Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travelers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
I’m not sure if this is a brand-new place or a place that has gone through an extensive renovation recently, but it looked really nice with that ‘new smell’ we all are familiar with.
In addition to being very clean with the nice décor, my room with a king-size bed was HUGE! It was furnished with a comfortable bed, a cute leather sofa & a foot rest, a small ‘working’ desk, and a cabinet with drawers. The service in my room was more or less basic but nice: WiFi (w/ a password), coffee machine, fridge & microwave, among a few other things. They also had more or less basic continental breakfast but with enough variety, including DIY waffle maker and biscuit & gravy. The lobby area where breakfast is served was quite spacious that there was no problem with social distancing while eating.
Obviously, I’m not comparing this place with some fancy all-inclusive resort hotels in tourist cities, but the manager & staff are doing a very good job in terms of providing guests with welcoming atmosphere and room & service for pleasant stay while keeping the price quite affordable. I would definitely stay here again if/when I travel through the area in the future.

I’ve stayed at some really nasty Days Inns before. So I was kinda skeptical about this one when I was shopping for hotels. But for its solid 5-star rating and its good price, I gotta give it a try. I only needed one night anyway.
Boy it did not disappoint. The staffs were polite and friendly. Everywhere in the hotel is clean. Lobby, elevator, breakfast area, room, bathroom. Beds are comfortable. Sound proofing is good. Air conditioner is not too loud.
One thing really impressed me is that the bathroom mirror is heated and has integrated light. I’ve never seen these in a Days Inn level hotel.
For about $50/night, it’s a bargain. They even have free breakfast. It’s nicer than a lot of higher class hotels. The hotel itself is quite new.

We were driving across country and decided to stop in Kearney for the night. We found this Days Inn and the reviews looked decent, especially for the price. From the moment we walked in the front door until we left it was fantastic. This hotel would be a value if they charged $50 more than they did. Great customer service. Clean, update, and comfortable room. Great breakfast selection during COVID. Highly recommend.

It was perfect for us on our trip back from Colorado. Super clean, no nasty smell of chemical cleaners or “air fresheners” that linger in many other hotels, we got offered a room update and rested incredibly well. Loved little high tech details like that heated mirror in the bathroom and the fancy pancake machine, which delighted my 17 year old. The breakfast was very tasty btw. Looking forward to staying here again!

The motel was very clean & bright. Our room was extremely functional & pleasant. Breakfast offered many items including hot choices. There was a large, socially distanced eating space. This was important to us because we are not fans of the places that offer cold grab & go to eat in our room. Personnel were friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was clean-including the bathroom and shower. Nice bathroom mirror! Wifi available, parking was convenient and many restaurants in the immediate area-several in walking distance. We spent some visiting time with family in the lobby and it was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast included the wafflemaker! Normal hotel breakfast. Bed and pillows were comfy!

Stayed 2 nights in the first-floor accessible room. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff, especially Theresa who was very helpful when my arrival was unavoidably delayed by circumstances beyond my control. Comfortable bed, very nice shower with good water pressure. Items included in the room: microwave, refrigerator, iron, ironing board, hairdryer. COVID procedures in place. Room was not occupied for more than 24 hours before my arrival. Breakfast includes cereal, yogurt, cheese sticks, hardboiled eggs, bananas, waffles, coffee, tea and orange and apple juice.

The hotel was built in 2018 and it looked even newer. There was no bad odors in the room, the King Bed and the bedding were in excellent shape, the shower was modern, and the bathroom had no broken tiles or cosmetic damage. The bathroom even had a "smart mirror" with a built in defroster and built in light border...very cool. The room was large and spacious, contained a large Naugahyde sofa and a large desk. The hotel was very quiet. The front desk personnel were fast and efficient and breakfast was very good.

We were efficiently checked in by Annette, and had a very clean, large, King bed room with a couch and ottoman, microwave and fridge, coffeemaker, and a comfortable bed and pillows. The cons - large vanity was inside the bathroom, and they were very stingy with amenities, no water glassed, 1 bar of soap for sink and shower, no pen and paper, and no bag for dirty clothes. Hot Breakfast was good with Biscuits and Gravy, Hot Waffles, Boiled Eggs, Fresh Fruit, Cereals, yogurt, juices and WEAK Coffee.

No anything in the suite: no cooktop, nothing at all in the kitchen cupboards, bare = 100% empty. No glass, all plastic everything: cups, no cutlery, not even plastic forks, spoons, or a knife.
1 towel in the bathroom, we had to ask for a few more towels and wash cloths.
This place is real nice, and might warrant a five rating as a "suite" had it a cooktop and anything else one might expect in a "suite." Also, if you like to go to a supermarket and bring back food for dinner, the drive is long due to traffic.

We have notified our housekeeping team to be sure and double check the amount of towels being left in each room. The reason for the lack of dishes and cooking appliances in our suites is because we are not a long term stay hotel, so we do not stock them for that reason.
