Friendly staff, clean and tidy rooms, clean toilets and showers, great facilities, beautiful location. Plenty of off street parking. We had the five kids with us and had a great time. It would be even nicer to go back with out them. Plimmerton is gem. We will definitely stay again on our way back up the island.

Moana Lodge gave me the feeling of a home away from home! I felt the manager is putting his heart in running this place and this appears in all kind of details. The athmospere is really friendly and it is a fantastic location directly on the beach. Ideal for staying a couple of days to explore Wellington and its surrounding. The...

Upon expressing my discomfort on staying in this room the receptionist was able to ask another guest to swap rooms with me,...

My husband and I stayed at Moana for one night only, everything was clean and tidy. The kitchen is big and confortable and rooms have a nice view. Not very confortable if you have large luggage with you.

Stayed here one night with my family. Lovely views, if you get a seafront view room. Room was ok a bit small for two beds. Guy at the reception very helpful. A bit far from stores or restaurants. Generally clean but bathrooms should be scrubbed a bit better.

The staff was so friendly and helpful and the view is amazing! Every bed is so comfy and has their own heather which make it really nice from someone who came...

Clean and tidy and great view. Not for anybody but backpackers though. Shared bathroom clean and shower fine but prefer private bathroom. Would have paid extra for this. Noisy as room next to the lounge.
