research and about ten... More

Fine place; reasonable price. Room was large, clean, quiet - a block off the main road. Nicely furnished. Large, comfortable beds. Shower was excellent. Hot water, good pressure, good spray. Cellblock restaurant was good, too.

After a long day on the road we needed a place to crash for the night. The room was acceptable. The area does not have a large amount of choices and is in the middle of Nevada. The girls at the desk was very pleasant and helpful. We had to change rooms - our first room had hairs - on... More

Check in was ok no problems. The room was clean and neat with an older feel. There was a table at the foot of the bed that left little room to get through to the bathroom but we managed. Bed was comfy and it was a quiet night with no problems. The shower had a new adjustable head. Breakfast was... More

We stopped through Ely on our trip across the state with an overnight stay at the Park Vue. The people were pleasant and helpful, the room clean and adequate to our needs, the breakfast offerings slim but okay. This property has recently been a Best Western and is now separating itself from the chain. The results have both ups and... More
