The staff was very helpful in assisting with a change to my reservation, and in recommending local restaurants (Wild West Pizza is da bomb!). Had it not been for a sticky carpet in our room the rating would have been higher. Other than the carpet the cleanliness of the room was good.

Hotel was not super nice but room and hallways were clean, which is good enough for me! Walking distance to town and really close to the Park entrance. Breakfast was weak but understandable given COVID.

I think sleeping in my car would have been better. Very expensive for what was offered. Upon check in, the clerks suggested places for dinner and for breakfast (which surprised me seeing as they ended up offering breakfast at the hotel, but they suggested a pancake house two blocks away instead). After a restless night listening to other guests in the hallway as they walked by talking, I woke up early and headed to the pancake house the hotel suggested for breakfast. It was just okay breakfast food, nothing like they made it sound like. Its hard to screw up breakfast thought, right. Returned to the hotel only to find a breakfast offered by the hotel about what I'd purchased down the road. Frustrating. Guessing maybe the night clerk has family that owns the pancake house? I went back to my room to catch a few more zzzz before starting the day. Housekeeping knocked on my door twice waking me up before check out time. And actually opened the door and tried to come in after I was finished showering and still getting ready. I spoke with the staff and they said they'd have the owner contact me later that day. Its been over a month now and still haven't heard from the hotel. I'd seek lodging ANYWHERE ELSE, even your car before booking at this hotel. Very frustrated especially after the amount of money they charged for a room. Lots of other options out there. Travel safe everyone.

We checked in after a long day in Yellowstone and Tetons. Front desk evening staff was very helpful and Covid safety was in place. Rooms were very clean and we were able to use the hot tub which was great after a long day in the car. Beds were very comfy and I am very picky about that. Grab and go breakfast was very good too, better than some of the other hotels had been providing. The location is great because it's at the furthest end of West Yellowstone and very quiet. Getting around at night time for dinner was easy too. We ate at the Buffalo Bar, which seems to be very popular. We have recommended this location to family and friends.

Friendly front desk personnel, room was good, not fancy but clean. Laundry room with three washers and three dryers was a plus when on a road trip. Breakfast was okay, considering Covid. Check out easy!
