We arrived early evening for a 4 day stay. We were informed that we had been put on the 3rd floor and that the elevator had just "broken". Betty and Lance at the front desk couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating in getting us a (larger) room on the 2nd floor and getting all of our stuff up there. They made us feel like family and we enjoyed our stay at Yellowstone, we extended it for another day. Rooms were clean, no noise and we did appeciate the hearty breakfast buffet,
Did not know what to expect since this was our first trip to West Yellowstone but found it the be better than most others in national park locations. The management was cordual and rooms were very nice.
Whike traveling parks we booked a room (30 minute drive from W. Yellowstone entrance). However, uoon arrival ir was NOT up to par. Hence, we decided to look for another place. We tried the Clubhouse Inn West Yellowstone. Betty & Lance innkeepers could have not been any nicer and accommodating to us. After a long day of driving and our previous room troubles we appreciated their kindness and help. We booked 4 days to see all aspects if Yellowstone. PS: Free breakfast was included!
This hotel is ideal location for Yellowstone Park, literally 3 mins drive however 2 nights for over $500 is very expensive I think for what you get, The room we got was great as I had requested a large room but the breakfast was only ok, your typical waffles and cereal etc, Free coffee and cookies in the lobby is nice touch
This hotel was very clean and well kept. The breakfast area was a little too small for the size of the hotel. One morning was lacking in breakfast supplies. The other mornings were good. Overall stay was very nice.
