Detailed Reviews
This was my third stay at Bailey’s Bed n Bale and I will continue to rave about it and return. The house is always set up just right and somehow it knows what I’m going to forget to pack. The owners are so nice, building us a fire to greet us after a long day of exploring. I especially love the animals, so fun to be on a farm when we come visit from the city. Overall if you want to have first rate comfort and above and beyond relaxation this is your place. At night you can sit by the fire and gaze at the stars and really remember how important it is to take some time to smell the pine trees. And there is a hot tub ☺️

We were lucky enough to stay ar the Bed n' Bale for 5 days when in MT for a wedding. The Bn'B was so relaxing I never wanted to leave! It is a rustic cabin with all the modern amenities you may need, including a large jacuzzi tub and a wheelchair-friendly shower. The Baily's even had a fire started outside for us to enjoy every evening.

Wow. The best Host ever. So accommodating to our growing family. We had everything we needed for a toddler and the setting was gorgeous. Loved the Highland cows and the fresh eggs for breakfast. Took lovely walks and enjoyed our views from every room. Can’t wait to go back after the melt!

We were 2 couples who were taking 3 days to tour Glacier National Park. The distance to Glacier was easily manageable and proximity to Whitefish was excellent. Accommodations were spacious, comfortable, well-appointed and equipped for every possible need. A family could have a great time and never leave the grounds. My wife and I took 35 days touring the west, and the Bed n Bale was clearly the best hotel/motel/B and B experience we had. Wonderful for us adults and would have been fabulous with children. Highly recommended.

My family and I stayed at The Bailey's Bed 'n Bale in June. We couldn't have made a better choice for lodging in the Glacier National Park area! The home was very spacious which would be ideal for a large family or two smaller families. It was well stocked with just about anything you would need to cook your own meals. The owners (Linda and Dave) some of the friendliest people we have ever met and made us feel very welcome. They really gave the impression that they would go out of their way to make your stay more comfortable or if you needed anything all you had to do is ask. Our daughter is 6 years old and she as well as my wife and I really enjoyed interacting with and seeing the farm animals, especially the Scottish Highland cows. Linda has chickens and we enjoyed having the farm fresh eggs for breakfast every morning (along with her homemade jams). We enjoyed seeing the deer and the wild turkeys roaming around on the farm daily. We felt more that we were staying in a home away from home rather than just the typical lodging. We'd highly recommend Bailey's Bed 'n Bale!

We recently spent a week staying at Linda and Dave’s property and had a wonderful time and were so sad that we had to leave. We were in town for my brother’s wedding and we all loved Whitefish and the area in general. Having such a wonderful place to stay as the Bed 'n Bale made the vacation even better! Linda was more than happy to help us with anything we need and my sons loved seeing the cows and chickens and playing basketball. The house had everything we needed and we loved sitting by the fire pit at night and watching the stars. We hope we get to visit again soon and I highly recommend staying at Bailey’s Bed 'n Bale!

My wife and spent 4 days in mid September. It was the beginning of fall and we got to see the leaves starting to change during our stay, very pretty. The accommodations were perfect from the convenient location close to town, yet far enough out to appreciate the country atmosphere with deer grazing outside our window to their cows and chickens on the property. There is so much to see in the area (Don't miss Glacier National Park) just a short very scenic drive from the house.
The home with such a great rustic cabin feel made it very comfortable to take advantages of all the amenities, having a full complete kitchen, made it possible to stay in to cook dinner or take advantage of all the restaurants nearby. Having fire to sit around outside in the evenings just topped off the special time we had. As most of the previous reviews stated, Linda has thought of everything you would need for a great time at Bailey's Bed 'n Bale.
Would highly recommend staying here.

We recently stayed at the Bed n Bale for one week with five kids, ages 4-13 and our dog. At the end of the week, none of us wanted to leave.
The house…
The house has everything you need. Really all you need to bring are your clothes and food. Linda has literally thought of everything. There was plenty of room for all of us. Everyone had their own space and privacy.
The property…
The place is perfect for families. The photos online really do not do it justice. The kids were able to run and play, feed the cows and chickens, turkeys and even the deer. It is private and peaceful, but you are literally minutes from everything you need. There is Wi-Fi but honestly, none of us used it all that much. It was nice to just unplug and relax.
The owners…
Dave and Linda are amazing. They provide you with everything you need and if you are missing anything or if something isn’t working, just let them know and they will fix it right away.
In general, it really was the best vacation we have ever had. Montana is breathtaking and Whitefish is such a cool town. Busy, but not crazy busy. Cool shopping, everything you need. Beach right downtown. You can do a lot or not much at all – doesn’t matter. Just go. You won’t be disappointed.
We will be back to the Bed n Bale next year and hopefully many years to come.

We took our twin toddlers here and they absolutely loved it. Linda thinks of everything, the little details made the vacation almost effortless. The cows are great, the chickens were a hit with the little ones and you can't beat the location. Definitely coming back for even longer next summer

The Baily's Bed n Bale was a delightfull place to stay . The accommodations were wonderful. A multi-room home with log interior accents. The structure is where the family lived prior to building their current home. Chickens, interesting long haired cattle, and the local wildlife can be seen on and around the property. We had an excellent stay there with easy access to Kalispell and everything you need in the home itself. I highly recommend the Bailey's for a very pleasant winter or summer stay. "Thank you" to the Bailey's.
