This hotel is in a perfect location to explore Yellowstone National Park. It is located right next to the Yellowstone West Entrance. within a 1-2 block walk you have many souvenir shops, gas stations, a museum, a movie theatre and restaurants. The hotel is similar in quality to a Hilton Garden Inn. I loved staying in the Grizzly building as it was highly upgraded with a modern look and feel to match a Hilton, but it retained the wonderful Yellowstone motif and décor. The breakfast in the morning is included as part of the cost and offers standard American items to include eggs, bacon, etc. I loved how clean and well kept the hotel was! Finally, the staff was super friendly. I encourage everyone to make the the Kelly Inn your base camp to explore Yellowstone National Park.

We stayed here for three nights during our trip to Yellowstone. The room was really comfortable and clean. The decor was great, my kids loved looking at the bear hanging outside our window! We didn't have breakfast here the first day, because normal hotel breakfasts don't thrill me, but decided to give it a try the second morning and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and selection.

Great location near Park entrance. Short walk to IMAX & Grizzly/Wolf Discovery. Absolutely LOVED the "bear" looking in our window. Non-intrusive & helpful staff - you want something? Ask at the desk. Housekeeping doesn't enter your room everyday unless you ask - we aren't that messy so fine with us. Very nice people - we'd stay with them again.

The Kelly-Inn was very clean with nice amenities such as the pool, included breakfast and fire pit. And their staff was always friendly and accommodating. The location couldn't be better for visiting Yellowstone as well as shopping or dining at the end of the day. It was also very family friendly.

Great experience. Roy and his team will do whatever it takes to make your stay the best that it can be. The breakfast buffet was well maintained and there are many options. The location is excellent as you can be at the West Yellowstone entrance to the park within a few minutes.

Hotel was awsome, the staff was great, highly recommended rooms were clean and large, beds are comfortable, will stay again, I liked the dual entrance of the lower floors way convenient, time it right and u can park right at your door.

Close to Yellowstone entrance. Perfect for getting into the park early in the AM. Easy to walk to town. Visitors Center across the street. Front desk was kind and knowledgeable. The kids enjoyed having a pool.

Front desk was friendly and helpful upon arrival along with providing restaurant recommendations in the town. Loved the decor, especially the cute bear peeking in our window. Very clean, quiet, and comfy! Short walk to downtown. Highly recommend!!!!

Let's get this out of the way. This isn't modern or upscale lodging. But it doesn't need to be. What Kelly Inn provided was the following: Upon check-in (I was early), the friendly woman at the front desk checked me in, and politely informed me that my room wasn't ready yet, and then told me where all the restaurants were and my room would be ready by the time I got back. 10 mins later, my room was ready. The room was HUGE. King bed, sofa, 2 arm-chairs, coffee table, dining table with 2 chairs...More importantly, the room, linens, and towels were CLEAN. Breakfast was standard hotel breakfast items, but more than I expected. Eggs, fresh fruit, waffle maker, biscuits and gravy, and yogurt were offered both mornings of my stay. The first morning also offered corned beef hash, and the second day was a sausage, peppers, and potato mix. Hotel eggs aren't my favorite, and I usually don't eat them. But, the Kelly Inn provided both ketchup and hot sauce to make the powdered/microwaved eggs tolerable. My only knock, and the only thing preventing a full 5 stars was the bed and pillows. Very uncomfortable, and resulted in me not sleeping well, and resulting in quite a lot of back pain. Enough to possibly only give 3 stars. But, frankly, everything else that the Kelly Inn made up for it, and I would recommend Kelly Inn.…

Since Grizzly building was added parking setup is not working. I think parking for each building should be restricted so that guest do not have to walk 25 spaces down into the Canyon parking lot. I do prefer the Canyon rooms over the Grizzly rooms nothing wrong just a personal preference. Kelly will continue to be my choice of hotels in West Yellowstone. We have been staying at Kelly Inn since 2009 this is our third visit. As in most places shortage of staffing be because of management not wanting to hire staff or no staff available Kelly is not immune to the issue. Staffing shortage was most noticeable in the breakfast bar. Things that you would think would be covered running out of waffle batter, and syrup regular and no sugar, full trash cans. Expected because one person could not keep up with the demand. We will be back, and hope things will get better everywhere.…
