My room was booked via Hotels.com months in advance of our trip. I prepaid for a cottage with 2 queen beds. When I arrived, they had no record of my booking. After 25-30 minutes, they discovered the staff member who entered my registration entered 2017 rather than 2016. I was offered an "upgrade" to a junior suite that had 1...

We have been going to the Biltmore for over 40 years and not only has it not changed, but there are some benefits. If you want $300-400 a night, stay at the Hyatt in Incline Village, but you can stay at the Biltmore and drive to the Hyatt to gamble, have dinner or whatever. Yes, it's vintage, worn, elevator creaks,...

Things are expensive in this area and it is often a problem to find lodging for just one night on a weekend. Because the Biltmore Lodge could accommodate our one night requirement, we chose it. It's certainly nothing special and "shabby" is as good a description as any, but it served the purpose.

These rooms are over priced! We paid $155 per night and didn't even have a coffee pot, the water pressure for the shower was horrible, you had to mess with the toilet to get it to flush, there was no shampoo, conditioner or soap, housekeeping never came and we couldn't call for towels because the phone didn't work. Don't be...

Worst hotel experience ever! Do not stay here. Camping would have been more comfortable and cleaner. Yes hotel is vintage but in bad need of a refurb. Just plain awful and not worth $20/night. Looks like barracks bathrooms. Stains everywhere, no AC, fan barely works, tv remote does not work. Floor is warped and noisy and bed hard with 2...

I should give this place 2 stars, but there were some benefits that made the stay not miserable. The pluses: we stayed in the main hotel. The suite was large and spacious. There was a mini-fridge and a microwave and three huge closets. They had a good television with cable (or satellite) and the hotel was very conveniently located for...

We stayed in the motel for a friend's wedding. Did not realize that there was no A/C. Even with windows open, it was not comfortable in the summer. Needed updating, especially the carpet and drapes. Giving 2 stars (instead of one) due to the friendly and helpful staff as well as the price ($99/night)

Not recommendable to stay if you have other options. The hotel is totally outdated and old. The rooms are just ok to stay for a night and not suitable for family with kids. The hotel has a casino as well.

My husband and I were in town on a Wednesday for a concert and chose the Biltmore for our stay. Apparently there are 3 different types of property related to the Biltmore - the motel, the cottages and the hotel - we stayed in the hotel, the actual Biltmore. The building looks neat, there appears to be ample parking (but...

This is a Nevada Casino hotel. Many guests stay up very, very late at such places. Every other casino hotel we've ever stayed in recognizes this and allow all sorts of options for late checkout. Many will let you stay until 1, or 2, or 3pm upon request. Many will offer to let you pay a bit more to stay...

Thank you for your review. I am sorry you had a bad experience with our check-out procedure. I do understand that 11am can come fast when you've been up enjoying the casino. Typically we will allow for a later check-out at noon and I am sorry this wasn't offered to you. I will personally look into this situation at the...
