We spent 7 nights at the ranch. The accommodations were very homey with a touch of luxury. Each morning we were greeted with fresh off the farm eggs, bacon that was always crispy and other breakfast items created by Chef Mike. Dinners were equally creative and expertly prepared with fresh salads, vegetables, and an assortment of grilled Montana beef, fresh... More

On July 15,2016 , we said I DO❤️ at the beautiful GreyCliff Ranch and what a special wedding it was. The serenity, peace, beauty and privacy was exactly what we wanted for our special day. A very large THANK YOU to Chris, the manager, and Mike , the chef, for all their kindness in working with us. They went beyond... More

Luxury ranch on the Madison river with multiple activities including fly fishing, horse-back riding, floating the river, shooting clays, pottery and cooking classes, hiking, and a hot tub. Mike and Chris are really friendly. The property is beautiful and isolated, very quiet at night.

Our family of six spent 5 days at Grey Cliffs Ranch and it will definitely go down as one of our best family vacations! This 5000+ acre privately owned ranch is spectacular! The staff at GCR is tops! Chris welcomes you immediately making you feel you as if you are walking into your own home. Chef Mike cooked incredible meals... More

It’ surprising how time flies, as it’s been several years since I last spent some time at the ranch. I’d been there a few times doing some great upland bird hunting, which they are famous for. The main lodge building is basically the same, but they added a small bar room just off the main dining area, otherwise it’s as... More

The moment we arrived we knew this was a special place. The only sounds you hear are the birds and the wind. Mike, Chris and Tracey offered lots of information. Mike prepared delicious meals and Chris took us on a ranch tour. We enjoyed the relaxation, peacefulness, gorgeous views, and very comfortable rooms. It was so hard to leave after... More

We greatly enjoyed our 5 course dinner with wine pairings! The Apple Brie soup was my favorite. But every course was delicious. The lodge has beautiful wood trim & floors, tasteful art, and many different areas to cozy up for a chat or to read a book. The bed & linens were extremely comfortable and everything was sparkling clean, pressed,... More

The team of Chris, Tracey and Mike look after you like you own the place. The quality of food is excellent and cooked to order. The views, wildlife and location are out of this world, and certainty show off what Montana has to offer. Chris is a great guide, get him to take you out in the jeep for a... More

My husband and I just stayed at the ranch prior to attending a wedding. WOW! I can't say enough about our experience. Chris and Mike were absolutely incredible. The food was terrific and having the place all to ourselves made it extra special. I would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to enjoy some peace and quiet in a beautiful place.... More

The trip was exceptional. The room, the food, and the margaritas were also very good. One of those places you want to keep a secret to for yourself and your best friends. We had such a great time we wanted to share. Chef Mike you rock!!
