Stayed 1 night after reading many positive reviews on Trip Advisor. Worst room I have stayed in a very long time and we average about 30 hotel/motel stays a year. Room 3 was described as an upgraded king room. Here's what we got for $70: an incredibly hard king size bed, toilet paper, 2 thin bars of soap, very small... More

The Atomic Inn is an old 50's style motel with outside your room parking. (A must for me) But don't let the word 'old' stop you from staying here. It has an 'alien and UFO' theme. The rooms are nicely air conditioned, which you'll need being so close to Death Valley. It is situated in a very convenient area, being... More

Adult daughter & mom taking our yearly trip we look for places with personality. We enjoyed the alien theme and the period posters and pictures in the room. Hotel was easy to find but not on main road so there was no traffic noise. Room was clean, beds were firm and we slept very well. Bathroom was clean & water... More

Be wary if you have done a reservation! My husband and two sons had booked their reservation months ahead to guarantee a room in March of 2016…They arrived very late,,after an 18 hour drive…the desk had the reservation in front of them.."oh, sorry, we gave your room away!!" despite having made the reservation…first come..first served !!

I was first attracted to this motel by the alien-retro design. The prices are very reasonable, and the room was fantastic ! This is one of the nicest lower-dollar places I have stayed at. The rooms come with a large TV, awesome internet service, a microwave and a refrigerator / freezer. The bed was very nice and the general ambience... More

This place was the last stop on our trip around northern Nevada and was really quaint! It was just like staying at a camp or cabins by the lake without the lake! . We had a great sleep and really enjoyed the super-clean room, "cheesy" breakfast (as the amusing desk clerk put it) and the whole experience. It really did... More

This is the worst place we have ever stayed in. No room service on weekends so no clean linen or towels. In an area of town that is very run down. Not too many choices in Beatty but go someplace else.

Yes, the Atomic Inn isn't like your usual five star hotel, which is why it is perfect for this desert town. The ambiance fits in perfectly with it's surroundings. Beds were comfy, no dirt, carpets were clean. Would stay here again.

My wife and I recently stayed at this hotel for 3 days while visiting Death Valley National Park and stayed at the Atomic Inn. Beatty, NV, and this hotel are very well located for this purpose, but that is about all that I can say that is favorable. The hotel's website description is to say the least, misleading. I am... Don't listen to the naysayers giving bad reviews. If you're looking for traditional five-star treatment, you should be in a metropolis to begin with. This place delivers everything that you would expect from a nook in the desert and then some. Cutout aliens stand sentry over this charming property, with science-fiction themed accents in unexpected places. (We were greeted by... More
