This is an upscale Days Inn with excellent facilities throughout, and everything about it shows that is well managed. The lobby is inviting and bright, and check-in was easy and pleasant. Our room was clean, quiet, and spacious, with modern amenities. The motel is well situated near the interstate and is only a couple of miles from the old downtown. We were pleasantly surprised by the breakfast, which had numerous healthy offerings. The motel manager, Teresa, did an excellent job of keeping everything stocked and making sure everyone had what they needed. She also simultaneously cheerily manned the front desk! I found the exercise room to be well maintained, clean, and every machine was in operating condition. Overall, this Days Inn was one of the better motels we've used in our many travels around the country this year. Teresa runs a tight ship; thank you!…
Easy on/off the interstate on our way to Colorado. The room was clean and as expected. The breakfast was nothing to write home about, but convenient. I took one star off because we had to wait 10 minutes to check in while the receptionist was busy on a personal call and the area rug in the elevator smelled funky.
Our room did not have hot water. It was warm, but made for a cool shower or bath. This was a big disappointment as we were returning from a camping trip and were looking forward to getting cleaned up. The hot water system is something that should just work in a modern motel. I this issue was brought up with front desk staff. We received an apology. We did not receive a discount or other compensation. Otherwise, this motel was clean, quiet and nice. However, the lack of hot water is a show-stopper for me. I do not recommend this motel until they get their water heater fixed.
The whole property was well maintained and breakfast was good. A lot of options. Everyone working at the hotel was friendly and helpful. We were stranded after some sudden changes to our travel plans and those working helped us figure out resources in the area to get us down the road.
Nice stay. Received unsolicited free upgrade to suite. Quiet. Close to dining. Breakfast could have been better, but adequate. Staff was very nice, helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay here again.
My daughter and I stayed at the Days Inn in Kearney, NE on our way to San Francisco from Chicago. We were driving long days and were tired when we arrived. The check in process was smooth, with a truly welcoming young woman at the desk. The room was clean and the beds comfortable, breakfast was standard. Check out featured another exceptionally nice employee. All in all it was exactly what we needed - a clean, quiet, safe and pleasant place to stay on the road.
We were looking for some place a step above the budget lodging we usually use. This location was perfect for our mini vacation. Every staff member we interacted with was very friendly and helpful. Our room looked, smelled, and felt immaculately clean. It was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was not outstanding but definitely better than most. The sausage gravy had a generous amount of sausage and was tasty. We will definitely stay in the same place if we return to Kearney. We could not have been more satisfied with our accommodations.
Great place to spend a night. Room was comfortable and clean. Appearance in the lobby and eating area was good except for the stairwells. The carpet needed to be cleaned. Breakfast was typical but pretty good.
Good location, clean room. The towels in the bathroom were big, fluffy AND there were 4 bath towels which I really appreciated!! Usually there’s just 2 and I always need an extra for my hair. Morning breakfast was good - waffle machines, eggs, other standard items such as cereals, yogurt.
We appreciated the kind service and amenities available at this Days Inn. It was clean and affordable. The room was well stocked, good sized restroom, and beds were comfortable. They accommodated special needs.
