Stopped on the way to Glacier NP. Coming from the east, it is DOWNHILL toward town. Signs are adequate to slow a RV to turn in. Within walking distance of Virginia City but road is STEEP going down and I was NOT excited about walking on highway to town. Grass is in good shape, no shade to absolutely no shade.... More

When I called to make our reservation for a dry tent site the gentleman that took my reservation informed me that it was $25 plus tax for 5 or less people. Upon arrival they switched the price to $38 because we had 2 tents and 2 Vehicles at our site. I talked to other campers that day that had same... More

We did not stay at this RV Park because we did not realize there was a RV Park in Virginia City. However, we drove through it to check it out when we visited Virginia & Nevada Cities. I now wish that we had stayed there because it is so close to V & N Cities. It is out in the... More

Everyone but the cranky old man were very nice and accommodating. We met our neighbors who were also very nice. We came during the weekday so the park and town was very quiet. The weather was overcast and chilly. I liked that we were able to walk to downtown. No need for a cab or DD! Loved the gun show.... More

This a very nice RV park just outside of Virginia City, Montana. The setting is outstanding and quality is excellent. The park was very clean, the owners pleasant and helpful, and the spaces level and adequately sized. It is a short walk into Virginia City with all its historical sites and activities. I most certainly will return and take advantage... More

Extremely nice, small, family owned RV park. Owners were very accommodating and helpful. Campground was immaculate. Spaces were level and easy to access. Did not use the laundry or showers, but saw the owner cleaning every day. Close to Virginia City, MT, in fact we walked down the hill. The walk back was a little steep, but we made it.... More

I have never written a review but had to after our experience at Virginia City RV Park. We were planning on coming in late, and Peter the manager let us know about the steep grade into town said he would stay up to make sure we got in ok. After getting settled, the next morning we awoke to beautiful grounds,... More

Pleasant surprise to find such a pristine RV park. Facilities and grounds were immaculate. We stayed for 1 night in a Motorhome. Peter, the owner/host, was very helpful and informative on what to do in the area. He was even prepared to fetch us from town in the evening to drive us home (only half mile but all uphill!!) We'll... More

We stayed in a motorhome in the campground. Great place - close to Virginia City & Nevada City. Beautiful setting, had a great spot with wonderful view and lots of room for our 40' motorhome and car. Washrooms cleaned every day and immaculate. Grounds kept clean and tidy. Both owners and hosts were very friendly and willing to help with... More

We stayed in the Juniper cabin, and had a great stay! The cabin was perfect, it was small but had a queen bed and bunkbeds in it... just enough room for a small family. The place was very clean, and the owners were wonderful. They were very accomodating and friendly. It is located in the perfect setting, I would reccomend... More
