Sorry, can't find any reference to these specific names/places, but would suggest - in fact, recommend - a visit to the National Monument (actually in nearby Gering) for a lovely little museum, an interesting film and a drive through tunnels to the top of the road. From the carpark here, you can hike named trails of varying lengths, or simply take in the spectacular views. Maybe they can also give you info. on the places you're looking for.
