Best part of the house was our hostess Janet. The house is decorated very Victorian and Janet puts her touch in every detail. Bed was super comfy and clean. The room we rented held two twins and a queen Walton style perfect for a family or group of friends. Will certainly come again.

My family booked the cabin for one night in August. It was not a very comfortable or inviting place to be. Although it is a historical structure, the furnishings appear to be from the 1970's. The toilet was very leaky and had to be manually turned off at the base after each flush. The grounds are run down and new...

Our family of 4 had a fine night's stay in Aug 2013. Good food, a comfortable set of rooms and very interesting history discussion over breakfast. We hope to visit again. Going through some photos for our Christmas card made me realize I'd not yet posted a "thanks for a great stay" on Tripadvisor.

We spent two nights at this B&B during our XC trip and enjoyed our stay. The proprietors and staff are pleasant, interesting, and engaging without being the nosy folks you've met at other B&B's. The other guests were nice company too. If you're not from a remote, living-museum, mountain-mining-town of a few dozen people in Montana, you might find one...

We stayed in the Bennett House Cabin this time... what a wonderful place to get away with friends or family. The cabin sleeps 6 comfortably with two double beds in the loft and a sleeper sofabed on the main floor. The cabin has a refrigerator, stove, sink along with all teh amenities of home. And for a VERY resonable overnight...

Charming house in Virginia City... wonderful eggs benedict for breakfast, fresh squeezed oj, coffee was bold and rich and full of flavor. Hosts were very cordial and accomodating. Virginia City's local historian joined us for breakfast, which was a nice touch. He answered pretty much any questions we had concerning Virginia City, Nevada City - pretty much the whole area....
