Loved the people. Loved the room. Loved the homey feel. It was perfect for our honeymoon. Very close to food, shopping, and the west gate of yellowstone national park. Only thing that could have been fixed was that there was no TV in the room, and the tub was smaller.

My wife absolutely loved the room. She referred to it as "Little House on the Prairie" feel. From the time we checked in until the time we checked out the staff made us both feel very welcomed. Garrett, (the owner) was a joy to talk with and had a wealth of knowledge about the area. They were making smores that... More

Highly recommend the Historic Madison Hotel in West Yellowstone. You are right in downtown next to all the shops and super close to the Park entrance. The room was perfect for us. It had 3 beds to fit our family comfortably. Very Clean, and the staff went above and beyond. We wiill definitely stay there again next time.

From what i saw from jackson to west yellowstone i guess air conditioning in the rooms is no big deal if it works or not or even if they have it. The room at the madison didnt work of course they were booked and down at jackson lodge in the cottages didnt have it. Would of thought with the high... More

This historic hotel with a B&B feel to it was a great place to stay. The staff made my wife and I feel very welcome. Our hearts and appetites were warmed with a smores night with staff and guests around the wood burner in the lounge area one of the nights. It was one of the highlights of our 17... More

I absolutely loved this hotel.... They've got options between hotel, motel, and hostel type rooms...I stayed in the hotel portion, and chose a room with a double bed and a private bath... If you want to save a few extra bucks, you can select a room with a shared bath.. The bathrooms are at the end of the hall, and... More

We had 6 people in the 3 bed motel room and it was a lot smaller in person than it looked online. It was cozy for sure! The one bathroom had 2 doors so it was nice that people could enter from different areas of the little room. The refrigerator was good sized and there was a microwave. One or... More

Ew. The bathroom is the most disgusting place. Looks unfinished and looks as though the tile had never been cleaned. The beds are ok, but the room smell is weird. The staff seems nice enough. I can't believe we paid over $500 for 3 nights with this bathroom. My kids are horrified that I'm making them stay here. I've just... More

I love this historical hotel when I travel as a solo female. This site is run under three types of hotel businesses. In their main historical building, they open one room for female dorm, another for male dorm, and the rest of rooms are run like hotel rooms (but some rooms have no bathrooms). The newly addition to this historic... More
