We booked this hotel after the recommendation of another hotel and tour guide to stay closer to the airport. From the moment we tried to get ahold of them we were treated horribly. We had planned to land during the civil unrest and therefore were very understanding but wanted to be sure that we would be able to get their offered 24 hour airport transfer. The night of our flight my husband and I were hung up on multiple times. Our flight then was delayed to the next day but no one would answer the phone or my emails. We tried multiple times for the next three days to get ahold of them but were unable. Additionally given the fact that they were unresponsive we requested a refund and they would not even respond. They finally told hotels.com they refused with no reasoning. Everyone else we have dealt with has been absolutely wonderful and therefore I recommend booking somewhere else so that you do not experience a similar situation. If someone is willing to take advantage here I am sure they are in many other situations.

Clean, accomodating, free wifi, breakfast included, airport shuttle service provided. Overall, would definitely recommend. There is a pool on the property but we did not use it. Staff were all very friendly.

Perfect place to stay near the airport. They have couple suite which I recommend it's right next to the pool with a door that connects your room with it lovely. You can hear the planes but we'll its normal in all this hotels because of the airport being so close. I still sleep like a baby I only hear them wile I was up so no problem at all. Totally recommend this place

We used this hotel as an overnight stopover between flights. It is somewhat isolated. Even the taxi driver at the airport did not know where it was at even though it is only 10-15 minutes from the airport. Eat at the airport if you arrive in the evening as there is no "official" restaurant. The rooms are small cabins; emphasis on small. Bed was adequate, shower was adequate, and it was clean. The provided breakfast was good. In the morning the grounds of the facility were well groomed, had some nice gardens and a few birds. Although this was only an overnight stopover for us, I expected a little more. I would rate it as 3/5 and it is unlikely we would choose it for anything other than a stopover.

Room Tip: All the cabins we saw are small; probably 12 feet x 12 feet with small attached bathroom.

I stayed between flights through Quito. I set up the airport transfers with the hotel ahead of time. Note to travelers: the $10 from the airport is the same if you take a taxi yourself of have the hotel take care of it ( and they will know where they are going if the hotel does it). Unlike most of Ecuador, the airport taxi in Quito is always expensive. I rented one of the cabanas- think large wood shed with a bedroom and private bathroom. It was very clean and had plenty of towels. The bathroom had an unlimited in line electric hot water heater, so hot showers. The wifi worked excellently. I don't know about the cable, as I wasn't interested enough to figure it out. The staff's English is limited, but they are friendly. There was a space heater in my quarters that was started on my arrival. It was chilly to start, but I had to get up in the night to turn it down. The breakfast was good. All of my transfers were timely. I recommend that you bring a paper copy of your reservation so that there is no confusion (especially if you got a special on-line rate). I arrived after midnight, and the night person spoke no English. My Spanish is fair, but a hard copy is always helpful.
